Under new management. Horrible customer service. Husband and wife didn't know that my sister spoke Vietnamese and the husband told his wife in Vietnamese to make sure she does my sisters toes nice so she can be a returning customer and the lady replied back in Vietnamese that she does not want her as a customer. When my sister spoke up that she could understand what they're saying they started to gang up on her. read more

WOW. I am beyond impressed with this place!! Extremely clean and nail techs are incredibly professional. I have extremely cracked heels which I'm very embarrassed of and have a hard time maintaining. My nail tech Monica was so sweet and professional and went above and beyond to make sure I got the help I needed. The prices were fair and I feel like I got a great value for the amount of product and effort they put into my feet. Will definitely be coming back here and no where else! read more

Getting there: From Mission Inn Ave, you'll take Brockton South, then a right on 14th St, and you'll turn left into the parking lot. There is parking out front and in the lot surrounding the shop. Experience: I had not visited a nail salon probably since early this year, but I had really beat up feet and was in need of a trip. Since it was during the holiday, I had to call around to a few shops to see who was open. Luckily, this shop was able to get me in on the spot. The shop was pretty empty and I was seated right away. It's a decent size, but could get pretty congested on a busy day. I was kinda bummed that the regular pedi didn't come with the massage or towel treatments like most salons do, so I went for the deluxe pedi. I was in and out in probably less than an hour, and I was very satisfied with how my nails looked. Tips: + They allow you to tip on your card just incase you forget cash + They charge a $2 fee for CC transactions read more

Unfortunately, I received a terrible pedicure for the price of what should be the norm for a nice job, average, or just accurate work for painting some nails. I called to see if they were open and the price. They didn't mention appointments only until I walked through the door that literally says "Walk-Ins Welcome." They weren't busy so they took me in since I called and after a private conversation they had, which made me uncomfortable. I should have left. Never go where you aren't welcome. And I received the most basic pedicure treatment you could do at home. With nail polish somehow all over my toes, I paid them for their 10 minute job and left. Not happy at all. I saw the pics of other on Yelp and I should have just left and waited for my favorite nail salon to open up. read more

I have been coming to this location for years through various management. As of recently, management has once again changed. Monica was the nail technician that provided service for me last Thursday and did an amazing job. She paid attention to my request and made any changes as I asked. This location is not visible from the street so if you don't travel this area often it will be missed. Maybe they're under new management? First time I saw men doing pedicures at this location. Either way, I expressed to them how happy I was last time with my pedicure. They advised me that person had left and gave me another person. It was a gentleman. He was really nice and tried his best but unfortunately did not meet expectations. He seems new and each strokes of the brush were easily visible. At the end, I pointed out he didn't remove all the surrounding excess cuticle, didn't do the wax included in the package, didn't remove the ingrown nails as I had requested, and cut off 2.5 minutes of the massage. I expressed my displeasure and I'll just have to redo it at home. Not happy with the end product and still paid the middle tier cost of a pedicure. $40 down the drain. Have to find a new place. Sucks, because I really liked them! I don't know what happened!! read more

I'm new to the area and this is the closest nail salon, so I was excited to try this place. I'm in a time crunch so I showed up 10 minutes before they open so I can be the first in.. I waited and called til 9:45, no one answered and no one showed up, it was empty. I just think if they say they open at 9:30 they should be there at 9:25 the latest. Thankfully I was taken right away with Envy nails about 4 minutes away. Business owners need to be more communicative and punctual if they want to keep their customers. read more

While taking my dog to the groomer next door one day I thought I'd try this place out next time I was in need of a mani/pedi. Awful idea. Whole pedicure was done in less than 10 minutes. Says includes hot towels which weren't used, a massage which was oil that she put on my legs didn't rub or anything and a color that's poorly done. My legs feel exactly the same as I came in and I unfortunately got gel costing way more than deserved. I got a gel manicure and although Jenny cut the cuticles and did way more than the lady who did my pedicure she left polish all over my fingers. Whole appointment was about 20 mins. Totally rushed and waste of money. Go somewhere else I beg of you. read more

