I've decided to go ahead and give Autodealz a review from what i experienced. The staff was awesome! They really helped me out and got me a car that was pretty good. It wasn't quite in the greatest condition honestly, but i'm an auto tech do to me, no big deal. Despite the minor stuff, the car is solid! And I did not think I would get financed for a car, but they did it! It's been awhile so I can't recall their names, 2 great guys! They sold me a 2018 Nissan Altima and it's been an awesome car. I would definitely recommend buying a car from there. The big dealerships screw you over, they push you into a car you don't want. These guys let you find what you like, no pressure, they are straight up what you can get financed for and how or what's needed to get the financing. They are very helpful and I would buy another car from there again. No more big brand name dealerships! And in reading reviews here, used cars will have some issues, you're not buying a new car after all. You are buying someone else's problems, just don't know the severity until you research the car with carfax. just find the car, research it thoroughly and have it checked. take a scan tool with you when looking at used cars. read more

It isn't a terrible place but I had to call off work and drive far out to see a truck today that I was told I had no issues at all later to find out it would need at minimum six grand into it. Driveshaft was messed up CV axle and was painted to hide rust underneath 4 low wasn't there were a lot of issues and a ton of sound being heard very hard to say that it runs perfectly fine read more

I recently purchased a car from Auto Dealz about 4 months ago and this was my first time ever going to a dealership, and it is safe to say this was one of the biggest mistakes of my life. I dont even know where to start, but ill start with the owner himself, Chuck seems like a helpful guy at the start but just like any used car salesman hes just trying to do whatever he can to make a sale at the end of the day, which i respect. But with my recent purchase from his dealership it has put me through a living hell. I bought a honda civic with 40k miles and it has broken down on me a total of 5 times, i test drove the car before buying it and everything seemed fine. so ofcourse i went thru with my decision. ON THE DRIVE HOME the car broke down and went straight to his mechanic for a week, i get the car back and it breaks within days yet again. Ofcourse i take the car back to his mechanic because it was covered with the warranty and it just so happens that when i get my car back that my A/C was broken, dirty hand marks ALL OVER the interior of the car, and an empty soda can. At the time i dealt with it because "they are fixing it for free aslong as it doesnt break again and drive ill just deal with it." but boy was i wrong Long story short the car breaks again, they claimed i was "redlining" an AUTOMATIC HONDA CIVIC EX! (spoiler alert YOU CANT REDLINE AN AUTOMATIC CAR THAT LIMITS YOU TO 4k RPMS) and btw i use the car to drive from work and back, and for the most part the car is on cruise control for the entire drive to save gas. But ofcourse they attempted to shift the blame on me, it didnt end up working so they fix my car yet again. Chuck gives me a car to use in the meantime, just for me to findout THAT CAR WAS BROKEN TO! I than come back a couple weeks later after driving one of his other cars that struggled just to get up to highway speeds, just to see my car with the bumper damaged and a piece hanging off, even more dirty hand prints on the interior, and missing pushpins on the bumper. I than call chuck again and fill him in on all the stuff they messed up on my car, he than merges the call with his mechanic and claims to of recieved the car like that when i dropped it off, we than got into a yelling match over the phone, and i told them i have pictures and videos of my engine bay and surrounding the car of what my car looked like before i gave them the keys and i was willing to take legal action if they wanted to continue to lie. MORAL OF THE STORY, they fixed my car yet again and covered the cost of all the damages they caused. and here i am 2 weeks later with the SAME PROBLEM, and the car doesnt drive again. I gave up on asking Chuck for help because he claims "his father being in the hospital" is the reason i should feel bad and stop coming to him for help because hes losing money on his sorry excuse of a dealership. I now took my car to another mechanic and im dealing with this out of my own pocket just for them to tell me, " the people who worked on your car previously put in a JUNKYARD TURBO, that is beat to ****" PLEASE DO NOT BUY YOUR CAR FROM AUTO DEALZ, if you do i prey you dont have any issues with your car, because your in for a huge treat going thru his mechanic (and chuck if your reading this i hope you feel good about yourself) read more

