As someone who has worked for years in the independent restaurant industry, I always try to support local businesses. Unfortunately, my experience here tonight ensures I will never return. We ordered a house Cabernet, only to find out when the bill arrived that it was $25 a glass. While we can afford it, failing to disclose that a "house" wine carries premium pricing is incredibly misleading.When I brought it up, it became a massive issue. I called the restaurant later to speak with the owners, hoping for a professional resolution. Instead, the owner was extremely defensive and shockingly insulting, telling me, "Ma'am, you had two glasses of wine tonight so I don't think you're thinking clearly." In all my years in the service industry, I have never seen a guest insulted this way.It is a shame because the food is actually pretty good--the shrimp tacos are awesome. But due to the abysmal customer service and blatant disrespect from management, I cannot recommend this establishment to anyone. read more

I love the vibe here! You really need to tray this place at the Forum. Beautiful decor, music playing in the background not too loud. Extensive menu. Food was delicious. I had the chicken taco salad. I opted for no chicken this time as I have been trying to eat vegetarian diet, I could've selected tofu, however I decided to just go with lettuce mix. It is served with a scrumptious southwest corn and black bean mix. It was addicting.!!! I can't remember, but I think I chose the cilantro chipotle dressing... it was so good! This place is a hidden gem! I'd never heard of it before. I went to a friend's large birthday brunch there. 375 has very lovely interior decor, I loved all the fake cherry blossom trees! As for the food portions: MASSIVE! Like shockingly huge servings on most of the dishes. Everything everyone around me ordered looked amazing. We have been to 375 Social on three different occasions already this month. The food and the service were so great that we wanted to keep trying new dishes. First I had the Carne Asada Fries, then I had the Chicken Sandwich with Wonton Nachos and lastly, I had the Tokyo Burger. Overall my favorites are the Carne Asada Fries and the Chicken Sandwich. Both were delicious. We also enjoyed the pork lumpia but find them too expensive. The place is great, they offer the ability to make reservations ahead of time. Rachel and Carmyn provided us with excellent service. If I go again I would ask for one of them to help me. Our last server was completely lost and could not understand what I was trying to tell her. I asked for no pickles on my burger and the first thing I bite was a pickle. I asked for garlic fries and got seasoned fries instead as well. I tried telling her that I had a Tokyo Burger with No Pickles and Garlic Fries. She asked if I wanted a side order of garlic fries. I wanted the sauce from my burger to dip my fries and she charged me $1.50 for it. I got the food wrong from what I wanted and still ended up paying extra for a little bit of sauce. She had no customer service skills. On the other hand, Rachel and Carmyn were wonderful and part of the reason we went back a third time. Writing this review here because they blocked me on social media only for giving my opinion and honest review and same things I'm mentioning on here. So, overall, I think this place is very good. They usually have great portion sizes that correlate with their prices. They are also kind. My usual is the surf and turf tacos but decided to do something different. The pics of their nachos (or similar) look amazing and plentiful. I ordered the birria chiquelles ( the waitress said they were really good as well. I was very disappointed in what I had received. For $19, there seemed to only be a half scoop of meat, a few beans, and a sprinkle of cheese. They said that since it was brought out correctly, I wasn't allowed to switch it to something else. It was primarily chips! The waitress was nice about it, but I've never experienced not being able to switch for something else in a restaurant and forced to purchase another meal even though I wasn't pleased with my order. I ended up taking it home bc I didn't want to eat it. I am very disappointed and hope they consider allowing unhappy customers to request something else. There are all sorts of great surprises with this restaurant. The location is quaint with lots of color, and quite comfortable. The food is great. But the surprise is the portions. You will not go hungry here. Lots of fun options to choose from. Not sure about other beverages, but the ones we had were good. Stopped in for a drink and appetizer while I had my tires rotated next door at Discount, mid-afternoon. We were greeted right away, and sat at the bar. The restaurant had several guests dining; you could tell they were in between lunch/dinner. The ambiance was simple and comfortable, not what I expected from the outside. The bartender, Matthew, was very friendly, efficient and never hesitated to answer our questions and make recommendations. He's the kind of bartender that makes you want to go back; very enjoyable. We had the chicken potstickers, pork lumpia, a sample of the kimchi cucumber, and got an order of the bacon pineapple fried rice to go. The potstickers and lumpia were quick to arrive after order, and they did not disappoint. I will say with the potstickers, I believe, were oven cooked vs fried; they had a different texture/crunch, but still great taste and I'd order again. The pork lumpia was fried and exactly what you expect/want a lumpia to be. The kimchi cucumber were... well, my husband loved them where I probably wouldn't order them. It's not that they were bad, I just don't think I'm a kimchi person. The bacon pineapple fried rice we brought home. It reheated well and the overall taste was good. We'd order this