Updating my review. Why does this location have so many employees especially in the men's section yet no one cares to greet you or ask if you need help with a specific size? My mans and I came in and we literally grabbed a pile of stuff for him to try on, obviously with intent to purchase, and none of the male staff all of whom were wearing Birkenstock clogs lol offered to help. Like why? Why do you stand there in a circle just chatting amongst yourselves when you have one main job and that is to help guests? The only stars worth giving is to the nice older Filipina lady who actually showed me around the womens section as I was look it for shorts for traveling. There was one other girl who was on the bigger end when I asked for a specific style and size for the men's shorts she literally just pointed to the far from where we were in the dressing room. You work for an athletic wear store please exert some energy and endurance and walk patrons over to the stuff they're looking for because there's many racks and no one knows what you're pointing at from afar. I absolutely love the store and the people were so kind. My friend was looking for a base layer type and walked into another store (shall remain nameless). We headed into Vuori and immediately warmly greeted and offered help without being overbearing. The pleasant lady approached and asked if I needed help at the time I said no just looking. She gave me my space and when I was ready she was so attentive of my style as she she went back of the store and brought out options. It was fun for being a dude at an alt leisure store. I never had this much attention and it was awesome. Everyone was super attentive and had super great vibe that made shopping easier than it already is. I love Vuori; their basics are the backbone of my casual wardrobe- their tanks are super soft but chic enough to pair with jeans to go out. Just the best. The halo scoop neck tank is the stuff dreams are made of. I was heading out for dinner tonight and planned to wear my black one before realizing that I lost it somewhere. Cue panic as my size was sold out online. My long suffering husband offered to let me swing by the Santana row location before our dinner reservation, but time was tight so I called the store to make sure they had my item in stock. The phone was answered by a literal angel who found my size and set it aside for me. A half hour later I ran up to the counter and she rang me up- we were out of there with my favorite tank top in tow in five minutes flat. My husband is an engineer and a pilot and even he was impressed with Vuori's efficiency. Thank you to the beautiful blonde angel who helped me out tonight; you are truly a girl's girl and I really appreciate it!!! 0 stars if I could. I've been a loyal Vuori customer for years and have always received great service in the past--especially at the old Santana Row location where the experience was so much better. Today, however, was the complete opposite. When I walked in, there were three employees and maybe three customers in the store. Not a single person acknowledged me or said one word. I came specifically to look at a zip-up, and while I browsed, no one offered help or even a greeting. After about 5 minutes, another woman walked in and suddenly everyone greeted her. As I left, again--no acknowledgment at all. This place has gone downhill. Shoutout to Kevin, Jeff, and Chelsie (and a couple others from before) who always treated customers kindly, but unfortunately that type of service is no longer here. read more

Oh wow! Vuori moved to a bigger and brighter location, and I love it! I always thought the old store felt a bit small for the brand. I pretty much love everything they carry the clothes are comfortable, lightweight, and stylish. It doesn't just feel like activewear, it feels like movement with style. Vuori creates styles that simple but, stand out quietly. The colors they choose each year are so pretty and easy to mix and matchable. Well let's talk about people who works there. It is so evident that this team all loves working at this store. And the manager Laura gives such exceptional service and care to walk in the doors. I spent time looking online before I walked into the store and as soon as I got in, it was evident that they had an incredible selection and the organization. I always touch the clothes because they're so nicely placed. Veronica helped me out today making sure I had all the sizes I needed and suggested colors and other options. I left the store with a couple pieces that I know I'm gonna be staples in my wardrobe for a long time! Thank you for all your help, team. What an awesome Vuori store all around! If you're unfamiliar with this brand, they're a great activewear brand out of Southern California that's also dedicated to sustainable and environmental practices as a company. I've been a fan since my first pair of their performance joggers in 2020. This Santana Row store is bright & beautiful, and every time I've stopped in, it's always been clean and perfectly organized which makes for a relaxed shopping experience! This review is long overdue, but after our visit this morning, I was reminded to finally finish it. What initially was intended as a quick stop in to return an online order turned into my husband trying on a couple items and walking away with a new pair of shorts and a new button down shirt. The quality of their gear is top notch, and the colors and styles definitely lend themselves more to that California coast vibe, which we love! Huge thank you to Laura (the store manager) and Kevin. They are the ones to ask for if you pop in, because they're super friendly, helpful, and gave us such excellent customer service that we both walked out of the store with smiles on our faces! read more

Not expecting some 5 star service just basic customer service, but definitely felt people tried not to help me. Idk if I don't look like someone that will purchase from the store but I waited a good while to help me in the fitting room and people basically looked away. This is my favorite store in Santana Row. I feel that the Ponto men's pants are a required item in a men's warm wardrobe. The dream material seems magical, even if it's not magic. In addition, I feel that the treatment of customers is exceptional. Every time I go in the store, Jeff and Sophie make me feel like a private member remembering my size my preferences and colors and just overall make it a highly custom shopping experience. Upon entering we were greeted, and then when I went to look at clothes and asked questions there was a staff member there who was super helpful (not pushy but genuinely helpful) I have ordered vuori online and loved what I got. I tried the joggers bc everyone raves about them. I was told they run bigger and the sales associate shared what they thought my size would be (they said xs-I nearly keeled over ...I'm No where near an xs anywhere else) so I tried on small and medium and finally gave in and tried an xs and it was spot on. I got two of the joggers and love they way they feel. Everyone was so helpful, so kind, and really considerate. Small gestures and kindness go a long way...I'll definitely be back!! read more

