Extremely satisfied with 360 Degree Barber Shop. I called in for a beard trim and straight razor shave. They were able to fit me in at 3 P.M. Christmas Eve day! I arrived an hour early to check in and was immediately greeted by all the barbers! The Barber shop was clean, all barbers were in good spirits and understand this is probably one of the busiest days for barbers. I was even offered a water. Belen was able to take me early at 2 P.M. Belen was GREAT with the straight razor and applied a hot towel along with after shave. Then Belen went to work on my beard and OOOMMG it's as if she knew what I liked before I even walked in. Her attention to detail and the the time she took only proved Belen takes her profession serious. Thanks Belen. Brought my son in for a trim. He had long hair just past his shoulders. We had agreed to bring it up to his jawline. The guy cut it straight across and he left looking like a girl. I didn't say anything because I thought maybe it needed to dry and would be better. It was worse. My son has wavy/curly hair and it was just awful. So bad I was not going to let him go to school the next day until we could get it fixed. Thankfully a friend who's a hair dresser had us come over at 9pm to fix it. She was shocked by the cut. In hindsight, I should have taken him to a salon instead of a barbershop but the guy should have said he's not comfortable cutting hair like that. There is zero chance that guy thought my sons hair looked good. The sad part is to fix it we had to cut all his beautiful locks off which was never the intention. read more

Karlos is an awesome barber! He has the perfect touch with my 3 young boys, especially with my son who has autism. Karlos did his first haircut and was so patient and understanding. During a recent visit there was foul language and inappropriate conversations occurring among a customer and barber with total disregard for my child who was also getting a haircut. This visit was unprofessional and unsuitable for my child. We value respectful family-friendly spaces and our recent visit didn't meet this standard. read more

This place really butchered my haircut. I asked for a 3 on the sides with a trim on the top. Half way through the "barber" asked for help from another barber. In the end he didn't blend the top into the bottom. When I went to another place to fix it the new barber was pretty shocked at how bad it was. I also asked for a trim of my beard and mustache which turned out lousy as well. It was as if this guy never went to school for cutting. I stayed for a few moments to see if the conversation changes. Somehow the topic changes and is now about white privilege casually throwing around the N word. Naturally, I decided to leave after only sitting a few minutes. Really uncomfortable and unfortunate because 2 of the barber chairs were occupied by 2 white kids no older than 14/15 I am sure they felt the same way I did. So disappointing that the people working are comfortable enough talking like that especially around young adults. Not a family environment whatsoever. Whoever hired these derelicts of barbers should be embarrassed. read more

This one time I went to this barber shop because someone I knew recommended me to go there, so I did and I was running late, but I made it on time. When I walked in, I was greeted by everyone there and felt as if I was home. When I sat on the chair, I felt warm and cozy while I was getting my cut. I could feel myself getting sleepy and tired because the haircut felt good. A good haircut should take time and perfection. I'm not sure if he even had a CA Barber License as it was not displayed on his station; which I started to pay attention after sitting there after an hour of being extremely frustrated and angry. Went here for a couple times and had decent experience, nothing to complicated for them just went to get my head buzzed. The most recent time the barber was late to the appointment. His reasoning was he "needed a smoke". He reeked of cigarettes. When I showed him a detailed 30 second video of what I wanted and he laughed and said okay. he asked to see it three times before just going ahead and buzzing my head. Made a 1pm appointment with Bruce. Bruce still had a customer in the chair when I got there at 1pm. I waited patiently. Around 1:30 the customer left. Bruce spent the next 10 minutes cleaning his work area. No big deal, I was not in a rush. Then Bruce spent another 10 minutes rearranging his comic book collection on and reapplying tape to the back of various comic books hanging from the wall. Another barber said Bruce would be right with me. An older man walks in just before 2 and Bruce welcomes him into his chair, completely ignoring me. Piss poor customer service, so I left. They're currently offering a free haircut to the first 4 people of the day who are new customers. I had been there once before right when they opened, but explained that I was strapped for cash, was in the process of looking for a new job, and wanted to look presentable for my interviews. Big Bart didn't hesitate to offer me a free haircut even though I technically wasn't a new customer. He could've just cleaned up my neck line, which was all I was looking for, however, he spent a solid 20 minutes on my fade. That's some damn amazing customer service. Very grateful. Awesome, awesome shop. After driving by this location several times, I came here after not getting a cut for 3 months. Tommy (I believe was his name) was my barber and did one hell of a job on my fade. After letting my hair go for 3 months, I went all the way down to a 1 fade with a few inches off the top and I couldn't be happier. Even though I can't speak for the rest of the guys at the shop, I can at least vouch for Tommy AKA Leonardo (they go by Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtle code names) and he is really good at what he does. Super cool shop with drinks and comic books on deck, and solid prices. They also have a wall comprised of Marvel comics, which is just icing on the cake. This place is everything you want in a barbershop. I have been to many barbershops in the area. This was my first time here and I am very impressed. The barbers are super personable and make you feel welcome. The shop is extremely clean, well laid out and I love the vibe. Tom gave me a highball fade and a super clean cut. I am pretty meticulous with my hair and he did it exactly how I wanted it. I will definitely be back for another cut for my cousin's wedding at the end of the month and I will recommend this place to all my friends. They offer free haircuts to the first 4 clients of the day (you have to be a new client) so you would be hard pressed to pass this place up if you haven't tried it. read more