I just love my first time experience bought a friend .... from booking day before and being helped right away. Staff was Friendly patient and quiet . Began calling at 930 am no answer. Finally got ahold of them at 11:10 am. Was able to make an appointment for today at 5:10 pm. Place was empty 3 workers & 2 customers. I'm seated but not assisted. Sat for 10 minutes. Was not given gel colors or nails were not prepped to remove gel. I walked out. Staff wearing mask. Customers getting serviced were not wearing mask. My gel mani chipped after 1 day! Went to get it fixed and it chipped along with my other nails in about 5 days. I am NOT rough on my nails. The pedi regular polish peeled/ chipped off on 7 toes. This is day 8 and I will not go back. $67.00 for a poor job done. Another place charged less and it lasted 3 weeks, too bad they were too busy a week ago. read more

I happened to need to get a mani and pedi Saturday morning before my brother's wedding but didn't have time to go to my regular spot in Corona. Since I've moved to Riverside, I have been unable to find "my spot", but yesterday I think I've found it! Don't let the plaza throw you off!! The staff were extremely friendly, talkative, engaging, and made sure to get everything done in time, without making me feel rushed. I ended up getting the deluxe spa pedicure and regular gel mani. I didn't get my pedicure technician's name but it was a very thorough process! Katie did my manicure and she was super sweet and kind!! She helped me pick my color; I was confused between a white and gray selection. The person who helped me at the register happened to come by before and was asking me about my brother's wedding and when it was. It felt so nice to be seen and heard during a random self care routine. I have definitely found MY place! It's so close to home as well which makes it even better! I definitely recommend going and trying this plan out at least once. It's affordable and if you pay cash-you get 5% off of your total. read more

First visit, walked in and got organic spa pedicure. It was amazing, when they promote a specific massage time, they make sure to be accurate they used a kitchen timer to keep track. I lived that. I had a basic pedicure and fill and was charged $96.00.worst pedicure ever and was charged $48..and then the rest was in a fill...fast forward 2 days..I now have a raging infection in the corner of my toe and can hardly walk. I have an appt with my dr and have missed 2xdays of work. This was caused from the poor pedicure and unsanitary tools she was using. Not one to do reviews but beware of this place! Somehow I was charged $104 for a mani & pedi, I paid without fuss because I did receive service but the amount charged didn't sit right with me. . . I went in with prior color and asked to get ONE nail removed because previous shop tech applied tip crooked. I got deluxe spa pedicure. Gel mani fill. I hate giving out bad reviews, but I have to for this place. I came in today just for a regular manicure, and off the bat everyone seemed annoyed. So I go on to pick my color and the lady tells me to go sit at her station and I do. She didn't take off my polish that I had on before completely. When she painted the new color on, she didn't do a great job. She didn't clean up around my nails and she was trembling a lot, so I didn't think it was a great idea for her to use tools that could cut someone bad. I left not pleased & unfortunately I won't be returning back. Please be aware of who does your nails at this place, if you do decide to go here. read more

I just recently moved to Riverside and needed to find a new nail salon closer to my house for the conveniences and happened to find this place so I thought why not give it a try. Even though I waited for 15 minutes for it to be my turn to get a pedicure and a fullset. It was worth the wait. They have lots of colors from regular polish to gel for me to choose in which is really nice. Hana did my fullset and Cindy did my pedicure. They took their time and their tools are sanitized and zipped in carefully. I love their work and the environment. Will definitely coming back. read more

Been coming here since last month because the owner of the previous shop I went to has changed. I was so scared of coming to a new shop when I was already used to the people that did my nails. The first impression was great, the owner is very funny and friendly. The place is clean,relaxing and the price is really reasonable. They did a great job of taking my ingrown out and the gel manicure was done beautifully. This place has become my nail shop from now on. Love it! read more

Got the full set done here and love the work! They did not overcharge me for a gel full set as other places would. I will be coming back for a pedicure soon. Love it! read more

I see Lisa for pedicures and she always does an amazing job! They make a point to try to remember people when they come multiple times and always make everyone feel welcome. The prices are reasonable and my nails always look great when I leave there.

Did not end up going to this spa because of a strange interaction with the staff over the phone…read more My friend's birthday is coming up and I wanted to treat her to a pedicure, when I called for information on what organic products were used, the question was ignored and I was asked if I would like to come in today. I declined and assumed there was a language barrier which was alright with me. I texted to get answers instead, hoping it would be a better line of communication. I'm not sure why but my simple question turned into an aggressive text pretty quickly. I was excited to find an organic spa, but I think customer care should be at the top of every salon's priority. Note: I've never been to an organic spa and I'm not sure what that meant in terms of product and application. I just want others to know that if you had a weird experience, you're not alone.
