From the moment I came to the store, the staff (Chelsea and Kristen) knew what I was going through and what I wanted to do. In selecting my new bike they let me know what was available and how it could be modified so that I get the best possible ride. The test rides and accessory selection were fun and exciting. The anticipation was grueling at times, but when it was ready it was all worth it. Since then, I've been well taken care of with tire maintenance and tune-ups. This place is truly a community/family for which I plan to be a part of for many years. I look forward to attending a workshop and going on group rides...once I retire within the next year.

Since replacement batteries are no longer available, I specifically came here hoping they could determine whether the battery could be repaired or rebuilt internally. After waiting almost 4 weeks, I was simply told that the battery needed replacement--the same information I already had. I was charged $200 for the diagnosis. The work order only states "test battery," which did not reflect what I believed I was requesting. Better communication and clearer documentation of the requested service would have avoided this misunderstanding. Unfortunately, I left feeling that I paid $200 without receiving the service I was actually seeking. That review is factual, fair, and difficult for the business to dismiss. If the owner after reading the review contacts me and offers to refund part of the $200, I would consider accepting it and updating the review to reflect that they made an effort to resolve the issue. Businesses that respond constructively deserve credit for that, even if the original experience was disappointing.
