I bought a $200 item on 1/2/26 and was told there was a 30-day return policy. Simple enough. What I wasn't told is that the store would be closing in just a couple weeks in preparation for the Super Bowl and that the store would then close for the season! I still have the item, tags, bag and receipt which I'm stuck with because of awful communication. I've called and e-mailed but got no answer. There was no way we were coming out to watch a game without making a stop at the store because fam love them Niners! We expected a long line to get in - more especially since everyone had the same idea of going after the game. (I know - we should have gone earlier to avoid a crowd, but we didn't want to miss any part of the game.) Although it didn't take long to get in, it was incredibly uncomfortable just being in there simply because it was just way too crowded in there. Yes, everyone was wearing masks, but there was no time I had a least a foot distance from anyone. I didn't really get the chance to find anything I wanted because the crowd prevented me from getting anywhere close to anything I was interested in. The line for paying was even more insane. None of my party of 10 didn't last more than 5 minutes in there, it was just way too crowded and made me feel uneasy. It'll be awhile before we return... This store is under the stadium. Very spendy! I spent $30 on a little baby T-shirt that was 100% cotton and shipped it to my baby nephew as a holiday gift. I'm not sure if I should ever do this again while he's just a baby... because he's not going to remember that his aunt spent thirty bucks on a 49ers fan baby T-shirt for him when he's older. I should probably just do these things for him when he's much older and an actual fan of some team. He'll remember and appreciate it far more. read more

Be careful about purchasing anything from he 49ers right now. Our credit cards are showing 10 large charges over the past month and a half all NFL related for tickets. But, we have also heard that without notice, the niners doubled some season ticket holders accounts. Anyways, something is going on with the 49ers ticketing and we cant get ahold of their ticketing services to help us figure it out. Our account shows very little in the way of payments made and what they are for so no way other than to email them to get information at the moment (Our account manager does not answer her phone). I will admit, I have been a die-hard fan of the San Francisco 49ers ever since the early-1980's when their team rose to monumental stardom. That's why it's fitting a place that the "49ers Flagship Team Store" has anything and everything to the only NFL team currently in Northern California. Located adjacent to "Levi's Stadium" in Santa Clara, this is truly the place to stock up on your 49ers gear. Since I was on a business trip to the Bay Area, I decided to visit this place on the afternoon of 1/22/2020. Since this was a couple weeks before their trip to Super Bowl LIV, the building was flooded with devoted 49ers fans/customers even on the day I went (which was a Wednesday). I must say, the size of this store is quite impressive and other than shopping online, this is the premiere store to buy all 49ers merchandise. They fully stock home/away jerseys of past & present players. The main reason I came here was to buy a Nike Elite road (white) #85 George Kittle jersey to wear during the Super Bowl. As expected, the price was steep (selling for $114.99 + tax) but at least you know you're not getting a knockoff/imitation jersey. There are several Chinese manufacturers that make this for a fraction of the price but I wanted something authentic. In addition to the jerseys, they sell a ton of hoodies, jackets, t-shirts, caps, beanies, socks, pajamas, mugs, bags, sunglasses, keychains, stuffed animals, footballs, cell phone chargers, license plate frames, and even a rocker-recliner for the most devoted fans. But the main reason why I'm giving this place an average 3-star rating is the super-inflated prices! Expect to spend hundreds (if not thousands) of dollars if you wish to leave with a big bag of goodies as most NFL apparel is priced through the roof. Additionally, this place has a very strict return policy so be sure to read all the fine print when buying anything from this store. Overall, its fun to look and see everything that is available here but I'm really only a fan of jerseys and the occasional hooded sweatshirts to support my team. I usually pass on the novelty items. Customer service here is virtually non-existent which is why it's best to roam the entire store on your own. My rating for the "49ers Flagship Team Store", 3-stars. read more

I ended up ordering a Nike Fred Warner Scarlet San Francisco 49ers 75th Anniversary Vapor Limited Jersey and a New era black San Francisco 49ers Griswold original fit snapback hat ( same one that Kyle Shannahan wore) I only had to wait two weeks for my items to arrive at my house. We came in today for the first time and really enjoyed our experience. Parking was limited in front of the store but there was parking across the street as well as right next to the stadium at the soccer park. This was not a home game day so it wasn't overly crowded. The store has a TON of great merchandise but was spread out enough through out that it didn't feel cluttered. In addition to having so many choices, there were plenty of sizes available. This place is very frustrating. We called several times over the weekend to check their hours since it's over an hour drive for us to get there. No one picked up and it stated their hours and that they were closed on JULY for the Red Hot Chilli Peppers concert (it is now October). Cool, they should be open. We drove all the way out there (we get a 15% discount for being SBL members so thought it'd be worth a look even though it's