All, I did something a little stupid and got an Oring for my filter cloth sucked into the system. I'm a little handy and tried to look to see if the oring was stuck in the pump. When I couldn't find it I called Joe and told him my predicament. He told me I was looking in the wrong end. With the information that he gave me I was able to remedy the problem on my own. Most businesses wouldn't do that for obvious reasons. But he gets a 5 star from myself. That's how you should do business. I will use this business in the future for my needs. I have a vacation rental and was in a bind because the guy that I had scheduled to do the spa repair did not show up. I had guests coming in at 4:00pm and was feeling the stress. I called these guys around 1:00pm and they managed to get to my house by 2:30pm and they were just finishing a job in Peoria ! Joseph troubleshooted the problem quickly and had everything with him that he needed for the repair. They stayed around while the tub was being filled to make sure that everything was working perfectly. While they were working I was given some great insight on hot tubs and chemical usage which was great. The power cord was connected to an extension and shorted and melted on Saturday. Joe (the owner) was able to make a service call Monday afternoon. Courteous, efficient. Because they are so reliable and offer fair and honest pricing, I've referred them to anyone I know with a hot tub. Last year our hot tub cover started to tear and fall apart, these guys offered to have a new custom cover made for our tub. He came when he said he would. He explained everything in great detail. He indicated that he has been in spa repair for approximately 15 years. My hot tub was popping the breaker. I called them out and he could not find the reason why it was popping the breaker. They charged me $94 service call fee for doing nothing. He specifically told me no charge if they need to come out in within 30 days if it's doing it again. I go to use the hot tub over the weekend and breaker is popped again and keeps popping. I called and left a message. No call back so I called again and he then was trying to finagle another service fee for coming out and looking at it. This company was dishonest which is a shame. They are slow right now in the middle of summer and couldn't do the right thing and honor what he said. I will dispute the charge with my credit card. I will not use the company ever again. read more

I had another spa repair company that has good reviews and a A+ Better Business Bureau out before I call 4 AZ . My spa was flashing a FL2 code the first company came out told me it was the pump then changed there mind and said it was the board. The day after the new board and $510.00 FL2 is back after the owner started telling me it could have a bad motor also @$495.00 I went online to the manufactures troubleshooting guide for FL2 code and found that board and motor was at the bottom of the possibilities. Called 4AZ they came out the next day replaced a flow switch and solved the problem for under $200.00. They showed me a TRICK that would clear the FL2 code till the temp was raised, exactly what happened to me. In addition at no additional charges they installed the circuit board correctly after they showed me how it had not been tightened down and was loose. PLUS they replaced missing screws from the access panel. I am supposed to get a PARTIAL refund from the first company if the happens and the check clears I will post a 1 start review for that company. read more
