While I understand employees were busy assisting other customers, a simple greeting or acknowledgment would have gone a long way. During our time there, customers who arrived after us appeared to receive assistance first, particularly those interested in electric bikes. We continued to wait patiently and did not make an issue of it. Eventually, as an employee walked by, I politely asked a very simple question, whether the store offered delivery services. Rather than briefly answering or directing us to someone who could help, he responded, "I'm busy with another customer right now," without making eye contact. The interaction made us feel like an inconvenience The question would have helped us determine whether we were ready to move forward with purchasing. A little acknowledgment and basic customer service would have made a significant difference. Based on this experience, we will be taking our business elsewhere and would not return.

One of our e-bikes had low battery charge and even though someone was able to bike out to where we were to delivery another battery, the replacement was also low and wouldn't be enough for the time we rented. We also lost time waiting for the other battery. However, kudos to the staff and owner because they made it right for us when we returned the bikes. Spot has good staff and a great location. Refreshing the bikes with newer models would bump it to 5 stars.

Depending on when you stop in--how busy it is--that will determine how much help you receive if you need help. If you stop in on the weekend like I have sometimes--not much attention or you will have to wait and still they won't have a lot of time for you. I usually on come on the weekends when I know what I need and don't need help. It's kind of like the car dealer--weekends are crazy busy and they need to concentrate on customers who seem like they are going to buy. It's the bike sales and service that keeps the lights on--you understand that. If you stop in during the week like I did last week on a Thursday at 2 PM--I received a ton of attention and good advice on saddles. There were few customers in the store. While I did not end up purchasing a saddle that day, the information I received from the salesman that knew a lot about saddles was helpful in me finding a solution to my problem. I am very appreciative that he took the time to educate me on saddle technology and the differences in all the Specialized saddles and how to set them up. If you are shopping for a quality bicycle at any price level over $500--definitely put this store on your shopping list. But try to come Monday to Thursday to get the most attention.

The team are responsible and take ownership of any issue and certainly customize to each order/customer accordingly - something rare nowadays. They are not amazon prime they are a mom and pop local brick and mortar bike shop who are kind enough to also have an online store and real people actually reading their emails and not bots or templates. For what its worth they do mention on their site the processing time for orders are 3-5 business days so please be mindful. We almost gave up and bought a new ebike. This went on for over a month. I walked in to ask if he could get some parts and he did a quick assessment on the damage. Dennis fixed the wheel, put all new bearings and lubrication, fabricated a solid axle(not hollow, which was OEM), changed both tires and tubes, and added the Tannis Armour tire liner to the tires. He did this all in front of me as a walk-in while we chatted. Took him like 20 minutes for it all. My son is back in business and you couldn't have seen a happier 13 year old. Such a fair price for it all. Dennis will have a large family, with a ton of bikes, as his customers forever.

A $1300 new toilet installation. His cheapest? We buy a new toilet and he installs it for $400. I did a little poking around and fixed the issue for a $11 flush tank ring. I posted a comment on JIT's webpage and no one bothered to reach out. I wonder how many people that plumber has scammed out of significant money. Add another - as he was leaving, he remarked that we didn't have a pressure regulator on our incoming water line - I told him we did have one but we had it removed - and then he started low-key arguing with me saying he didn't see any evidence one ever existed. I remember when Justin had a small business and he was awesome. Be wary now, their plumber appear to have a reason to upsell as much as they can. Not the kind of plumber I want to deal with.

Jeremiah's communication heading into the move was excellent and Mike and his team arrived right in the window they said they would. As soon as I gave them the rundown of the place, they wasted ZERO time and got straight to work - all the way until the last item was carried into the new place. Heading into this move, I was worried about taking apart our bed frames and putting them back together. Mission Movers took care of it at no extra cost. But the biggest thing for me is how friendly and HONEST the team was. One of my dining chairs was already cracked before the move and they approached me and apologized for thinking they did it. That small gesture went a long way for me and I know they were going to find a solution even if it was their fault. They also could've charged me for a full 4 hours but charged me to the exact minute they worked at 3.75 hours. Not to mention it was also a really hot day and they powered through it without a single complaint. My wife and I have said several times that we don't know how we would've done it without Mission Movers. I know exactly who I'm hiring for any of my future moves. 10/10 experience!
