(It's a sneak-peek...a foreshadow for how you are received.) Bought the intro offer and gave myself two weeks to play! The Classes: Sarah's Hot Power - My 1st class, and an immediate delight. The heat was satisfying. The music was energizing. The flow was playful & strong. A beautiful introduction. Amy's Hot Power - Amy gave me something unexpected: A somatic shift. Her closing cue during savasana was simple, but powerful: Not just to think "thank you." But to feel gratitude in the body. I felt that. I experienced that. It transformed gratitude from mental language into embodied experience. And that stayed with me. Thank you, Amy. Truly. Courtney's Hot Power - Steady. Fluid. Underwater dance. On the evening of the Flower Moon, there was nowhere else I would have rather been. Courtney's gift is smooth power, and her choice in music held the room like water: Fluid, graceful & immersive. A beautiful surrender into breath, movement, & rhythm: * Skandasana into Warrior II. * Twisted Chair into Standing Twist Opposite Hand to Knee. * Then gently, intentionally, back down. She teaches with grace & steadiness. *Her class revealed that intensity does not require force. Courtney's Yang Yin - After another round of smooth powerful flow, we settled into the Yin portion. We built a tower-like bolster nest. It was a first for me! (Who doesn't LOVE firsts?!? I included a photo.) The image alone captures it: Soft surrender, Sacred stillness, Peace. The Space: Clean. Bright. Spacious. The studio reflects that same intentionality: * Secure/free parking. * Light-filled entry. * Private bathrooms. * Private showers. Big shout out to the incredible 423Yoga studio in Redondo Beach !!!. The studio has an amazing positive vibe, the classes are super fun and I feel amazing after the hot yoga sessions. The instructors are all super professional and even as beginner u fit right in and can follow along very easy. My favorite is the 26&2 class as it caters to every single muscle in your body but all the classes are fantastic. I attended a sound bath at 423Yoga for the first time and it felt truly incredible. My friend invited me to a class there and I loved it for many reasons. First, it is a small studio not a large chain. It's super clean!! It is not overfilled filled like a sardine can like other studios. They have private showers and bathrooms. The instructors very nice and are knowledgeable. They provide a lot of instruction for each position to ensure proper movement and muscle engagement. They also provide both progressions and regressions and not assume that everyone is a pro yogi or extremely flexible. :) In summary, this studio is interested in helping you improve and feel better not just to oversell their classes. read more

Out of the many studios I've been to, 423 is one of my favorites. Super clean and everyone is so nice. They've really helped me with my form in both mat pilates and yoga, and they offer great stretching tips. I've noticed that the intensity and pace of the class really depends on the instructor you take. I walked in to this place not knowing the first thing about Yoga 423. Since I tried their 2 weeks unlimited, I've genuinely been excited every time.
