Great experience with my sales guy Darian..I will be back for another vehicle when my son graduates

On 5/3/2025 I purchased a used 2018 Ford Mustang EcoBoost from Rollit Motors for $19,688.50. At the sale the dealer gave me a CARFAX showing a clean title and only a minor May 2023 rear-end accident. I relied on that and bought the car. During my 90,000-mile service on 5/30/2026 the alignment was badly out of spec. A diagnostic at Sun Devil Auto on 6/3/2026 confirmed a bent front-passenger (right-front) strut, indicating a prior right-front collision. Researching the VIN, I found the vehicle had gone through an IAAI salvage auction on 12/16/2024 (Lot 40916124), listed with "Right Front" as the primary damage and sold for $8,700 - about six months before I bought it. Rollit took it into inventory on 1/3/2025 and listed it on 2/6/2025. None of this - the salvage auction or the front-right collision damage - was disclosed to me, and none of it appears on the CARFAX the dealer provided. The front bumper's lower lip had also been re-secured with screws, consistent with concealing damage to that corner. My attorney sent Rollit a formal demand on 6/11/2026; the dealership did not respond by the 6/19/2026 deadline. I have also filed complaints with the Arizona Attorney General (confirmation EDKVU-9OI92) and ADOT/MVD. Desired resolution: rescind the sale and refund my $19,686.50, or pay $7,500 to cover the vehicle's diminished value plus repair and inspection costs. read more

BEWARE!!!! READ THE ONE STAR REVIEWS! Absolutely terrible experience with this dealership. We called ahead about a vehicle and specifically asked if it had a clean title. We were told yes, so we drove an hour to the dealership. After signing paperwork and putting down a deposit, we discovered the vehicle was actually a total loss vehicle. When we expressed that we were uncomfortable moving forward, especially since we had directly asked about the title beforehand, the staff became defensive and argumentative instead of taking accountability. They continued insisting it was a "clear title" despite the obvious issue. We requested the transaction be voided immediately. Instead, they claimed they could only issue a refund. Two weeks later, we still had not received our money back and ultimately had to dispute the charge through our bank. Do yourself a favor and read the one-star reviews carefully. The higher-rated reviews seem very questionable when customers are encouraged to leave reviews before even driving off the lot. Would never recommend this dealership to anyone. I purchased a Chrysler 300 from Rollit Motors on February 24, 2026 around 5pm. Within MINUTES of leaving the dealership, the car started smoking from underneath while driving on Highway 202. We immediately pulled over and within about a minute the car BURST INTO FLAMES. 911 had to be called and the fire department responded. The vehicle is now a TOTAL LOSS. Before the test drive the car even needed to be jump-started because the battery was dead, which should have been a major red flag. The driver also reported smelling oil right before the smoke started. This clearly suggests the vehicle had serious mechanical issues that should have been caught before it was sold. What makes this worse is the dealership's response. The salesman told us on the phone that they "had our backs" and would help us figure everything out. The next day when we called, they completely changed their story and said: "Talk to your insurance." "Not our fault." "The warranty is third party." "Deal with them." They refused to help at all. This situation could have killed someone. My boyfriend barely got out of the car before it caught fire. Selling a vehicle that bursts into flames minutes after purchase is unacceptable and extremely dangerous. Buyers beware. read more

I've seen them take cars from claremore collision center (right around the corner) and try to sell the cars. If you hang around long enough, you will see them drive cars from that collision center straight to their lot. They window dress the cars. The cars that aren't selling end up on local auction websites such as copart. These cars are well dressed for sale but will break down. As any used car dealership, they're in the business of turning a quick profit. If you are looking for a car dealership with good morals and values, it is my experience and opinion that you won't find that here. I suggest you look up (using a simple google search) the owner, Michael Kilmer from mesa arizona, prior to doing business with them. The head of their sales, Jason, will do anything for a quick penny. read more

