The service was fine my first visit to this smoke shop the owner was hella cool no problem answering any of my questions & I ended up spending a good little grip there! I go there again and ask some questions about the glass recyclers and vapes and couples other things but didn't end up getting nothing really besides some rolling papers. So I go there a 3rd time with my girlfriend to go look at some stuff again and see if they had any vape juices for my vape I have and not even 5 min in I ask the guy working there a quest about the bings and he flips out saying I was there the last time asking all kinds of question and did t buy anything? Like isn't that what customers do? Ask questions about there products & this mfuhh starts acting out having a B fit & says I ask to many questions and that if I'm not buying anything that I needed to leave the store!? Well Im back here again to warn everyone not to come here :) I work as an event planner and came here to get hookah sets, multiple bongs, papers, and a whole bunch of supplies for my client. I came here about 2 years ago and was greeted by a female with a buzzcut with her male coworker. She was VERY friendly while helping me out at the store in picking my items. When she rung me up, she way overcharged me and by a few hundreds dollars. I was shopping in big quantity and she didn't think I'd notice. The price at first glance seemed to be right. Upon overhead and budget inspection, I realized I got scammed. I was way overcharged on my card. I did some research and came back a few days demanding a refund. I came in with the box of things I've bought, yes... a box. That tells you how much I spent here lol I called her and her coworker by name, which they started being very concerned as their tone of voice changed from aggressive "No refund we didn't overcharge you blah blah blah lies". At this point she was more concerned how I knew her by name and her co-worker when they didn't give me their names. Instead of adhering to my demands of calling the boss out so we can discuss this issue and come to an agreement, she kept asking "How do you know my name dude" with fear trembling in her concerning voice. I made no threats whatsoever. I was very cool, calm, and collected just wanting a fair deal without being scammed. They didn't give the boss/owner's number for OBVIOUS reasons of theft and deception. The employees here are very incompetent and should be replaced. The female employee repeated "How bout you leave me your name and number so we can get back to you." LOL what?!?! If I'm working for someone they want to talk to my boss I'm going to let them... unless I have something to hide. Her character is disguisting and Karma shall play a role in her downfall. When people do shady things like this it really says a lot about where they're at in life. The owner of the store worked very hard to remove my negative reviews because they won't admit to their faults. I will continue to let the public know this is unacceptable. I have tried my best to steer clear if this place. They illegally price their cigarillos above the manufactures printed price on the package. The .99 cents Fiestas are priced at 1.49 and the 1.29 swishers are also priced at 1.49. I told the guy who rang me up that it is illegal in Cali to do that with tobacco products. He got angry and told me not to come back. All the glass is over priced and most of the electronic rigs and batteries are about double what they should be. I came here on the night of 2/7/18 at 9pm looking for a plethora of items for my personal use. I was gladly helped by their conniving, cunning, scheming, and deceitful staff members. (Iris) I specifically want to give a special shoutout to staff member Iris (short hair, light skin, about 5'4, & speaks Spanish) for fooling me with her professional con artist tactics. She was extremely helpful with her deception in finding my products and ended up overcharging me on multiple items on the advertised sticker vs what I was actually charged. I knew I was going to be buying a good amount of products, so I initially asked for a discount if I were to buy all my products here at one stop. Iris smirked at me with fraudulent intentions in her soul and said she would gladly take care of me. We went through the motions as I bought a gas mask bong (Advertised as $39.99) and was charged $43.69, two Raw 24" challenger cones (Advertised as $24.99) charged $28.36, A sharpstone grinder (Advertised as 24.99) charged 27.29), 2 420 cleaner bottles (advertised as 7.99) charged 8.73. I also bought a bunch of papers and rolling supplies, but our crafty friend Iris noticed me on my phone calculator doing the math with the papers (I then felt like they were acting funny) so she didn't try to swindle me on the 5 zig zag ultra thins, 5 Raw king sized joints, 3 blunt cutters, box of Diamond Swishers(15 packets), and 3 booklets of filters. The one discount Iris gave me was for a $90 bong for $70, however it was way over priced for what I paid for this fake glass) I also bought a nail 169.99 (As advertised) electric dab nail and was charged $185 for it. They sold me on the perception that I was going to get a glass rig along with it, but I didn't. As I finalized my purchase, I asked for a receipt and once again, our master mind salesperson, Iris told me the receipt machine was broken and she couldn't print me a receipt. I told them I needed a receipt for a record of my sales, so I had her take a picture for me. Iris knew she overcharged me and was super hesitant to take the picture, but she did so anyways. She scrolled down past number 1 on the receipt so I couldn't see the first obvious scam without further inspection. (The $169.99 nail) Upon additional investigation, I went home and added all these items up and found out I got over charged. I went back to the store on 2/8/18 at 2PM and demanded a refund. Iris and her lovely coworker, (tall slim guy with a scrubby facial hair and greasy long 1980's style hair, who wore the same thing to work two days in a row) played dumb and couldn't come up with any better response than "Can you say that again bro?" "I don't understand what you're saying." I was extremely professional and never raised my voice once, I never used profanity nor did I make any threats. I came in with a beautiful and charming smile requesting for monetary compensation. I brought back all the items unused and unopened. With the store employee's enhanced vocabulary and classy word choices, they did not once help me solve my problem nor did they give me the business owner, Mr.Yaser Najiar's, phone number. They told me "You need to do more of your research BRO, can you please repeat that again?" Before I left, Iris printed a receipt out for me to write my phone number and name for the owner to contact me, but wait... I thought the receipt machine didn't work? Needless to say, I repeated myself 6 times and it wasn't going anywhere. I would never recommend anyone and their entire bloodline to ever come to this smoke shop. Find another honest business that will help you out. Don't fall for their smiles and "good deals", they won't give you any good deals, the only good deal I got here was a good deal of emotional stress and discomfort. If you must buy an item here because it's in walking distance, I plea with you to please get your receipt at every purchase. I will be telling all my family and friends not to come to this establishment. NEVER COME TO 3D SMOKE SHOP!! GO ELSEWHERE To owner: You need to reevaluate how your employees run your business and exterminate Iris for tricking people and stealing from the public. This is extremely unacceptable, you don't run a business like this at all. PS- To Iris, you know what you did was wrong and I know I'm not the first person you scammed. Karma and universe will take care of your lewd actions. Justice will be served and I do hope you one day realize the consequences of your actions. I hope you loose all the business and trust you once had in this community. No one should ever have to go through what I did and face this great deal of trouble.
