DO NOT SPEND YOUR MONEY HERE! Recently purchased some Jeter pre rolls from this establishment. When opening the package the pre rolls were manufactured improperly which led to resulted in a product that was not consumable. When asking for an exchange or refund the lady blamed it on the manufactures and insisted that there was nothing she could do to fix the issue. Horrible customer service. Rather than save 40$ and keep and customer they would rather keep their 40$. All good just be warned they are this way. Go to New Gernations if you want better service. read more

I usually don't do reviews, or when I do, they are quick and simple. After a few weeks of wanting to visit 420 Central, I finally did so. I had my husband accompany me because, well for one, I have never been to a dispensary, and two, for moral support. I suffer from scoliosis, degenerative disc issues, and cartilage that is breaking all over my lumbar. Back in Dec (2018 a few mos ago), I was in such tremendous burning pain that I went back to see my back specialist. The new X-ray done showed I have fluid leaking out from discs...it's horrific. Takes 6-8mos to heal. Fast forward now 2 mos, and I'm still in pain. The fluid flares up every other day still. I've had maybe one good day since Dec. I've been on steroids, Celebrex, Vicodin, Advil, Tylenol, etc etc to no avail. Thus, my visit to 420 Central. We were warmly greeted as we entered that facility. And yes, I was nervous. But at that point, nothing matter but to get some kind of relief. We were called back by Ashley...and she was superb. After tell her my "woe is me" story, she knew exactly where to lead me...to oils. She explained every type of oil to us and what it would do for me for example during the morning, through out the mid day, and when I went to bed. We decided to start me on a low CBD from Fiddlers Greens. Within the first 2hrs, I was able to feel some relief from my burning back pain. She also said to not give up, everyone reacts to oils differently, and there are other kinds to try if this one does not do what I am looking for. And she's right. You have to stick with something for at least a month for it to start working. I'm so happy I finally stopped in, and can't wait to try other items she recommended! read more

so disappointed with this service. We're from out of town and called ahead and asked if we would still be served by 956 if we got there. We were ASSURED that as long as we got there before 9:56 we would be good. Got there for 954 and was basically left hanging at the door until 956 and thats when the budtender finally came out saying they will not serve us. WHEN THERE WAS FULL STAFF IN THERE.... Its fine that they couldnt serve us after 9:56 but the fact that they told us to come all the way for us to just be turned away with no remorse was very unsettling and telling of this business. read more

This is my favorite dispensary in the area, by far. The best part about this location is the selection, but the knowledgeable bud tenders also make the experience what it is. My husband and I use medicinally and have been to almost all the dispensaries in the area at this point. I keep coming back to 420 Central because the service is phenomenal + they actually have all their items on display for questions and perusing. You can check out ingredients of everything, ask as many questions as you want, and not feel rushed as you make conscious decisions. I've never had to wait more than 10 minutes to get in and their waiting lounge is comfortable (and has an easily accessible bathroom and drinking water). Parking is easy, the location comes up correctly on my map. All good things. This week, we got to work with Michael M. and cannot say enough good things. He was kind, knew a ton about the products (not just bud or only an edible user, etc.). He answered all our questions, was patient as we hemmed and hawed over options, and provided his own take on things when we asked. He wasn't pushy like some bud tenders or ignorant like others I've encountered in other dispensaries. I bought a vape pen from these guys and it broke immediately. Returned it and asked for a replacement and they refused. Asked for them to discount the cost of the pen towards the purchase of an upgraded pen. They also refused. I'm basically a novice when it comes to this but I just have to say that the couple times I've been here they've been super patient with me and have taken their time to really explain the benefits and down falls of specific products. They've been really kind and always really helpful. As a novice you need guidance and they're always willing to help and it's greatly appreciated.