I was reluctant to write a negative review about Autodealz only because I try my hardest to give the little guys the benefit of the doubt. I have come to the conclusion that dealers, especially small ones, can no longer be honest. I bought my car from them roughly 4 months ago. Driving right off the lot, I could instantly smell gasoline. The fuel pump needed replaced. I replaced it at a shop I trusted, lo and behold the deal wouldn't cover it. I felt like I shouldn't make a review because the dealer had said they didn't want me to cause problems. I kept my mouth shut only to protect the little guy. This is not the kicker. Only a couple months later my check engine light comes on. At this point I am already fed up and decided to trade the vehicle in. Just one week ago the dealership I traded the car in to ran a repot with the auction site Autodealz purchased this car from. This car had been auctioned several time prior to me purchasing it. The most recent overview the auction report had said the car was red lit. This implies the car had structural damage which was not reported to the car history nor was that information divulged at the time I purchased it. Autodealz will do anything to sell you a car. YOU HAVE FOUND THE RIGHT DEALERSHIP TO BUY YOUR NEXT CAR! Forget the crap you get at other places, these people will help you out even when something wrong happens! I bought a 2011 Hyundai Sonata Hybrid from Chuck (the owner) one week ago and the battery (not the hybrid one) died after the purchase date. Chuck said that he gives a 15 day or 500 mile buyer guarantee AND I bought his extended warranty that covers the battery (he kindly sold it to me at cost). When I reached out to him with this issue, he said, "It always started when it was on the lot" and "batteries die all the time in the heat." I kept talking to him and he eventually held his word and got us a new battery! Chuck (again, the owner) is a straight forward guy who can get along with anyone. Frankly, even with me being frustrated and I probably came across as rude to Chuck, he helped us with this problem and I HIGHLY RECOMMEND this place! read more

The check engine light on the truck that I bought came on the same day that I purchased the truck. The transmission was recently replaced and under a 3 month warranty but the shop that replaced it couldn't fix it. They let me drive it home before it was fixed and the engine overheated without any temperature warnings coming on. This time I took it to the Nissan dealership. They told me the engine block was cracked and had probably been cracked for a long time. I now have a different motor and a different transmission in the truck. I bought the truck 2 months ago and it has spent about 5 weeks in the shop. I traded in my 2001 Pathfinder with the original engine and operating transmission. The owner... Chuck... did work with me. He also made it clear that the deal was done and the truck was mine. Chuck let me use my own trade in as a loaner vehicle. He also paid for half of the motor that I had to buy and replace in the truck. Unfortunately, no amount of customer service from Chuck could make up for the suffering I incurred by making this deal. I was out thousands of dollars in time and money within the first few months of buying the truck. I'd suggest taking these vehicles to the dealership and getting them to put a white glove on them so that you know exactly what you are getting. Lessons learned. read more

