He compared it to Houston's. Take that how you will. Server was nice but not very attentive. She had this tunnel vision thing going on. I needed her two or three times, even raising my hand for her attention, but she just looked away or was looking at the floor. Inside is a bit dated, but serves the place well. Nothing bad, just older looking and kind of drab. We had beers for appetizers. My buddy had the seared Ahi Tuna dish. He complained it was overcooked. I agree it was cooked more than it should have been. Colorful though.... I had the Steak Frites. Man.... That was disappointing. I feel duped. Normally this dish is like a nice hangar steak with fresh cut fries and a fresh chimichuri sauce. What I got were overcooked steak nuggets, with cold, frozen out of a bag fries, and a glob of C sauce out of a bucket it seemed. I'll likely be drug back here by my friend. He likes it. I'll be nice and smile. *Note they charge you an extra 2% to cover the lack of appropriate wages in the kitchen. '26 - 83

Their specialty is craft beer and pizza, and they I typically go for both of those when here. On a recent visit for a quick dinner, I wanted something a bit lighter because I had to go play bowling after and tried a menu item that's always intrigued me: the blueberry chicken sandwich on their house made panuozzo bread. I expected this would be like a chicken salad but the waitress said it came hot and melty, and I was in the mood for a risk. And man did the risk pay off, this sandwich was one of my favorite things I've eaten all month! It comes hot and melty with a house made pesto, blueberry compote, fontina, and thin pieces of chicken, perfectly cooked. The panuozzo bread is almost as if you made naan out of pizza dough, and it keeps everything nicely contained without making the sandwich too bready. The flavors are unexpected but work so, SO well together - truly a work of genius. I paired it with their shake shake fries, which have an awesome seasoning (not spicy, just adds flavor) and a Diet Coke. Service was so kind and helpful, even on a busy Wednesday night. I was able to get in and out within 40 minutes, which was a win for the time crunch I was in but I still felt relaxed to eat my sandwich at my leisure. I love it the level of consistency in quality and service here after so many years - I truly always know I'm guaranteed to have a great meal in a relaxed atmosphere with helpful servers every time I come. Nice dedicated parking lot in back is just an added bonus to the overall experience here!

My favorite spot to dine at this location is on their patio, situated adjacent to the nearby apartment complex's pool. At my last visit, my husband and I shared the whipped feta, Brussels sprouts and sweet potatoes with garlic aioli, and the slider trio. The crunchy yet chewy pita was a nice surprise and I enjoyed the candied pecans topping the tangy feta. The sweetness from the potatoes helped tame the bitterness that comes with most Brussels sprouts preparations. Each slider was more unique than the one before. Everything was enjoyable and I'd recommend it all and gladly order each item again at a future visit.

The service is good, the vibes are right, but the food is average. This last visit we got chicken wings that were lemon pepper parm flavored. There wasn't a punch of lemon and the flavor and texture of the wing fell flat. It wasn't bad, just average. My ceasar salad was good, but there were large chucks of the bottom of the romaine in the salad. Again, nothing to complain about, but just lacked the extra that it would take to get 4 or 5 stars. The ranch is very very good though. I will give credit there.

Almost a month later and I'm still dreaming about the food! My husband and I shared the platter where you choose 3 proteins and 2 sides. I wasn't sure what to expect, because up until this point I never really cared for BBQ. We got the most delicious brisket, it was so tender, and it paired perfectly with BBQ sauce. We also ordered the pulled chicken and pulled pork, which we also loved. And of course we couldn't leave without trying their banana pudding. As someone who loves banana pudding, it ranks as the best I've ever had... by far! After our visit to Edleys, I realized I never hated BBQ, I just hadn't had any good BBQ where I live. Take this as a sign to pay them a visit!!

The grits are amazing & I love the hot chicken salad. My favorite dish is the Tuck special sandwich with brisket. Brisket, fried egg, pimento cheese... perfect. But they have made some bizarre changes lately. I use to LOVE their cornbread. But they changed it for some reason & not nearly as good as it use to be. They also got rid of the ghost pepper bbq sauce. Still mad about it. It was my favorite sauce. The Nashville sauce is great. Very good. But damn do I miss that ghost sauce. I bought up every bottle they had left when I found out they weren't making it anymore. I've used it sparingly but I'm on the last bottle. Also, if u order for pickup, they randomly run out of stuff & don't tell you. I'll place & order online & when I get there find out they're out of something. Which is a bummer when you are ordering in bulk for several people. All in all though, still my favorite bbq when I don't want to take the time to do it myself. Definitely recommend it. Just miss some of the old stuff & wish there was better communication or updates online when things are out of stock.

Let me say bottom line everything was fine, but nothing was show stopping. I went with my partner in crumbs who we like to split food and we were excited to order the jackson and the chicken chilies sandwich. I find it hard to believe this was the same Jackson experience that Guy Fieri had. It was tasty but the bread to topping/au jus ratio was an after thought and with limited toppings the sandwich seemed small. The server recommended the mac and cheese and it was good but felt like a ready made. The chicken sandwich again it was fine super thin chicken with limited toppings. I with this we got the broccoli salad it was yummy. Since it was my birthday we got a brownie...the parts that weren't rock hard were tasty.

We just happened to arrive later in the evening on a weeknight with no wait. I ordered the pork mojo, but when it arrived it was the fried pork chop. I alerted the runner that I had ordered a different pork dish. She immediately went to the server who checked and had made a mistake and put in the wrong ordered. I said it was no big deal and that I would take the pork chop. A gentleman noticed the interaction and sprung into action. He let me keep the pork chop and brought out the mojo pork. I was later told he was the owner. When our check arrived later he comped both the pork chop and mojo. Excellent service will make me a repeat customer over and over again. Now to the pork mojo. It was delicious. The kind of dish that I will seek out in the future. The rice was fluffy and moist and the cilantro dressing was creamy and yummy. It was very well balanced and hit the spot. Wings were very good, best ive had in Mount Juliet so far, burnt ends were good, we asked for no jalapeños but still got them anyways, had to pick them off since we arent fans of anything spicy. Drinks were really good! My boyfriend got the old fashioned and i had wine then a cocktail. Service was subpar, waitress didn't give refills on water and very passive instead of proactive. Will definitely come back to try it out again.