again. This place is a new favorite of mine. The ambiance is very relaxed and beautiful. They are also very kind to female patrons by providing feminine products in the restroom. The food is delicious and full of flavor. The plates are very large, easily enough to take half home for a 2nd meal or to share. We could not stop eating, even when we knew we were full. The volcano chicken is so good, but is definitely spicy! My wife read about this place and heard it was definitely worth checking out. We went and she ordered the Lo Mein and I opted for a burger. Ordered a couple of drinks and apps before to try out as well. Carne Asada French Fries 6/10 - the best thing about the experience honestly. The meat was a little undercooked as the texture emulated an almost raw feel. Flavor was ok. The dish itself was decent. Bar Drinks 6/10 - both were pretty sugary and not much to praise. Took FOREVER to get the drinks!! Lo Mein 3/10 - wife said it was "swimming" in the sauce and couldn't taste or enjoy anything else. Definite buzz kill. Jalapeño Popper Burger 6/10 - smash patty style that had the meat overcooked. Tasted burnt. The overall feel for the burger was it COULD have been good, but fell very short of the mark. Service 4/10 - the service was extremely slow. The staff seemed to be struggling, and the bartender forgot to show up to work, because the drinks were super slow coming out. Service in her leaves much to be desired. Atmosphere 3/10 - VERY loud and hard to hear. Overall 3/10 - hopefully we went on a bad day. If not, you've been warned. read more

After some glowing social media reviews on insta I decided to give this place a try. I of course perused some reviews first and most were really good but some definitely lamented poor service and unpleasant experiences with the manager. Fortunately I ran into neither. I was seated quickly, my server was very attentive, and my food came out timely. So with that out the way, let's talk about the food. I got a surf and turf taco with just the meats and I ordered the smashed burger. The waitress did inform me the only cheese they had is Monterrey Jack and the only bacon they have are bacon crumbles. Or the bacon jam. I settled for the crumbles and hoped for the best with the cheese as I am not a fan of Jack cheese, but hoped the burger could make up for it. Boy was I wrong. The burger meat was blaaaaaaaaaand. The patties were very large but unfortunately that just made it easier to taste how much seasoning was lacking. I got mine without the garlic aioli so maybe that is what would normally provide the flavor, but even with mustard and ketchup it did not hit. On the other hand, the surf and turf taco was delicious. I would go back just for it. It's $7 per but really good and really well cooked. An up and down experience for sure, and I am not certain I will return. The food is amazing. Mouth watering amazing. Everything from their appetizers to their entrees. Grab their Tokyo Burger. Good size burger with an Asian flare to it and a fried egg. The service though was eh. Not horribly bad but not great. For a not so busy part of the day I didn't expect to wait so long for someone to take our order or for the food to come however, when the server did come she was pleasant. Spent half the time looking at the nice flower décor on one of there walls. Another bummer was you can't modify your order. So if you don't want broccoli or want to add something else to the entree, you can't. Overall 375 Social Kitchen is worth a try. The food we had here is AMAZiNG. The lumpia was well worth the money. We were expecting the little finger sized lumpia so we ordered two servings, we should have stuck to one. They were 2.5x time longer than the normal ones you get and they were GOOD!! We ordered chicken and shrimp lo-mein & chicken and shrimp spicy teriyaki. Both meals were great! I would say that two people could successfully share one dinner entree and neither would walk away hungry. We didn't try the drinks, but please believe they are definitely in our future. We had a great waitress and the owner even stopped by the table to make sure everything was going okay. As they are a new business and trying to gain their steps, the only reason I didn't give them a 5 is the wait time. We were here for almost two hours from sitting down waiting on our food. Wanted to try to someplace new, but also not super far from our house so tried this place. The ratings were really not that great but I follow a Facebook page and there they said it was really good so figured I'd give it a shot. The service was pretty slow, but it seemed to be. They only had one server and the manager working and I will say that they were working extremely hard so I do appreciate that but either way it took them a while to get our order and once we had ordered appetizers, it took them quite a bit to come get our regular order so the service was a little bit slow, but I'm assuming it's because they were shorthanded. It had a very cool vibe. I guess you can say it's not super big place, but it's not tiny. Either the food was really good though I can say about that but extremely expensive looking from the past menus it seems to be like they used to do, for example, noodle with a particular protein and included in the price but now every type of bowl rice, you have to add the protein, which makes it extremely expensive. Long story short just for an idea there was six of us and with tip I paid almost $300. It came out to 280 which is insane but I will say that they give you a lot of food so we definitely had a lot of leftovers one plate can easily feed two maybe even three people so for the value I guess it's not too bad but still spending almost $300 for dinner is kind of crazy but it is what it is and not sure that I would go back because of the price, but maybe who knows. read more