Horrible business, all my dad wanted to do was lower the price to 25,000 to 21,000 because they're over selling a truck priced 28,000 even it was worth 18,000 to 20,000 at KBB. I was putting 2,000 down! With also a trade in and immediately cancel the deal because Steve decided to called my dad a wetback.......lol he happens to be African American just like Steve.....lol. Even texted the GM to call my dad, no call......But anyways I wouldn't go here, they'll screw you over if your young, and even worse when you know what your doing! Poor service. The sale person was great from the beginning. We purchased a 2013 Toyota Tacoma for our son. We tested drove the vehicle, it ran great. We had to wait until approval with the bank. So the next day they called us and said finance was approved come get the truck. I was surprised and excited for my son, because it was his first vehicle. We did cash down payment, signed, and walked out with the keys. Miles down the roads. My son experience a lock in the wheels. I called the dealership, and they didn't know what we were talking about. So we had the vehicle towed back to their yard. They kept the vehicle for a "WEEK".... before the took the vehicle. We found a lot of parts that needed to be repaired. The ball joints were all worn out, completely damaged. Only thing they replaced was the front brakes. The power steering was linking, lower control arms were completely brusted. Which they refused to fix. There was a lot of problems with this truck that I didn't feel safe for my child to drive or anyone. So I told ROLLIT MOTORS and MANAGERS to fix the problems. They refused. They said it was like rebuilding the whole vehicle. I'm confused. Weren't you all supposed to maintenance your vehicles before selling them. What was the point of including the warranty? I thought that was BS!! I've been scammed before, so don't fool me. So after 2 weeks of dealing with them. I pulled my loan and returned the vehicle. Don't mess with this mama... you will get the short end of the stick. I'm the one who will pay the loan not you! And after reading all the review. Yes the manager BOB is the rudest person!! He had the nerve to say, I have to check the truck after we returned it. He goes out and drives the truck around in the park lot up and down in fast range. Just wasted 25,000! We bought the car for 13,000 and almost immediately the car showed signs of being a lemon. A month later it's undrivable and still in the shop with a check engine light. There was no maintenance ever done to the car! We literally are heartbroken spending so much in this car realizing it will never drive. Do not buy here! We did call and all they said was we'll do the work for you and try to work out a deal to lower the cost of repair. read more

I recently bought a 2017 Dodge Journey Crossroads from this dealership. Overall, I like the car -- it drives well, I got solid financing, and they had no problem with me taking it to my own mechanic before finalizing the sale. They even agreed to fix a few things my mechanic pointed out, which I appreciated. That said, a big issue came up after the purchase. I was told the hail damage noted on the Carfax had been repaired, and that simply wasn't true -- the roof still has visible, unrepaired damage. When I brought it up, the response was dismissive: "it is what it is." No apology, no effort to fix it, no financial solution offered. What bothered me most wasn't the hail damage itself, but the fact that I was given false information about it and no one took ownership when I raised the concern. Honesty is one of the most important qualities you want in a salesperson, and that part of the experience left me disappointed. I'm still happy with the car and appreciate the parts of the process that went smoothly. But this experience definitely made it harder to fully trust the dealership, and I hope they take more accountability with future customers. read more

