He also forgot to ring us up for an item and when we proceeded to the counter to purchase the item, we were ignored. I went back and sat down. In short, I came one day, the owner "Mary" was at the coffee shop and she refused to sale my husband and I a lettuce wrapped sandwich bc "they don't do that." I was extremely disappointed bc my husband even offered to simply pay for the bread but to omit it In my order. She refused to do so, so I gave them a lower rating and stopped coming for a while.