Although transaction went very smooth and easy, buyer beware as they are not an actual dealer who runs their cars thru an inspection process. My Audi has electrical issues, with left rear brake and turn signal not working (I was instructed to make all right turns during test drive in retrospect), has some sort of oil blow off that covers the hood and top of car. My wife and I were looking for a first car for her daughter. We found one that we liked at Auto Dealz. We were a little skeptical at first because you never know what you're going to get at a small car dealership. We read the reviews before going. Of course there were a few nay-sayers, but most reviews were positive. We made an appointment and met Chuck at the dealership (which is off the beating path, but is a really cool concept as all the cars are under an airplane hanger). Anyway, he had the car ready and at first glance, we weren't really blown away by the car. The miles were crazy low but it looked a little rougher on the outside than we anticipated, for the asking price. Chuck was easy to negotiate with and even admitted that the car's paint was a little rough in appearance. He came down on the price and kept the car to have it detailed and paint corrected. We picked it up the next day and it looked 100% better. We were pretty happy...until the next day when it threw a check engine light. I called Chuck immediately and he was understanding and easy to work with. We did some trouble shooting for a few days and tried a few remedies. He even paid for MY shop to perform some work (that ended up not solving the problem). For several days we worked together to try to remedy this problem. I think we were both just tired and at our wits end with this car so Chuck offered to take the car back from us at a full refund. He was apologetic and I think we were both a little bummed we couldn't end up making a deal. When we returned the car, Chuck offered to make us a good deal on any car he had on the lot that fit our needs. Well my wife, of course, found a little BMW that she just loved. After a test drive she was doing paperwork. I'm no idiot. I know car values and Chuck really made us the deal of a lifetime on this car. He was open and honest and really went above and beyond on this deal. I'm not going to go into the specifics of the deal, but I assure you, we wouldn't have found this car cheaper anywhere else on the planet. The fact is, Chuck is a businessman and more importantly, a human being. The initial experience was admittedly a pain in the butt (for both sides) but we both remained respectful and reasonable and a fantastic deal was made in the end. In fact, everyone there was extremely low-pressure and easy going: making the entire process much less stressful than any other dealership I've been to. Which is saying something, as my particularity with cars has taken me to a LOT of dealerships in my lifetime. Overall, the folks at Autodealz were very upfront with the process, price and condition of all the cars I looked at: no hidden surprises or last-minute fees. I can't give them zero stars because it won't allow me to, otherwise that would be the rating. We came in and purchased a vehicle with them, initially the car looked good beside the drivers handle which was broken, Chuck stated it was an easy fix and the part would be ordered and repaired. About two days later we went back to get the door handle fixed only to be left stranded on the highway. Turned out that the alternator needed to be replaced. Following the alternator was the radio, it caved in. When we took the car back to get fixed, the dash was not placed back on properly. We had to then return to get that fixed as well. The handle took forever to come in and we got rescheduled about three times before we actually went in. When we took the car they claimed to fix the handle, however the handle did not go back in place automatically which caused the door not to close. Chuck was very rude and stated that is was no big deal, why did we expect it to be perfect? He said it only took 3 seconds to push the handle back into place and refused to fix it. The new handle was never put in as he claimed to have forgotten it at home. We thought we had found a good place with good people but they are trash. The one star is only for the vehicle I bought that my daughter was initially excited to get until the fiasco with this place. Bought a car that had several things that needed repair before we left the lot(minor things at the time until I had my mechanic look at it a couple days later and found major issues) and had an agreement with Chuck (owner)to have them repaired. He said don't worry will take care of it. Got the run arounds to go back and forth with his "mechanic" Jorge some items fixed others months and months of trying to get scheduled to get them fixed(Sunroof). Other items like knob to adjust driver/passenger mirror came right off in the parking let him know right away as he said at the beginning just let him know of any issues and he'll take care of it(don't trust this) Different story later on was never replaced and it seemed they knew about it before hand as it appeared it was super glued on and when I told him he didn't seem surprised. The fog light cover came off just driving down the road shortly after leaving, he said no problem $10 part. It wasn't it was over $40. He put it on me basically to buy, but they all added up and you could tell they must have put some of the stuff on the car or cheaply "repair" items. This seemed to be a trend. Communications with Chuck were frustrating and he was very unprofessional. His mechanic doesn't have voicemail and can't usually get a hold of him to get repairs done and if you express your frustration and how time consuming and run arounds you have to Chuck he acts childish, rude and goes on tangents about himself and what he spends and this and that. Tries to make it your problem and does not go out of his way to make anything convenient for the customer. I kept most communications to messenger in which half the time he was confused on what he agreed on thank goodness got it in writing, but it didn't help. He still went back and forth on his recollections of what was going on and sometimes it seemed like I was communicating with a complete different person. The sunroof needed to be fixed since day one and was written in the repair contract and until I gave up on them actually fixing it (4 months later) it hadn't been fixed. Chuck always rudely commented that he paid so much for repairs (like money out of his pocket)to make me feel like I should be grateful and as if I should accept his behavior and not honoring what he said. I kept telling him it is not my problem what he has to pay or the going back and forth with him and his mechanic to get stuff done. I just wanted the stuff fixed and properly. As after the brakes were fixed there was another issue the brakes had seemed to stem from the repair as I noticed it as soon as I took the car back and I told the mechanic right away he said he would take a look.. Nothing came of that either. It was very ridiculous.This place is a hot mess. He makes it your issue for wanting stuff fixed and done right like you would expect from any business especially when they say they will fix whatever is needed. I guess my concern is why they don't do it before you sign. Like the drivers mirror was broken the day we test drove and his side job guy Paul or sales guy not sure what his role is, but I asked him if that is going to be fixed before I buy and he said no, but then Chuck said yes ofcourse and thought it was already ordered. The service sucks after you buy the vehicle god forbid that there is something you need to contact Chuck for. It feels once you sign he does not seem to want to keep relationships for future business. They don't appear to inspect the vehicle before selling, (didn't clean it and left the gas basically on empty when we picked it up in which he said they forgot to fill it and would do it when I come in to have the drivers mirror replaced, then he backed out of that saying he is paying for repairs and shouldn't have to put gas in too after what he spent(he is full of it),he makes it seem like anything he does that normal car lots would do is him going out of his way to oblige you. He is a narcissist. I wasted time and gas to drive to where his mechanics and it was in a shady area, they would leave the car out and in the sun all day(it has leather seats) at the front of the road area, like it was for sale. I had to leave the car key with a food truck worker that parks in the lot. Which the whole scenario made me feel uncomfortable. His "mechanic" doesn't even work at the shop he repairs at he does it after hours when he is free. Then the temp plates expired because of no emissions done, and he asked me to get it done.After back and forth I ended up getting plates 3 weeks later. You will end up doing the following up and run around don't expect you will get the courtesy let alone communication. They don't care what you need. Its just a lot of work dealing with this business, it should have been much easier and pleasant. It was just crazy and unbelievable. There is much more not enough room. read more

Well first off the locations extremely odd. I get there after having an appointment and no one was here to help at all. Secondly the person I was supposed to meet with didn't even show up for the entirety of my time there which to me is unprofessional. Thirdly and probably the disheartening thing is the person I was supposed to have a scheduled appointment with conducted business through a lot attendant via text and wouldn't even bother running a credit application or really discuss financing once they realized I still owed on my bmw. BUYER BEWARE!!! Bought a very clean, low mileage 2006 Audi A6 2 months ago. Drove it for 1700 miles, and now needs 2 Electronic modules that will cost $3400!! Id recommend going thru a reputable Dealer that puts their cars thru an inspection process. I was also told, as car was advertised as having Navigation, that the DVD was just missing. Turns out, whole head unit is missing. Lesson Learned. read more