so far) to find out the store is closed due to the Elton John concert. Might be worthwhile to update your message recording sometime in the last 3 months. So I decide to call today to see what inventory they have and this way we know if it's worth our time to go out there (again). A man comes on the phone, doesn't say his name or anything, and is so short and sounds almost disgusted with me calling to ask about this (happened on 10/10/22 at 210pm if anyone wants to figure out who this was). I have a few questions that I don't feel like are "that crazy," and he's seriously making me feel like I'm being such a burden asking these things. He's not answering the questions I am asking, and is providing a bunch of info I don't need. Very frustrating experience. We already wasted our time going out there because the information wasn't updated and then when I'm trying to avoid another experience like that, I'm being made to feel like I'm really putting someone out by asking a few questions. Before I walked into the store they had the 49ers logo on top of the door. I got greeted right when my wife and I walked in. The store is nice and big with the new store smell. It seems like they have workers everywhere. They have interesting stuff. A lot of 49er gears and souvenirs. Some of the items here are pricey. The cool part of the store is the big Toyota truck that they have there with some of the items they put on the back of the truck. WELL!WELL! WELL! Listen, I went to the store this weekend. Wait as a matter of fact I arrived in town on Saturday. Went to the store on Sunday and told myself ONE T-SHIRT. Well I lied and I've visited this store several times. Well I was walking through the store and had picked up several items. This one particular hoodie I didn't see in my size. I looked around for help and saw a young lady that helped me two weeks prior. Let me set the stage . Two weeks prior I couldn't find my size regardless of what I picked up. Well here comes YOU GUESSED IT, the young lady to my rescue again. I asked her for several items and if it wasn't on the shelf or rack she walked to some special hidden door ad came back with the size. I visited the store 2 times on Sunday and last night after the game. Again I couldn't find my size in the Pink 49ER hoodie but again she took a walk , went into the room and came back with the item I requested. I come to find out that her name is CRYSTAL and she's a supervisor at the store. I just want her management staff to know that she is AWESOME!! On Sunday she had some other coworkers helping me find a shirt for my fiancé ( that was a journey) but they came through. I didn't get their names but I would like to show my appreciation to them also. This is by far the worst customer service! I wanted to return two shirts that didn't fit my kids. I have the receipt, items were never worn and the cashier tells me I can't return superball items. WTF are you serious! No where does that say on your receipt. No final sale anywhere on the receipt. The manager had the nervous to tell me "we couldn't fit it on the receipt". Well not my problem print a longer receipt or get a final sale stamp like every other store. While the cashier was trying to help me another customer customer was also to to return something and I must say she was even more rude to her. She even walked away from the customer and didn't say a word or returned back to help her. What kind of customer service is this?!?! Awesome store on GameDay. The lines can be intimidating HOWEVER, the lines move real fast due to the fact that there are somewhere around 40 cash registers operating at once. BEST FLAGSHIP STORE OF ANY SPORTS TEAM "Tip: Beware of buying items at the stadium because they're expensive." That tip is true as my cousin bought a Lincecum jersey at AT&T Park for over $150, but disregard this tip for this flagship store it is synonymous with the 49ers - a GOLDMINE. Yes this place can be expensive, but there are so many items as this store as it carries an abundance of different caps, jerseys, shirts, jackets, and other memorabilia. Every time I go to this store I'm thinking I'll be here for 30 minutes and ending up staying here for 2 hours looking around. None of the 49ers team stores carry all the items at this flagship store. When you enter this store it's very hard to decide what to choose if you're not discipline, but when I enter this store I get amazed at certain items I haven't seen before. For example the only item I ever bought from this store is the cap with the gold "bling" SF emblem and gold "bling" bill. I'm also grateful that this store has jerseys of some of the greatest players of all time at their position: Joe Montana - QB, Deion Sanders - CB, Jerry Rice - WR, and Ronnie Lott - FS. If you are a diehard 49ers fan and want to start a closet collection full of 49ers gear I urge you to go this flagship store to start your collection. Massive store for everything San Francisco 49ers... Tough to navigate on gameday. It is jam packed as it's expected, of course. Every jersey, t-shirt, other apparel and any item you can think of that can possibly have 49ers branding, this is the place. I saw some things here that I never came across on the 49ers website. Staff on the craziness on gameday was very helpful The store was mobbed but their customer service was excellent. I have to commend them on it. My friend was looking for something in particular to wear at the game that day and we were less than an hour from kickoff. The staff member that helped us was extremely helpful. I feel that this store would be best visited on a non-gameday to fully absorb all the have to offer. It's about 4-5 times bigger than the 49ers team store in the Westfield San Francisco Center in downtown SF. It really is something to see. Hope to be back again on a calmer day. read more