Absolutely one of the more shady dealers I have delt with. I bought a vehicle from them and it took 2 weeks before I had to call the finance company to get my vehicle shipped. Then, after it got shipped the manager accused me of agreeing to pay an extra $300 to have it expedited, like what are you expediting!?!? It has been two weeks! Also, once I finally got the vehicle: The tire pressure sensors were not synced I had to buy a new battery becomes the one that was in it was trash! The key fob was broken, I should have known because the sales person hid it in the videos he sent me. And FINALLY, after not even having it a month on my possession, it's in the shop with a starting repair bill of $1000! I would not buy any vehicle from this deal, they brag and talk a big game, but do not give any cares about the customer. PS. I was also laughed at for asking for a video of the dash with it being cranked and running. To which the sales person said "we don't sell cars with check engine lights on." You are right you cover it up and ship them out to ppl, so they come on when they get them! I have text proof of all this. BUYERS BEWARE!!!! Update:Sept 20, 2025 Had a authorized GM mechanic work on my vehicle and he sent me picture and said, "someone has been in it" Update: Oct 4, 2025 Just got off the phone with Jason and manager here. They are refusing to help with the repairs on the vehicle they sold me Aug 19, 2025 but didn't get in my possession till Sept 16, 2025. Which has no got up to $2000. The mechanic I have working in it has discovered that engine work has been done on this vehicle recently, the ECM was replaced recently with one that was out of a junk yard. Rollit Motor is claiming to stand behind a 15 day 500 mile implied warranty, but fail to realize that AZ has consumer fraud laws. None of the resent discoveries were told to me about the vehicle before I bought it, the fuel rail, the injector harness malfunction or the ECM failing! Also, Jason's reply to these things is that it's my fault for not buying the extended warranty, and that I took a gamble buying the used car. It's a 2019 Yukon XL Denali! Less then 30 days of me driving it and major engine problems occur. To top it all off, he pretty much said that I have no fight in court cause of this implies warranty paperwork I signed. DO NOT GO HERE!!! They will sell you a car, go over terms and contract. They had my old car for 3 weeks, didn't say anything about having issues with financing, and I ended up almost defaulting on my previous loan because they didn't pay it in time. I then contacted them in regards to my down payment, because what I had I had to use towards my old car loan so that I wouldn't default. They said that I needed to come in ASAP. So under the guise of discussing my remaining down, which I didn't think was going to be a long process , I brought both of my kids, (I'm a single mom) aged three and one. Once I arrived , I was informed by the salesman Darian, on a piece of paper " not to shoot the messenger, he just found out" that he wrote in front of me and slid over. (They had been trying to get me their IN PERSON for 2 days, I just was not able to do so, but sure ok) He also knew I was going to have my kids, but couldn't give me a heads up, because supposedly no one knows anything there ) Apparently, The financing company fell through, and so they needed to find another company. The initial payment was $100 more than I had had. [That original payment was still $100 more than I told them I was comfortable paying, but I had agreed to it, because I needed a new car] Well, like the sneaky, lying company they are, They took full advantage Of the fact that I was busy making sure my 3yr old, who has ADHD wasn't running out one of the many WIDE OPEN DOORS and onto Gilbert rd. And while they were FINALLY able to get my payment within $10 of the previous (after I told them to take their car back, I'll take my old car. And that I wanted to leave, because my kids were distracted) They made it seem like it would be quick, and that I couldn't until this was handled. And despite having an indepth conversation with the salesman's about the importance of gap insurance, he neglected to tell me they REMOVED GAP INSURANCE. At one point, he even crossed out the extra warranty, hovered over the gap, but then left it. Well, they also added their warranty. They make money. I understand i messed up by not asking, but I was there at 6pm till 730. It was past my kids bedtime. And I was obviously stupid for thinking that Darian would go over the changes they made so i was aware. But he didn't. (It's apparently not his fault though, or his job?!) But they don't care. They say they're honest, but that's not honest. So when all is said and done, they upped the price, interest rate, added their warranty, got rid of gap, I had paid nearly $400 to not default on my previous car, to which they made sure to get the updated balance of my old car, so they didn't overpay on it, and I get $ sent to me. And I still owe that $400 to them for a remaining down. And changed the length of time of the loan to an additional 6 months. All of that, I'm paying almost $5,000 more now. BUT WITH NO GAP INSURANCE. Oh and my car still has not been paid off. They have had it a month. The whole stereotype about car salesman's being sketchy, at this place... 100% truth. They will lie, be sneaky, and then claim it wasn't them. Do not go here. I understand I put myself in this situation, but I would have never agreed to any of that had I realized that's what they were doing.. And I would have realized it had I not been to busy focusing on making sure my 3yr old son didn't escape and run into the street. read more

Can you say ghhhhhettoooo!? The truck I looked at had the worst half-assed detailing job possible, and a 2020 vehicle shouldn't smell like an ashtray if you're trying to sell it. When I called to ask about the truck I wanted to look at, it took him awhile to determine whether or not it was available. He said they "run a tight ship" around there, I thought he meant they were clean and organized... turns out he meant the "tight ship" was packed so tight that you couldn't hardly walk around. Pray that the vehicle you want to test drive isn't buried behind 20 other vehicles. An old fast food restaurant probably doesn't make for the best car lot. The staff seemed relatively friendly, but I wouldn't do business there. read more

