SUCH a cute place! And decorated for the holidays! I was in town with my boyfriend and we decided to go out for date night. I narrowed down nearby options on my trusty Yelp app and we drove over to the strip mall that 3D Sushi is located in (although it has a different name now out front so there are two pages for this location). At any rate, the place was hopping on a Saturday night in December! It took a minute to be seated after we walked in, but once we sat down, we had plenty of attention. He went light enjoying his chicken noodle soup and I had miso soup; a very generous portion of veggie tempura; the cucumber wrapped "Ruby" sushi with a watermelon boba that is so incredibly delish! We even ended the evening with mango sticky rice -- even if it's not in season, it's a guest favorite and Staff makes sure to have the mangoes on hand. We love the occasional Thai "Fixx" at IIID's Sushi, Thai & Lao on NRB. Having been there several times we now consider it a regular asian favorite not too far from home. Right behind the Burrito Social (another favorite) it's relatively new and consistently fresh, hot & delicious. Today's visit I had the Pad Kee Mao Tofu and she the Red Curry. Starting with a Tempura Fried Shrimp based "Mexican Roll" for an appetizer we really enjoy the food at IIID'S. The food here is absolutely amazing. All of the ingredients are very fresh and each dish is so flavorful. I've actually been here twice in the past two weeks because I'm so impressed. This should be your number one spot on the beach and especially if you're anywhere near Redington Beach. I I've included photos of the Pad Thai and their Crispy Duck. My photos don't do justice to the food and especially to the crispy duck, which was beautifully presented. The portions are very generous. I am very disappointed because we liked the food there , we tried it couple times the first time wasn't good the second time was awesome for lunch . This time we went for dinner , we were there at 8:46 and I asked for table for 4 . Their website say they close at 10 pm, at their door it say 9:30 pm, we still had about 45 min and they told me no just for to go. Stopped into this small neighborhood restaurant while visiting a friend in the area. The interior is dark but attractive, and the staff was very welcoming. I had Tom Yum Shrimp soup - it was outstanding - and tofu Pad Thai, also very good. Our server was very pleasant and friendly, and the food was ready fairly quickly. We were also offered a dessert (gratis) but I can't recall the name of the dish. It was divine, so I will have to ask about it the next time I'm there. Plenty of parking. Excellent Pad Thai, sushi and spring rolls. The peanut sauce that comes with the spring rolls is out of this world.

I was so excited when I moved to Redington and saw that this place was being built. Since they've opened the last week, I've eaten here twice. The first time I had the Dragon roll and it was very good. I also had the miso soup. Very large and flavorful. Today I had the protein roll minus the salmon and it was delicious too. Both rolls are very large and the presentation is great. The staff is friendly and helpful. I look forward to trying the Thai menu the next time I go in. read more

This is an absolute must try! To start, one of the staff members, Joyce, was so pleasant and helpful the entire time we were there. She went through the menu and made suggestions on both food and drink choices. My table of three split a bottle of Mango Sake, which Joyce said was her favorite, and it was delicious! For appetizers, we each got a soup and split a bowl of edamame and they were good starters. For an entree, I had the Chicken Pad Thai and I think it was the best I've ever had. The other two people I went with split a volcano dynamite roll, a protein roll, and a spicy conch roll. Let me tell you, the presentation was beautiful! I was very excited to try this new Thai sushi restaurant on the beach. We ordered wine first. I must say, the wine was delicious! For starters we ordered the sushi app. It was pretty good and well presented. The slices were a generous size and portion. Next we tried my favorite, shrimp veggie tempura. After a long day of golf and site-seeing, my fiancé and I decided to order Thai takeout from 3D Sushi Thai and were pleasantly surprised. We ordered the Red Curry with Chicken, Chicken Pad Thai and egg rolls and all were great (sorry I forgot to take pictures before we dove into the food)! I will note that I ordered the red curry "medium" spicy and it was prepared a little more on the spicy side than some Americans are probably used to (probably more of a 7 or 8 out of 10 on the spice scale). So, if you're sensitive to spicy food you may want to dial down the spice level request when you order. read more
