I was introduced to 423 with a 2 week unlimited guest pass as a gift! This was a incredible introductory and I highly recommend it. My first class was heated mat pilates, the instructor Cayla was fantastic and led the class in such a helping but efficient way since there are different levels all taking the same class. The heated room is clean and organically simple, it has a very nice vibe. Yin Yoga is also a calming introduction to held positions, you'l leave very peaceful. I recommend this studio, private parking is easy in their building and shower and restroom accommodations are a plus! read more

I have specifically been going to this studio on Fridays for Cayla's hot Pilates class. The class is so great and I totally feel the burn during the workout. It's low intensity, but still really hard and fun. I would totally attend her other hot Pilates class if it worked with my schedule. The studio appears clean, including the equipment, and the staff have all seemed nice so far! Definitely will be returning as much as I can for classes! read more

Chinatsu proved to be an effective instructor, guiding a class of around 25 students in a space that, while decent, felt somewhat cramped. The showers were satisfactory, equipped with shampoo/conditioner and body wash, and free parking was available in the lot for added convenience. read more

Always had a huge interest in trying out hot yoga. Looked for a studio near me. I always like going to places that are individually owned rather than a chain. Found 423 and I was more inclined to try it out when I saw it was also women owned. Have been going consistently for almost a month. I am addicted to going to 423 Yoga and have tried a variety of different classes and handful of instructors who have all been lovely.
