I've been to this same salon twice and my boyfriend once. All these times I had Wayne helping me with my super tangled & damaged hair, and my boyfriend's super curly hair. My boyfriend has curly dense hair that becomes wavy when it gets long, the salons we been to before just buzzes it off and it never has that kpop idol look that I would like him to have. xD After Wayne's magic his hair had just the right length on the sides and top. He didn't need another haircut for a few months since it still looked good when it grew out, whereas he usually needed one every month! For me I have very thin long black hair. Very damaged and dry. I came in to trim split ends and dye it 2 months apart and both times I was very happy with the results! I had Wayne from Beijing and I had to whip out a little Chinese to communicate...although some of them speak broken English. Wayne asked me what I wanted and then suggested a cut. I took a leap of faith and am very happy. Great texture, dimension and volume. He knows how to frame a face and worked on my hair like an artist on canvas. He's a savant and cut as well as the top guys when I was a hair model. No hair clips or pinning up like many others do. The worst haircut ever. I "had" long hair that haven't cut . I always get them trimmed . This time I wanted a 3 inch cut to get rid of my split ends . I told her I want them cut just a little bit . She cut off half my hair length which was three times than what I asked for and had the audacity to ask for a tip . The miscommunication because they don't understand English is just not acceptable .
