They offer 25 draft options featuring their year-round and seasonal beers, hard seltzers, 1220 Spirits cocktails, and Withered Oak blended whiskey. Everyone in my group has enjoyed the beers they've tried here. The space is shared with Hi-Point Burgers and packed with arcade games and TVs everywhere--perfect if you want to catch a game. It's also super convenient to walk or bike here from the Monarch-Levee Trail or River's Edge Park. Fortunately, the beer list included several options that suited my taste perfectly. I've never been drawn to IPAs or Stouts. Nothing against them, of course, but my palate tends to lean toward lighter, crisper styles. Everyone has their preferences, and mine just happen to steer clear of the hop-heavy or dark and roasty varieties. So I was quite pleased to find, in no particular order, the City Wide Light, the Foam First Czech Pilsner, and the Italian Pils. I sampled each and thoroughly enjoyed them. I had a solid meal beforehand, which helped balance things out, and since I wasn't behind the wheel that evening, I could relax and savor the experience without worry. The staff were warm and accommodating throughout, and they didn't bat an eye when we asked for one final round just as they were making the "Last Call" rounds. We lingered for another thirty minutes or so, chatting and winding down while they quietly began stacking chairs and mopping the floors around us. No pressure, no rush, just a gentle wrap-up to a great night. It's genuinely difficult not to hand out a full five stars when a place delivers that kind of hospitality and atmosphere. A lot of our group ended up at 4 Hands after doing the Game Show Battle down the way. Too early for food so we just got drinks Upon entering the left side has food service provided by Hi-Pointe. To the right are high tops and tables and the bar. Several bartenders working the bar and a few lines form here and there. I wanted to read the menu to decide what I wanted so I just hung out there reading everything and there was a bartender open so I ordered. I got the Spicy Melon Smash. Bartender was nice and friendly; she checked on keeping the tab open and I did since I wasn't sure how long we would hang out. Lots of outdoor space for all the venues in the nearby area. Tables, chairs, fire pit areas, lots to choose from. There is a stage area with a big screen and lots more chairs. Wednesday evening's entertainment was a Battle of the Bands. Heard a couple of songs by a group called Mads, they were pretty good. I waited in line to close my tab, different bartender but still nice and friendly. I did notice that on the right side where the bar was located people had brought in food from other nearby places. I like they allowed that. Met friends here for a birthday happy hour, we sat outside as we had beautiful weather, and they have a great outside patio with big screen tv (The Cardinals game happened to be on - Go Cards!) Lots of great beer to choose from, of course there is a full bar with fantastic bartenders and helpful staff, they even have self help water at both ends of the bar. The food choices are pretty epic as well! HiPointe is inside 4Hands (yum!) or if that doesn't float your boat, there's Steve's Hotdog's next door, Napoli's Italian out in front, and soon there will be a Mexican restaurant opening! I visited on a Saturday night for a private party in the back room. There are options for indoor and outdoor seating. I saw children running around outside so it seems like a family-friendly area. There was a line at the bar to order drinks but it moved quickly. Service impressed me, as busy as they were. As a brewery, they offer a lot of beers (which I can't have since I have Celiac disease). There were canned cocktails and hard seltzers. The seltzers are labeled gluten-free and we were told are made from sugar cane (not grain or malt). I tried a sip of the popsicle seltzer - it tasted sweet like a bomb pop. They also had wine by the glass. Unfortunately, it was not a good location for a party because the room we rented did not have adequate sound dampening. My ears hurt immediately upon entering the room and we all had to yell in each other's ears to be heard. I think this is a place to come with a smaller group for a laid-back family vibe. read more

I was in St.Louis to attend a family celebration for my wife's aunt who recently passed. One of her cousins invited my niece's husband and me to meet up with him at 4 Hands at the District in Chesterfield. I traditionally meet up with him at a brewery every time I visit St. Louis. Unfortunately, he couldn't make it, so we decided to go without him. I'm pretty sure that this area was built since my last trip to STL. I really liked how they had so many restaurants and entertainment venues all in one place. The brewery was spacious and comfortable. Even though there were two university groups meeting when we were there, we had no trouble finding a table. I tried two flights of pale ales and IPAs. All of them were good. I finished with the only stout they had at the time and enjoyed it as well. I was kind of surprised that the beers were so good. The lowest rated beer I have ever logged in UnTapped (.20 Peanut Butter & Jelly Absence of Light) was a 4 Hands stout I drank a few years ago at a restaurant. As we were leaving, the entire area was starting to get pretty busy. There was something going on on the stage outside, and a concert was gonna happen in the auditorium next door. While we waited for our Lyft driver at the curb, I noticed that there were very few spaces to park left. read more

