Nice clean brewery brew pub located in the Tanger Outlets. All chairs have backs which is always a plus for me. Food is pretty solid. Their pizzas have crust flavors which is a fun twist. We go for trivia nights on Tuesday's which is low pressure fun with gift cards for the top three teams. Service is relatively quick and attentive, but can slow as you stay deep into the trivia game. We will be coming back!

This is a newer restaurant in the Tanger Outlets. Walking in the restaurant is bright and airy! It's large and great for large groups as well as smaller groups. Easy parking! This is very much a brewery feel! The service was fine. Food was nothing special. We had high hopes for our three menu items we ordered but they fell short. The cheese curds are $13 and they do give you quite a bit but they are extremely salty! They come with ranch and we asked for a side or marinara. The Alfredo 10" pizza was $16 and we asked for no bacon on it. It was very undercooked, mushy, and the chicken was cold and unseasoned. The crust was super thin and the cheese would just fall off. Bone in wings are beer braised and we asked for the Nashville Hot flavor. We were expecting more is a tangy hot sauce but these were definitely a sweet peppery flavor. To drink we had water and they left a pitcher for us on the table which is nice! The ranch however was excellent!

I went to 5 Lakes Brew Pub with a group of friends for trivia night. The location is super nice- I wandered around Tanger Outlets for a while before the event! The inside is a lot more spacious than I expected, and although it's not patio season anymore, it looked like they had a nice patio area for warmer seasons! The hostess and everyone I interacted with was very nice! Our server was nice enough, and pretty attentive. We had new drinks before our old ones were empty haha. I got the Oddside Bean Flicker. I didn't try any of 5 Lakes actual beers, which is a bit of a bummer, but I can't turn down a Bean Flicker. I also got the fried pickle wraps. They were decent. A tiny bit too salty, and I think it was the meat that was in them. They had the perfect amount of cream cheese and I love the wonton on the outside. Trivia night was also really fun! You joined in on your phone, so no having to run your answers back and forth, which was nice, and if you didn't hear the question, it was up on the TV screen. I think all of the teams that one were in a league there, which is understandable, but a little disheartening as a newcomer haha. Just be ready to compete with some pros if you go I guess! lol

It's basically the only option at the outlets for table service. We stopped on a Saturday around 1pm. It was very busy. They have a pretty efficient system to wait where you receive text messages. We waited about 20 minutes. The waitress was pretty good but we did wait a bit to place our food order and to pay at the end. Which is acceptable considering the crowd. They had some interesting pizzas and burgers. I really liked the Mac n cheese pizza. The fries were not the best. The inside was very noisy with the football games playing on the speakers. Luckily we were sitting away from the main bar area which was a bit quieter. Given we weren't ready to leave the mall, it was a much better option than Auntie Annie's or other fast food.

Amazing as usual! This is a great place to catch lunch or dinner after checking out shops or if you want to catch a game with all their TVs. Fun atmosphere but could also serve as a relaxed venue for a date night. No matter when you go there's usually not any trouble getting a table right away and then of course the food selection is pretty great. Though I might venture and try something new but then I got a craving for Buffalo chicken pizza again so I had to give in. The only very little negative that I always bring up so I always look at it is the cleanliness of the bathroom. It's always useable but is in need of a deep clean and wipe down of partitions, urinals and sinks (at least in men's)... But anyway, the restaurant is always fun, delicious and clean.

This truly is a great addition to the outlet mall! You can shop then drink some cold refreshing beers! Or drink then shop ;) whatever your fancy is. I had the 5 Lakes: The Dude, which was a white Russian stout. And damn was it good! I don't love (or even like) stouts usually because they're too dark for me. But this was a light one and I would have had more had I not had to go on with my day. The fried pickles we enjoyed were wrapped in a prosciutto then cream cheese and then lightly breaded and fried. They were also delicious, not soggy pickles but good and crisp! Wish they canned The Dude- but for now I'll just have to pick up a growler!

Awesome nachos and loaded tots. Ordered the 5 Lakes The Dude. Tasted exactly like a white Russian in beer form. Service was fast and friendly as well!

Located inside the Tanger outlet mall this a great spot to stop in while shopping or head to for a drink and a meal. The space is large and spacious with a sports bar vibe with all the TVs. There are about 30 taps and many cocktails to choose from. The food menu is HUGE and I really enjoyed the sweet heat (jalapeno pineapple relish) of the burger. Both appetizers were good along with the salted cookie platter for dessert. Also, loved the personal touch of the manager walking around to all the tables and chatting it up. This is a solid sports bar I'd recommend and gladly come back to.

The last time we were there was a few months ago. We were fairly surprised at the reduced menu. No Nashville hot chicken sandwich which was a staple. Yet they still have the hot honey? Only real difference is the sauce. So not sure why they took it off the menu. I ordered the Mac and cheese (and added chicken) I was looking forward to having leftovers. Well, it was very dry. Used to have a great cheesy sauce . Not this time. Barely any at all on the noodles let alone enough to cover . A bunch of dried breadcrumbs dumped on top. The chicken was chopped up and put on top of Mac and cheese under the breadcrumbs. Used to be larger pieces of grilled chicken that tasted very good. Not this time. This was not worth the $20. I ate about 5 bites . Took rest home to throw. Other entree was the chicken Parmesan sandwich. Chicken was on garlic bread ... it was saturated with garlic butter/ so greasy that it really was not good to eat. Sandwich would have been much better just on a regular bun. Our app of cheese curds is now Parmesan crusted cheese curds. They were ok but the original cheese curds were much better. We are really hoping that this was just an off night. We will try again in a couple months to see if things tip back to how railtown was. Very disappointing because we've been supporters of this restaurant for a long time. Not sure if whomever use to control the kitchen changed; but it is not the railtown we've known.

I ordered the nachos, they were solid, but honestly I'd get the sauce on the side... overpowered them a bit but they were still delicious. The fried chicken Sammy is to die for... and then let's talk about the beer. I tried the October fest or their version of one and it is great... I also switched it up and went for the blonde and then the milk stout. All are worth the price of admission.

Options of in the sun or in the shade but beautiful set up inside is a little cozy as well, but can't pass up sitting outside on these beautiful days. Service is great. The gals kept checking in on us quite often and we're friendly throughout. This place is a step up to the bar and order type deal unique but I feel like it keeps everything efficient. The food was pretty good and came out fairly quick. I got nachos for the second day in a row the sauces and salsa were very tasty. I got extra southwest ranch on the side. They do cost a little extra, but it helped add some additional flavor. My only critique would be loading it up more by adding a queso cheese option or additional cut veggies, or jalapeños or guac, but not bad. They also have a very extensive drink less in their own seltzers and in-house stuff which makes it tough to decide what you really can't go wrong. Oh and I forgot we started with the cheese curds which were phenomenal. Definitely continue to look this place up and check it out if we're in the area and would recommend.