Worst customer service on a very easy transaction. I essentially had no salesperson the entire time. The first time I called about the used car I was interested in they said it was still available and took half the money from my checking account since my bank would not allow more in one day. The next day I checked my account and the other half had been withdrawn, and I never heard anything since. After a botched delivery where my car was delivered to me at 7AM without notice I still heard nothing from the dealer. I've been in possession of the automobile for 5 going on 6 days and still have not received my paperwork and title to the car, and as usual I still haven't heard from anyone. Buying a car is already a tedious process which makes it very unpleasant for the buyer but I've started this transaction 2 weeks ago and it is still ongoing. read more

I bought a car from this dealership in September of 2024, and received the car from a shipping company they set up. When I received the vehicle there was front end damage to the bumper and the sales person I was dealing with never disclosed this damage to me and it was not in any of the pictures. When the shipping company picked up the car their paperwork they marked that they found damage to the bumper. The dealership is claiming there was never damage to it, and even after showing them the paperwork they still are refusing to pay for the damages. Bob Schoeppel has been the absolute worst car sales manager and the most unprofessional manager I've ever dealt with to get the repairs done. Stay away from this dealership! read more

My son (who is on the spectrum) decided he wanted to be independent and went to roll it motors to get his first (purchased by himself) car. Well unfortunately 5 months later it has now dropped a valve and isn't drivable. Being my son is autistic I decided I would help him reach out to the dealership to try to see what our options would be so he's not stuck in a loan for 15 grand in a car that worked for 5 months. I expressed my concern to Kyle feeling that my son was taken advantage of which seemed to upset him ( not sure why the person that sold the car is no longer there) in which he became very rude and passive aggressive with me telling me we should just let my sons shop fix his vehicle since they are so "stand up". My son works at Subaru and his shop went into the engine with cameras to tell my son what was wrong and communicated it would be more to fix then the cars value. Kyle then proceeded to correct my spelling in text further displaying his lack of professionalism. I'm just a mom trying to help her son and ensure he isn't taken advantage of and has a operating vehicle. The behavior displayed by this dealership showed lack of ownership and appreciation for their customers. Validation and excellent customer service goes a Long way , as well as compassion. A car is a BIG purchase no one deserves to buy a car and have it not drivable 5 months later Especially kids who are just trying to learn how to be adults. Very disappointed in how this company handled this situation and very offended by how Kyle treated me when I've remained calm and respectful. I wouldn't recommend spending money with a company doesn't value your business and isn't willing to rectify problems to the best of their ability in situations like this. We went in to try to resolve and the manager bob was very rude to us wouldn't stop yelling and screaming at one point challenging my husband by walking behind the desk to act as if he wanted to fight my husband , things escalated to being out of control and we left before someone would have gotten hurt. This was absolutely egregious behavior for a establishment to treat customers. Do not support this business they do not value their guest or have good sustainable vehicles. We will be heading to the attorney generals office as the owner has tried to do nothing to rectify the problem and also file a complaint with the better Business Bureau. The loan company has escalated the problem to management to also see what can be done on their end. Do not purchase a vehicle here you will sadly regret this dealership is selling lemons, making them work just long enough to get their money and horrible business ethic. read more

This dealership has very good salesman, in fact, such good salesman that they were able to take advantage of an unexperienced and unknowledgeable Consumer like myself and deceived me into thinking I Was buying a reliable car. If you want to buy a car that won't cause you emotional distress from having to take it to the shop and continuously have to repair it do not buy a car from this dealership. And whatever you do do not tell them you want the best warranty for the vehicle with all the inclusions because they will simply say they'll give you it, but on paper contradict themselves. The amount of Time and money put into this car is crazy considering it's a 2018 vehicle with 60,000 miles on it at the time, I was better off getting something at the junkyard. read more

