Very rude and will quickly hang-up on you when you call wanting answers. I bought a 2017 Odes...(First mistake) demo/floor modle with 30 something hours in February 2018. It completely broke down on us in May driving down our neighborhood 20/mph and had to be towed back home then...back to Motor World West. Prior to May it was at Motor World West 3 other times with problems. It has now been sitting in his shop since May of 2018 today..is September 27th. No calls are ever returned and when you reach one of the 3 guys who sadly work there, they tell you the parts just shipped.....and.....months later......still broken unusable UTV at Motor World West. Does not stand by his product and only cares about selling you something and making money....ODES Industries is as crappy as Motor World West....buyer beware. And if you ask for a refund, his answer is..."I WILL NOT DO THAT, AND I WON'T TAKE RESPONSIBILITY FOR ODES PRODUCT!" Ha...

We wanted them all in great shape for a family reunion houseboating next month. The price locally was much higher, and one we had to bring back to the local shop as the steering system was frozen when we got it back and they made us wait another 3 weeks to fix it and gave us another hefty bill. I highly recommend JSR Powersports. There repair prices were very reasonable, and the jet ski runs great.

I dropped off my mower on a Tuesday. I had told it would be ready by Friday. The mower has already…read morebeen down for a week. We had new parts to order because a was paying for a maintenance service and whatever new parts I needed to get the mower working. I called Friday, no answer I called Saturday no answer then i messaged the business thru the Yelp app and got a response to pick up lower at 1:00. I showed up at 130 and he was still working on it.. he told me he didn't order any new parts and he replaced my blades with better used blades. Changed oil and air filter. That was it. The mower started right up. But when I got it home it wouldn't start. I message the business back and they told me to bring it back tomorrow. They will be there all day. I showed up today to bring the mower back. And the business was closed. Mind you I have a one way 25 minute drive to get to the business and for no one to be there very unprofessional. And it costs me my time and effort. I was carded $80 for the fixes that did work out. And I gave the guy a $20 tip cause I'm trying to build relationships. Im sure I'll need my mower to be serviced again. So I tip. I tried called and messaging but no one is responding. Im not please at all with the service and the run around

Seem like really nice guys and work on my bike on a really hot day but I was very disappointed when…read moreI realized about a week later that when they replaced my back tire they jacked up my paint pretty good on imagining when they hit it with the wrench I realized it's a difficult job but to not even say anything to me about it it's just Shady I'm a mechanic you know when you do something like this to a bike like mine it's a pretty nice bike nicer than any other bike that was at their shop that day and I probably wouldn't go back again just because I said nothing to me about it disheartening because they seem like good guys if it hadn't been a week later that I had noticed the damage I would have said something I know what they did it hadn't hardly driven the bike in that week and there's no other way it could have happened and I know it wasn't there before because it was the first time in the tire had ever been changed on this bike and everything was pretty much perfect with 6,000 miles on the bike I suggest at least keep an eye on what you're having done there and inspect your bike did before you leave for damage

I have had their mechanic out three times to fix the issue but still have the same problem. The problem started just after the year warranty was up of course so all the mechanics time has been at my expense. These units are absolute garbage!!
