We made an appointment for 10:00 AM, selected two tires and paid the $25.00 deposit. When she arrived for her appointment (on time), she was informed it would be an hour and a half wait until her car would be brought back, and another forty five minute wait for the installation. Finally, her car was going back for the installation, but was now informed that the tires we put a deposit on were unavailable and she had to select different ones. For starters, why did we make an appointment online for 10:00 AM, only to arrive and have to wait over two hours? Secondly, why did we select tires and pay a 25.00 deposit, only to find out they weren't available? Is this the bait and switch tactic to get you to buy more expensive tires? Would this situation have happened if her dad was with her? I don't know. I do know that this was horrible customer service.