Well, were do i start. 1st experience was good. Decent car, fixed issues when 1st purchased. So I will give them that. 2nd time - did a test drive and they demanded $3,000 up front so I could test drive and have my mechanic look at the car the next day. Per my mechanic, rust bucket and not a good purchase. So the next day I took it back and told them I was not interested and to please put back the $3,000 on my card and they promised they would. 4 months later, I was checking my cc card that I never use except for special occasions. And the $3,000 was still on there. I called and was hung up on and then called again and left on hold for over 15 minutes, until I called with another phone and told them to pick the call on hold. Jason - he first threw it in my face..why did you take so long to check your card, then he said he could not go back 4 months on his POS system to check to see of it had been refunded, then he said he would check with his finance department the next day and that sometime when they do credits the credit card company gives it back to them after trying to refund it. So the next day, he called me before 12, as I had requested, and did say they forgot to refund it and it will be refund, which it has been. BUT, when asked Jason about the interest that I had to pay on the $3,000 he said "you have to take some responsibility for not checking your card" and we will not be reimbursing you for the interest do to the fact that we FORGOT to refund the money. Well Jason you are right, I trusted your company to do their jobs. And because i trusted your company I am now out $250.00 because i chose to use your company to buy a car. Thats right great business ethics and customer retention...blame the customer for your mistakes...keep up the good work. read more

I just recently pur a truck from this dealership and it's the worst experience I've ever had purchasing a vehicle. I live in California so I didn't have a chance to see the vehicle before I purchased. They lied in the carfax report saying the vehicle the vehicle hadn't been in any accidents. When I received the vehicle, I could see that one side of the front bumper was twisted and the none of the pieces in the back bumper fit properly. So, the vehicle was overpriced do to the damage. Even though Rollit Motors had poor reviews, I decided to take a chance and check out a Jeep Wrangler Sport because of the decent listed price. Communication with Ryan was good. When I arrived Ryan met me in the parking lot with keys in hand for a test drive. I began driving the Jeep and immediately was concerned because it was all over the road and almost impossible to handle Also, the seatbelt light and notification continually flashed/made noise even though we were clearly buckled (this concerns me for safety reasons) I was quite frankly appalled after test driving it. I feel that there is no way the staff would not know how awful that jeep drove or that there was clearly an issue with a sensor. When I came back inside It was like Ryan was annoyed that I didn't want to purchase the vehicle. Also, they were "test" driving a vehicle in the parking lot and they were driving into crazy.!who knows how these cars are treated. Anyway, I wouldn't suggest shopping for a vehicle here. read more

I had a great experience with the selling me this car it began leaking oil and we took it in several time it would stop for maybe a day and start again we live about 50 or more miles away we were told about this dealership from a coworker they took care of her when the engine blew and only had to spend 500 on a new engine. Getting a car from an actual dealership and having to pay for half the new engine (we had less than 1100 miles on the suburban) we thought this is the place we can trust. After 3 times taking my car in due to leaking oil and having AAA tow it multiple time they had my car for almost 4 months repairing what was wrong with it. When I picked it up FINALLY (MAKE 4 PAYMENTS WHILE THEY HAD IT AND WARRANTY IS ONLY AS GOOD AS THE CAR IS NOT PAID OFF) so I went to pick it up and he said replaced the turbo you just need to emplacement the valve (something I am a woman who does not work on cars) so do I pay someone to fix it? Or does my warranty? If it's that easy and he had it for 4 months why didn't he? I am reaching out to a lawyer the whole reason we brought it in several time is to have it fixed my husband tried to change the oil and can't even get the bolt ir filter out and the mechanic said he did it super easy ...sorry he is not truthful and is making a great deal ship look like liars. read more

