We literally picked up where we left off - couldn't have been easier. The car we test drove was still there, the financing available was still there. From there on, it was easy to bring the car I wanted home. I appreciate their work in keeping us at the price range and monthly payments that I was willing to accept. I had another vehicle in mind, but before we looked I told her what I wanted it to have. As I mentioned the options she checked them off. When I finished they had one on site. It had everything I wanted, when I began looking at it, I asked Tricia for a comparison as to the my original choice. Like size, power and a few other thing, Tricia answered all of my questions knowledgeably. We took a test drive and she could tell I still had questions on my mind. She suggested going home to think about it and research it a bit more, I was a bit shocked, a car sales person actually telling me to think about in and not to leave without signing, We returned the next day to buy the vehicle. Tricia did one final inspection of the car and found 2 problems I had missed and filed a work order for repairs. I would recommend giving CarMax a chance for your next purchase.