The whole area is really cool. Inside, it feels a bit like a food court since there are usually a lot of people (I went on a Friday when there was a comedy show at The Factory nearby). Last time I was here prior to a concert it was so crowded you couldn't find a place to sit. Today it was pretty empty and we sat at the bar. Bartender did not seem interested in helping us and was just talking to a manager or someone doing inventory at the bar. I was a bit wary when my co-workers said that they wanted to go to a brewery. I don't drink beer and wasn't sure what to expect but wanting to be a team player I went along. Instantly I was charmed. The area is cute. It is very walkable, different size tables for all groups, and a large area outside. Initially we started there but it was a bit chilly so we moved inside finding a table large enough for our group. Then I spied the cocktails on the menu and was intrigued. Now, I could tell you about each cocktail and how delicious it was but I found that the menu changes so what I had may not be available by the time you read this review. Know this - they make all their cocktails by scratch with great ingredients. They are very balanced and true to the description. These were excellent cocktails and I was pleased to experience it. I also was very impressed with the service. There wasn't really any rhyme or reason on how people crowded the bar to order a drink but the bartenders seemed to gauge perfectly when someone was next or not. They were very prompt and quite lovely people to talk with. It was such a great time I would be happy to come here again! read more

There are large TVs inside with a variety of tables around the place. The other side of the room has arcade games to play and in the center is a food spot offering burgers, sandwiches, and snack like foods. Once you order food you receive a number and they bring the food to your table. In addition there is a large outdoor area with seats and green space with a huge tv to watch the games on. Finally got to visit 4 Hands at the District! We went Saturday afternoon. The weather was nice and it was totally packed. Parking was okay though and we did manage to find a table inside. There were a few tvs playing sports around the inside, which was nice. Tons of kids, it seems like a good family spot! It's a cool aesthetic and Hi-Pointe side especially has nice artwork. For drinks, I got the Sunshine Daydream which I LOVED. I also tried the Blue Morpho gin. I'm not a huge gin girl, and I think they gave me tonic instead of club soda as requested, but it was decent despite that! And very pretty. My date got scale of complexity and earmuff beers and said they were both great hazy IPAs. I've been looking forward to trying Hi-Pointe's Frycuterie board since I first learned it existed and it did NOT disappoint. It had mini chicken tacos, fries, red hot tots and sweet potato tots. All delicious, but I would say the red hot tots were not spicy at all and we couldn't taste that seasoning. Not sure all the dips but all were good! This is a fabulous pre-show spot to hit up before going to the Factory. Not only are they a top St. Louis brewer with so many great beer selections, they make some decent gin and whiskey. Service is easy and friendly. Open up a tab and enjoy an easy night of counter service. Rye Old Fashioned (4.25/5): Nicely executed Old Fashioned with their own rye whiskey. We had the best time here yesterday- it was a great way to spend a Sunday! We got here around 1230, and I was pleasantly surprised to see all of the open seating, turf, and giant screen. I didn't realize this all was here to accompany the brewery. We found a seat under the overhang, lots of tables and chairs around to get comfortable. We walked in and checked out the drink options- there were many! They also have liquor and wine for those that aren't beer drinkers (and their famous seltzers). I was in a beer mood so I got the state wide and single speed- always amazing. They also offer N/A options for those that don't drink alcohol. I loved that you could purchase 4 packs of beer to take home- they have tons of their options to choose from. 4 Hands doesn't serve food, but they have a Hi Pointe in the same room where you can order food. First time here! (not even the first location closer to downtown) I'm not much of a drinker, especially beer, but they have a nice selection of cocktails to choose from. My co worker recommended the (I cannot remember) first cocktail with lemonade, lavender, vodka, along with a few other things and ooooo baby that was good. The bartender was nice enough to offer recommendations and little tastings of the beer on tap so I could try those as well. Not for me, but I'm sure others will enjoy them! The food is actually to the left in the building through Hi-Pointe! I was pleasantly surprised as I had also never tried any of their locations, though they're on my list! They did not disappoint! I had a taco burger with fries. The fries were a little over seasoned for my taste, but the woman taking orders was a doll. All the workers were a delight as they all swung by to see how we were doing and that place was PACKED at 5pm and did not stop getting busy so I very much appreciated the service as good service is unfortunately hard to come by these days. When you first walk in, you completely forget that the location used to be an outlet mall. You're met with a large yard with astroturf, a big screen above a stage, string lights, a few steps up and there's an area with picnic tables, bar table, couches more toward the yard, and more outdoor seating. Inside there are lots of tables for dining, and the bathroom to the right is in a separate area with another bar, possibly meant for small, intimate events? The new 4 Hands