I reached out to the dealership on a Saturday inquiring about a jeep they had listed on their website. The salesman I spoke to expressed that that particular jeep had been on their lot for "awhile." I asked why and he said that he didn't think the color was "everyone's cup of tea." I explained that we were interested in the jeep, but I wouldn't be able to do anything until Monday morning as the loan department of the CU I use is not open on the weekends. Sunday evening, I got a text message from the salesman requesting that I keep him posted after speaking with my CU. I assured him I would do so. I also asked for additional pictures and a video walk-around of the jeep. He kindly sent me pictures and a video. First thing Monday morning I contacted my CU and by 9:03 AM I had approval for full asking price of the jeep. I never tried to haggle price or talk them down. I thought the asking price was fair and got a loan for the full amount. At 9:28 AM I contacted my salesman and told him I was approved for the loan and the CU was going to send the check directly to the dealership. He explained he would be at work around 1 and would start the paperwork process for me. He asked for photos of our driver's licenses, which I sent him. Meanwhile the CU requested an updated purchase agreement that had my full address on it. I sent this request directly to my salesman and was assured that as soon as he got into work he would send it right over. At this point I am really trying to expedite this process because my husband and I had taken Tuesday off work to drive 3.5 hours to Phoenix to test-drive and purchase the jeep!! At 2:53 PM on Monday I received the updated purchase agreement (almost two hours later than he had promised). At 3:08 PM I asked him what else he needed from me to finalize the process. He said "Proof of insurance and the check." At 3:18 PM he expresses that the car will be available for sale and he "is trying his best to hold it for me but we don't do holds." At this point I get a funny feeling that suddenly the jeep that has sat on the lot for months is now the most popular jeep in Mesa! At 4:00 PM I sent a photo of an email from my lender stating the check is being overnighted to the dealership however, because of the delay in getting the amended purchase agreement we have missed the FedEx cut-off time and it's possible the check would not arrive until Wednesday. The salesman asks for some time to speak with his manager to see if they will allow me to pick up the jeep on Tuesday with a letter from my CU that the funds have been sent. At 4:06 PM my salesman tells me that someone else is working a deal for the same jeep I think I just bought! Sure enough at 4:20 PM I get another text telling me the jeep has been sold!! All I could think in my head was "you're damn right it sold...to me!" I have loan documents that have the jeep's VIN on them. I understand the "we don't hold vehicles" concept but what I don't understand is why that jeep was available after 9:03 AM when I told him that I had financed it and a check would be issued that day! To rub salt in an open wound I get several follow-up texts from my salesman stating he was sorry, and he did all he could do. That he had only worked there for 5 days, and it was out of his control. Although I appreciate his apology, I don't believe it to be sincere. I feel like I was dupped and a little honesty from the beginning would have more appreciated. Below a zero rating in my customer service!!!! I bought an SUV in February 2020. Sales person "Z" stated many times what great vehicle it was and needed nothing. Well I have not even driven it 500 miles at this time, (May2020) due to an injury I suffered a week after I bought the car. Well so far I have close to $3k work that is needed. EVERYTHING THAT NEEDS REPAIR SHOULD HAVE BEEN CHECKED PRIOR TO SELLING THIS VEHICLE. EVEN AN OIL CHANGE!!! I spoke to the Sales Person Mr. Z (for zero) in my mind and he said he would have to chat with the manager. Steer clear of rollit. If you are reading through the reviews, debating on purchasing a car through this place, stop right here as this is the only review you'll need. The time I was prepared to purchase a vehicle, I was in a moment of weakness. Freshly moving in from across the country, the front and rear bumpers on my car were falling off, and it was truly the last thing I needed. I window shopped online before landing on a 2013 Dodge Journey that was located at Rollit motors. I was unsuspecting and it seemed like a good deal to me at the time. I looked over the vehicle, liked what I saw, but I didn't like it for what I would've had to pay. They had it listed at $12,500, and valued my trade at $1,500. Due to my moving expenses, I wasn't looking to put anything down. I left and returned to the vehicle I'd brought down there, when I was stopped. They told me that they would try to get me a deal, and they'd be back in five minutes. They come back and tell me that they're able to value my trade at $2,000 but only if I come back in and sign now. Under the duress of concern over my vehicle, and the pressure added by putting on a timeline, I foolishly agree'd. Inside, they brought out payments that I wasn't a fan of. They coerced me into putting money down that I shouldn't have, especially with all of the moving expenses I was suffering from. Finally I left with my over priced car. A month later after beginning to feel some remorse, I find out that my vehicle had a salvage title that hadn't been disclosed during the time of sale. When confronted, they claimed "it's not salvage in the state of Arizona." That means nothing when trying to trade it or sell private party. I am unable to go to any dealership in the United States and walk out with any more than $4,000 credit max. Private party, I'd be lucky to sell it for $8,000. When confronted I was given some bs speech about "the used car market" and how that was the issue. I was told that they wouldn't allow me to trade in at even a value just enough to break even, $8,300, even though I was sold this vehicle just months ago for $12,500. Rollit does not care about you once you get your money. They offered to take it on trade "with 3 or 4 thousand dollars of negative equity". Finally, cut to today. I noticed a scraping noise coming from the rear of my Dodge. Took it into a brake shop to be told and showed that the rotors that were previously installed are for the wrong vehicle. They were way, way smaller than the standard they should be installed in a dodge journey. This means that every single time I've entered this vehicle for months, the lives of myself and my passengers have been in danger due to a total lack of quality control. The answers they'll give you after you've already purchased from them are abysmal. They do not care about you, and they do not care about or stand behind their quality. The bottom line here is that with their shifty tactics, lack of quality control, and blatant disregard for YOU as the customer, you need to steer clear of Rollit at all costs. They make dealerships look like absolute saints in comparison. Every vehicle on their lot is overpriced. Don't believe me? Check Kelly Blue Book. Check other market prices. There is no reason to purchase from them. ALSO, every single vehicle on their lot has at least one accident on the CARFAX, and was purchased at auction. Run any vin on their lot through the website stat.vin and you can see the auction history on the vehicle. All of these vehicles are at their "best price" and non-negotiable. I strongly urge you, if you read this, do not ignore it. This dealership is filled with predators who only want to be in your wallet. PLEASE GO ANYWHERE ELSE. Very poor customer service , I called ahead of time to ask Steven if I could test drive a 2017 charger scat pack and he said yes and that he'd have the keys ready for when I get there. I end up arriving and then he tell me that they don't usually let people test drive those type of cars without actually applying for it, I let him know that I also have another vehicle in mind to test drive at a different dealership (bmw 340i) so i definitely wasn't gonna make a decision yet . He then says "let me talk to the owner to see what I can do" and then I proceed to wait for about 30 minutes outside just wandering around mindlessly. Honestly wouldn't recommend anyone to go to this pushy dealership. Giving me a hard time about driving a 2017 when I drive a 2022 that's faster than a scatpack. Dealerships have let me take vehicles with 600+ horsepower on a test drive so honestly save your time and money and stay away from this place! read more

