Getting there: From Mission Inn Ave, you'll take Brockton South, then a right on 14th St, and you'll turn left into the parking lot. There is parking out front and in the lot surrounding the shop. Experience: I had not visited a nail salon probably since early this year, but I had really beat up feet and was in need of a trip. Since it was during the holiday, I had to call around to a few shops to see who was open. Luckily, this shop was able to get me in on the spot. The shop was pretty empty and I was seated right away. It's a decent size, but could get pretty congested on a busy day. I was kinda bummed that the regular pedi didn't come with the massage or towel treatments like most salons do, so I went for the deluxe pedi. I was in and out in probably less than an hour, and I was very satisfied with how my nails looked. Unfortunately, I received a terrible pedicure for the price of what should be the norm for a nice job, average, or just accurate work for painting some nails. I called to see if they were open and the price. They didn't mention appointments only until I walked through the door that literally says "Walk-Ins Welcome." They weren't busy so they took me in since I called and after a private conversation they had, which made me uncomfortable. I should have left. Never go where you aren't welcome. And I received the most basic pedicure treatment you could do at home. With nail polish somehow all over my toes, I paid them for their 10 minute job and left. Not happy at all. Maybe they're under new management? First time I saw men doing pedicures at this location. Either way, I expressed to them how happy I was last time with my pedicure. They advised me that person had left and gave me another person. It was a gentleman. He was really nice and tried his best but unfortunately did not meet expectations. He seems new and each strokes of the brush were easily visible. At the end, I pointed out he didn't remove all the surrounding excess cuticle, didn't do the wax included in the package, didn't remove the ingrown nails as I had requested, and cut off 2.5 minutes of the massage. I expressed my displeasure and I'll just have to redo it at home. Not happy with the end product and still paid the middle tier cost of a pedicure. $40 down the drain. Have to find a new place. I waited and called til 9:45, no one answered and no one showed up, it was empty. I just think if they say they open at 9:30 they should be there at 9:25 the latest. While taking my dog to the groomer next door one day I thought I'd try this place out next time I was in need of a mani/pedi. Awful idea. Whole pedicure was done in less than 10 minutes. Says includes hot towels which weren't used, a massage which was oil that she put on my legs didn't rub or anything and a color that's poorly done. My legs feel exactly the same as I came in and I unfortunately got gel costing way more than deserved. I got a gel manicure and although Jenny cut the cuticles and did way more than the lady who did my pedicure she left polish all over my fingers. Whole appointment was about 20 mins. So I go on to pick my color and the lady tells me to go sit at her station and I do. She didn't take off my polish that I had on before completely.