location opened on Thursday before Labor Day and we were happy for something new like this to open in West County. The location itself is very big! Lots of outdoor sitting space and a large outdoor tv/stage area to watch all kinds of sports while also enjoying the outdoor weather. You definitely can bring your own chairs as well - perfect for family setups both human and furry alike. Dogs are welcome but they must be on a leash & outside. Inside - there is a beautiful bar that wraps completely around - giving you many options to order beer whiskey or cocktails (NA options available also!). There are several TVs all around the building and plenty of seating to enjoy your time indoors during cooler weather. Like their other location - they do have a fair amount of games onsite - corn hole and Pac Man to name a few and they do have a new HiPointe location in their space also. We loved the open space concept with the huge grassy area in the middle, the cute colorful chairs, the huge tv behind the stage, and the mostly shaded deck with fans. This is really a cool spot to hang out and seems family friendly. I also love how it is right in the middle of other upcoming establishments like Narwahls and Napoli Bros. Pizza & Pasta. Would be nice if there were a few more games available than just the 2 sets of bags or maybe some fire pits. The inside is a nice beer hall with some arcade games in the corner. Beer was ok. I really wanted to try the Mango Phantasy beer, but it was already off tap when we came on 4th of July weekend. The 70 Ale Yeah blueberry blonde ale and the Field Day tropical blonde ale were pretty decent out of the choices available. We have really enjoyed this place! It's perfect on a crisp fall day with football outside on the giant screen and cozy seating with or without fire pits. Several different bar areas give choices for brews and other drinks and food available inside and nearby. The whole complex is really enjoyable and a good place to spend some time. I'm sure we will visit a few times on warmer winter days and plan to come back more often once the weather warms up. We absolutely love the main 4 Hands Brewery and take our kids there all of the time for dinner. As a result we were very excited to check out the new location. This is a new joint venture between Hi Pointe and 4 Hands Brewing out in Chesterfield in the District. In theory it is a really neat concept. You have one shared open area building where you in one line to grab food and another for beers. There is a decent amount of seating inside, and then a bunch of tables outside. The District had a ton families running around and there was a large screen TV and a band playing on the state. My wife was going to a show at the Factory with her sister, so the kids and I came out to eat with her and then she was going to Uber home. Unfortunately it seemed like everyone else had the same idea. It was just jammed packed with people. We had ~30 minute line to order burgers and then had to split up to go get drinks. While in theory the joint venture is a good idea, having to split up and stand in two long lines while corralling children just sucked. We had problems getting seats, the venue was loud, etc. So there is a weird aspect where this is in theory kid friendly, but in practice having our kids with us made it much worse than normal visits to breweries. So the venue is fine, but I'd recommend going when there isn't a huge event at the Factory. If I had come with just my wife, or just not at a prime time I would probably have loved it. The bar was well stocked with plenty of beers on tap. There is ample seating inside and out. I can see this being a great afternoon spot even with the kids. Just at night with a show it was so slammed the whole experience was underwhelming. read more

The space is huge and there are lots of cool places for patrons to enjoy a beer (beer options are vast) and food from Hi-Pointe Drive In. Walking up from outside, you are greeted by a courtyard that offers great outside seating spaces and a giant tv (sports, so be ready). Bright lights, an open space and Hi Pointe off to the left greets you as you enter. Video games throughout along with a clean and modern space brought me into an uplifting feeling. Me not being a wine drinker normally means a not so great Brewery experience, bit not here! They offer 1/2 bottles of wine and Whole bottles of wine! A 1/2 will typically get you 2 glasses, while the whole gives you 4 (these are personal pours - wink). I opted for the 1/2 Pinot Noir by LaCrema and once I let it breathe for a bit, the taste was amazing! They also offer Seltzers and Cocktails for those who aren't into beer. To the left of the space is Hi Pointe and I grabbed the Monster Sticks, Fries w/side of cheese and a Grilled Chicken add Pepperjack Bacon and Avocado. As per usual, Hi Pointe delivered and I'm pretty sure the crossover customers from each Company will be valuable! My husband and I met some friends here on a Friday night to just see what it was like and it was packed! The outdoor area was full, but we could have brought chairs to sit outside on the turf to watch the cardinal game. We sat inside at one of the long tables! The service was very good and they have a variety of options. At the time, I was NA and they had a couple different options which was great! I am not sure if you can bring in your own food because Hi Pointe is in the same building, but I did see people bringing in other food that was not Hi Pointe! I drive by all the time and the parking lot is always full! I highly recommend checking it out and if you have kids it seemed like all of the kids outside were having a great time! read more
