Doing a FULL investigation would require both parties and speaking with the person with the complaint. It shows how you treat black people . While we are often flexible with early arrivals, that morning we were just waking up and the house wasn't ready for her. She said she would go to another home and return afterward. HOWEVR - I texted her at 11:00 AM to ask when she would be back--no response. I called again around 2:00 PM, no answer. Instead, I received a paragraph via text basically saying that because we "aren't flexible enough," she would no longer provide her services, making us wait around for her until 2pm to make that abrupt decision. What makes this even more disappointing is that I have recommended her to others due to her quality of work and pricing.
