As my family and I were leaving a five day RV trip, our 2006 Dodge Ram Diesel 2500 began to overheat pulling our fifth wheel. Were we going to be able to get home? Two other shops in town would not help us since the Ram was a diesel. When I talked to Carlos at 4x4 and more, he was more than accommodating. In fact all of the guys down there went above and beyond to help us. They made room in their lot to park our fifth wheel and jumped on the Ram to see what the issue was. But the kicker was when these guys stayed 1.5 hours after close to make sure the issue was resolved so I could be my family back home that day! A few months ago I had my rotars replaced by 4x4 and more and recently noticed a problem with them making a loud noise. Eric , the owner, said even though the brand was no longer available through their distributor that they would still warranty the rotars. I have had my truck serviced here a few times and have always had great service but this really made me feel like they take good care of their customers. read more

Eric and the entire staff at 4X4 And More really know how to treat you -and your car- well! My 2009 JK Unlimited had been suffering from Death Wobble. After Chrysler/Jeep dealers turned me away, I thought the problem would never get fixed. I'm so lucky Eric and everyone at 4X4 And More are around. Eric diagnosed the issue specifically affecting my Jeep. He took the time to drive my Jeep and, perform a visual inspection. Rather than a general diagnosis, he determined the specific parts that were causing the Death Wobble. Eric took a good amount of time to explain the problems and solutions to me. The work was quick, pleasant and, very fairly priced. Not only did Eric fix this horrible problem, he was nice and fair about it. Took my wifes suburban there for ball joints and tie rods. They did an excellent job ontime and right at the price quoted. They did charge me extra for a tire rotation, which was not mentioned before hand, however when i protested they instantly took off the charge, now thats good customer service ! read more

I took my Sons 4X4 Truck, that has a 6 inch lift kit, to several wheel and tire shops that claim to fix 4X4 vehicle suspension. One place wanted almost a Grand $$$ and claimed they would have to replace everything. At a $900.00 for a repair I figured it was time to shop around. Another place said there was nothing that could be done, I figured they only wanted to do the easy jobs. So I finally rolled in to "4X4 and More". They installed a Kit and actually made two custom parts that fixed the problem in one hour. One hour and less than $275.00 and the truck no longer wanders or sways. They not only fix Off Road trucks but do all sorts of repairs on cars as well. They saved me over $600.00. Eric is definitely the man to see! read more

I inherited a 1992 big Dodge truck it's a three-quarter ton diesel and it's in very good shape but it sat for a long time so I took it to Eric to have them diagnose it and turn out to be just a fuel filter now it runs like a champ. I will be back for more upgrades later on enjoy. read more

Horrible customer service!!! Tried bringing my vehicle in for a full suspension (ball joints, new air springs, shocks, wheels and tires and more.) Made an appointment over a week out. They called at 9am the morning before to confirm appointment, I confirmed. I drop off my vehicle at 8:30am the day of my appointment and leave it all day as agreed, so that they can put on one hour to do the suspension inspection and decide what parts to order. I get a call end of day that I assume to be my vehicle ready for pickup, but instead it's the manager calling me to tell me they couldn't get to it that day. I am frustrated but agree to bring it back the following day. As I write this review its now the following morning. I just got a call from the manager saying the owner asked her to call me and tell me not to bring in the vehicle. She said they are down a coupe techs and the job is too big and tried to refer me out. This is after making an appointment 10 days ago, several confirmations and a full wasted day of the vehicle sitting there being ignored. Horrible customer service. Unacceptable. If you want to go to a place where your time is wasted and you are treated like garbage and disrespected than this is your place! Avoid at all costs. read more

After two repairs , costing a total of $4000, of my Jeep Unlimited manual transmission, it seems ready to fail again. The last repair was 200 miles ago in March 2017 for a shifter assembly ($1100). Now the transmission is vibrating badly and is noisy. I am not a fan of jeep transmissions. read more

This review is way overdue. About a year ago I brought my full size Ram diesel here with scary bad steering issues. The guys down at 4x4 and More were awesome. Eric at 4x4 and more is a class act. I was recommend by a friend to take my dodge there to install a lift. They ordered the lift for me and when it came in I was told that they would be able to install it the following week. Unfortunately I was going to table that weekend and asked if there was any way they could get the lift installed during that week. Eric ended up moving some jobs around and staying late on friday night to get the truck finished up. Picked it up sat am and it was ready to go. They did a great job at a reasonable price. Worked with Eric to lift and install skid plates on my 2013 Outback. Very happy with the result. Eric was great; it was the first lift of this kind for the shop, and involved some trial and error, to be expected, working with the rally shop who made the parts to figure out how to install and tune them. Eric was not happy until I was, always test drove the car himself, oversaw all work and was meticulous with all detail. And charged reasonable rates to boot. A pleasure to work with. I took my Jeep in to have some sensors replaced a few months back. My bf originally took his Tahoe in before, but I should of realized how overpriced they are from him. I felt completely ripped off, They charged me for every little thing, I am with the guy who wrote a review yesterday- They never called me to give me an amount, they just did the work. When I did call to get the amount, they gave me a quote with out the tax included. Expecting to pay that amount when I got there. Not more.. Why not just give the full amount???? They did this to my boyfriend too!! But they also never called me to tell me it was finished either. I had to call, and then it seemed like had to replace a few more things in my rig too, like a battery that was only 3 years old(its a 7 year battery) More charges. I did talk to Kim about the quoting full amount and she did send me a gift cert of $20 towards services for another visit. That was nice. Granted, my Jeep runs good for the time being, I will not be back. I have other connections that are more reasonably priced and will not charge you for every little nook and cranny. read more

In Eric's attempt to fix my older jeep, he was unable to trouble shoot and find the problem. After paying him twice, I realized that he was just replacing parts by process of elimination. Never received a written estimate on any work and the final result after paying Eric twice, I had to have the jeep towed because the problem was not resolved. Poor communication. Wasn't able to explain situation because he over powered the conversation constantly. I refused to pay a third time, so my car sat for over 30 days with no work being done whatsoever. Recommended work that was asked by Eric was done elsewhere and was unsuccessful. read more

I had called to get my suburban looked at, had a couple problem with computer and suspension., they fixed main problem but compressor/rear shock problem was described as a normal problem, and just how they are. another shop completed the rear shocks and compressor. read more

Had steps installed about a year and half ago sent my stepson to have them installed i was recuperating from cancer surgery and needed steps the steps went out made appointment went there was told he would get new parts as it was under warranty and call me for repair NONE OF WHICH EVER HAPPENED PERIOD! all this on top of being charged the normal cost of the AMP product but delivering Bestop misleading, but thanks Besttop for sending me the 2 new replacement motors, without the help of 4x4 and LESS read more
