There should be staff actively monitoring the floor to make sure people are there to exercise, not loiter and gawk at others. That lack of oversight completely ruined the environment for me and made it feel unsafe and unwelcoming. I won't be returning. I've since joined Hotworx a few doors down, where I feel much more comfortable and supported, and where the atmosphere is largely women-focused and respectful.