Mr. M gets a little obsessed with some brands, and has recently added Vuori to his favorites.  He gave me some great pieces for Christmas.  Some worked great, but some did not.  Their generous return policies is one of the things he loves about them.  So we came down to Santana Row this weekend to make some exchanges. I already was choking on the prices, because I'm a cheapskate and like to pay under $50 for my regular workout wear.  But, as Mr. M reminded me, it's a gift, the quality is excellent, we're supporting an ethical company, and their return policy is great. I found exactly the workout pants I wanted: soft, with good sized pockets including a big zippered pocket so my phone won't fall out when I run or row.  But it was only in Men's.  Same for a soft work out t-shirt that didn't look like it was made for a 10 year old.  I asked one of the staff if they had these kind of practical items in Women's.  He told me that the Men's are basically Unisex, and lots of women buy them. So I bought them, and I *love* them.  But the feminist in me is miffed that women can't have the practical features that men get.  Maybe they should just label them Unisex.   Pros: The staff is pleasant, efficient, and helpful The quality is nice The return policy is outstanding Cons: Kinda pricey (it is Santana Row, after all) The best stuff (for me) is labeled "Mens" read more

I got a few tops and pants for jogging and gym. Perfect casual sportswear to walk my mini poodle Nugget too! They also give you discount for being the Row resident, win win for me! It was around 4:30pm on a Wednesday and I really wanted to buy some stuff here but then decided not to. I don't like buying in stores that have lack of customer service skills like this. I discovered Vuori by looking for another store that I would swear it was there before! I think they are occupying the space of Free People. I got actually more impressed about the catalogue than about the store and the products. "Investment in happiness' is one of their slogans and is all about feeling good about the things we buy...well at the prices they sell (very soft) shirts probably I will need to find happiness within or somewhere else:). Yes, I touched everything. Yes, everything was buttery soft. Yes, these clothes come in discreet, earthy colors. But even for workouts I would rather get fuchsia than terracotta or beige. Overall, kind of boring store to browse but the products are high quality. read more

Please give some tips to your store associates to engage with customer. I walked into Vuori today with my dog looking for a couple items. I walked past a group of employees who were just chatting amongst themselves. The store was not busy and they all saw me walk in. While waiting for them to notice I needed some help, they all split off and start to "look" busy. One of them walked past me, said "cute pup" while looking at my dog, then continues walking to re-arrange clothing on a table that was not messy. I finally get some help and the guy in the group who looks like he doesn't want to be there. However, when I'm trying on the one item I found in the fitting room, I hear this same employee, that reluctantly helped me, talking to another female employee (from the earlier group of three) about his supplements/nutrition company he starting and how he would like her feedback because she's a nutrition major. Completely different tone like he was very excited about. Just pointing this out because it this change in attitude was noticed. I left the store and decided to purchase online. Don't get me wrong, clothing is exceptional. I purchased some items from this brand before and absolutely loved them, but this store lacks customer service skills. Sure they say welcome in, but do they mean it? I didn't feel like it. Also felt like one of the young men was following me around when I was just peacefully looking through the clothes. I love the clothing here! They are my favorite clothes to workout in. But when I have been to this location the past two time this week, this girl with long hair had been at the store specially today 12/28 at 11:00 she has so much attitude! For no reason. Also, on top of this it was not busy at the store at all when I went in at 11:00am 12/28 with my kids in a wagon, the employees are so rude about it. I was just trying to return a shirt. It is not Mom or wagon or stroller friendly at all neither are some employees! I don't t understand why this happened, I will never step foot in this store again! Only online shopping for me! Visiting Vuori's Santana Row location was my first time ever getting to checkout the brand. The clothing was very functional and comfortable but what I was really taken aback by was the customer service. The manager Laura was dealing with many things at once as it's a very busy location, but she was able to help me try on some items, check inventory, make my purchase, and get in and out quickly which I very much appreciated. Stopped in with some friends while waiting for our dinner reservations and we were thoroughly impressed with the layout of the store. I had seen Vuori ads all over social media and a few friends had mentioned that they have really good athletic apparel. The staff was extremely friendly and very accommodating. Noah stood out as he introduced the company and shared their "Investment in Happiness" return policy. We are given 120 days to try out the clothes. 120 DAYS!! "You can wash it, wear it, sweat in it; and if you're unhappy with your purchase, we'll give you your money back. No questions asked." This is what I believe sets them apart from any other retailer and convinced me on getting a two pairs of the Fleet Pants and some Tuvalu Tees.
