However, the agent informed me that in order to activate the card and change the PIN number, I would need to call the number stated on the information paper she provided. It was a bit inconvenient to have to go through this process instead of doing it at the bank, but I accepted it. I rarely use my debit card since I prefer using my credit cards for points and rewards. A few days later, I decided to call the number she had given me, but to my surprise, it did not work. The number appeared to be disconnected. When I attempted to contact their customer service, unfortunately, I received a recorded message that says it was outside of their operating hours, and I was unable to receive any further assistance. I don't have a lot of confidence in a bank that can't even get their phone numbers in order. Due to this frustrating experience, I'm inclined to leave a one-star rating.

TIME we try to make cash deposits at the drive-thru ATM, it is 8/10 times broken. Then you'll have to drive around & go in for the ATM inside the building & if it's after-hours, you'll have to insert your card to get into the building & ofc THAT doesn't work. This banking institution is greedy, they love over-charging you with fees & we will be closing our accountS (Checking & Savings) soon after I write this review. NEVER BANK HERE!

We were told yes, so we drove an hour to the dealership. After signing paperwork and putting down a deposit, we discovered the vehicle was actually a total loss vehicle. When we expressed that we were uncomfortable moving forward, especially since we had directly asked about the title beforehand, the staff became defensive and argumentative instead of taking accountability. They continued insisting it was a "clear title" despite the obvious issue. We requested the transaction be voided immediately. Instead, they claimed they could only issue a refund. Two weeks later, we still had not received our money back and ultimately had to dispute the charge through our bank. Do yourself a favor and read the one-star reviews carefully. The higher-rated reviews seem very questionable when customers are encouraged to leave reviews before even driving off the lot. Would never recommend this dealership to anyone. I have a high but reasonable interest rate for my credit rating and they're good to deal with once you've purchased the vehicle! As with any lender you need to make your payments on time or there's a late fee but again it's very reasonable only being like $10 if you're less then 30 days late! If your credit improves you'll need to refinance with another lender and they don't have an early payoff penalty! The ladies working in the office are easy to deal with and as long as your first 6 or 7 payments are on time they will work with you a little bit after that if you're late within a 30 day period!