****DO NOT BUY FROM HERE**** Purchased a used car (2013 w/ 95k miles) almost 1 month ago to the date. During the purchase I mentioned a couple Safety Recalls regarding this manufacturer. The recall did not list this model at the time of purchase but it was still a concern since it was a SAFETY recall that could result in complete engine failure. When I got home I pulled the complete carfax again and this car has FOUR open recalls. 2 are major. Brian and Bob both told me they would take care of it. No return calls. I call back today and speak with "Jason" (GM) - I explain the situation, he defers me to a 3rd party mechanic he says works for the manufacturer but they schedule them for recalls like this. He goes on to say that they are busy but I'm scheduled. I explained again nobody has returned my call. He keeps talking over me, accuses me of getting frustrated then tell me "You know what, I'll cancel the service call we have for you and you can take it to the dealer like everyone else!" I said "Really, this is how you treat people once you've sold them a car?" His reply was "Yes, take it to the manufacturer dealer" I've worked at dealerships, shops, etc and can tell you that as much as they pride themselves on a "Mom and Pop" dealership, they sure don't treat you like family AFTER they take your money. This was AFTER they messed up the paperwork and we had to RESIGN. Yes, I know a used car dealership but THREE different people on THREE different phone calls told me it would be taken care of. After the call with Jason, I called Brian and explained how disrespected and poorly I was treated, he apologized and offered to escalate this but I'm done with this dealership. This dealer is trying to scam buyers into thinking this base model SR5 4Runner is a TRD Pro, just because the previous owner put TRD Pro badges on the vehicle. (presumably, who knows maybe Rollit put the Pro badges on). Dead giveaways that is not a TRD Pro is the cloth interior with the cloth seating, suspension, lack of good scoop, electronic 4WD knob as well as the monochromatic front and rear valences. Compare the first 2 pics of their vehicle bs the next 2 of a real TRD Pro. They are asking $45K as a result for a vehicle that should list for $30K tops. AVOID THESE SCAMMERS !!! read more

I knew exactly what I wanted when I walked onto the lot. Oscar was my salesman and we test drove a couple of different Subarus they had available. We discussed pros and cons of each, and he was very informative. The whole office is super laidback and no pressure. I took the night to think about options and they were very flexible. Tyler helped me figure out financing options to help rebuild my credit which was trashed from the accident and accrued medical bills. A great experience.
