Didn't apologize or offer how to make it right, just silence over the phone from them. So I requested a refund, she said to stop by the same day for refund and said she was busy and had to go. Went in to request my refund, again, no acknowledgment at all, not a word. Silence as they simply opened the register and just handed over refund. No apology. Obviously won't be returning. read more

I got an everything bagel with chive cream cheese. $4.50. Strawberry lychee fruit tea $5.50. The bagel was decent but I prefer a chewy bagel this is more like softer bread consistency. The spread is not chives it's chopped green onion which I don't like. Chives are smaller and usually finely chopped with and milder taste than green onions. The tea was good! I ordered from here through Grubhub for breakfast and I must say that was the most yummy jalapeño bagel I've ever had! The bagel was filled with salmon, cream cheese, capers, tomatoes, and red onions. It has just the right amount of everything inside! This wasn't a regular size bagel either, this was a good sized bagel! For me it was two meals! It was wrapped tightly and held together with a sandwich toothpick, so in transit the sandwich stayed in tact. I also ordered a caramel iced coffee, it was a tad bit sweet. I split it between two glasses and it was plenty for two separate drinks! For about 15 bucks, I got two meals!!! They have lots of options and they all look delicious. Yum!! You can never go wrong with a breakfast bagel sandwich. I came here this morning to get my fix and my I absolutely love it. Service was great and the food was delicious. I got a combo b on an everything bagel which included : ham cheese egg bacon and sausage. I added mushrooms as well. I wanted this on the side but they were unable to do that, so I asked for it on half then, but I think it was so busy and missed this :(. Good thing I went home right after so I was able to take off the mushrooms on one half for my husband who can't have mushrooms atm. Not a big deal because service was so good and the food was so yummy. I would definitely come back anyways I love the everything bagel!! They call it the works. Went here for the first time today. Ordered a veggie and egg breakfast bagel and a bacon egg cheese, both on jalapeño cheddar bagels. Service was super friendly and the bagels were finished quickly. The veggie was super fresh and light, but overall just lacked any flavor or seasoning, so very bland. The bagel was fresh, but lacked the flavor I'd expect from a jalapeño bagel. Who says bagels are for breakfast? I've lived in Corona for the majority of my life and I'm sad to say that this was my first time visiting 5th Ave Bagelry. I stopped by around noon on a Friday and most of their bagel selection had been picked over by the breakfast crowd. Since the cheese option was MIA I decided to try the Sun-dried Tomato bagel with the Turkey Turkey and avocado. Yum! Absolutely love this spin on the traditional turkey sandwich: turkey (obvy), cheese, lettuce, tomato, and pickles. The combination of the tomato bagel with pickles was a little too sweet for my taste. In the future I'd definitely shoot for a garlic, cheese, of jalapeño bagel. Each bagel also comes with a side: chips, pasta salad, or potato salad. I ordered the potato salad, and was disappointed since it seemed to be on the bland side. 5th Ave Bagelry also serves a variety of other menu items, including smoothies, croissants, muffins, baked goods, and even omelettes! Overall this is a pretty great spot for breakfast or lunch in Corona! The sandwiches were both tasty and filling. Love the bagel selection here at 5th Ave! Corona is a small town so most of what you'll find here is Mexican spots, a couple restaurants and fast food chains. From savory (such as sourdough and everything) to sweet (like blueberry and Oreo), you're bound to find something you like even if it's just a plain bagel. There's plenty of cream cheese flavors too! I haven't visited this spot in months but they now offer Oreo cream cheese, strawberry, blueberry, Nutella, jalapeño and a few others! They have bagel sandwiches too if you want something more filling. They also have pastries on deck! Seating is minimal so it's best to take your food to go. This spot is under new management, which I guess explains all the new flavors and how they're now serving boba drinks. Good spot to grab a quick breakfast if you're in the area! It's cheap too, but it's a 0.75 cent charge for card if you don't have cash. read more

This place was on my list to try and I did a few days ago. I had the Corona bagel and a passion fruit tea. The bagel has s great texture and the ingredients were fresh. I'm not sure I'll have the same bagel again. It felt as a lot of ingredients for a single bagel haha! I chose the potato salad but I did not like it at all. Next time I'll choose the chips instead. The tea was great and refreshing. The lady at the counter was very nice and had a nice attitude. I'll be back to try another combination soon! Ok, so I have been here a handful of times and dealt with the horrible service because like others said, it is the only Bagel Place around. So, I went in today because I was in the area and craving a bagel, and this will definitely be my last time! Last time I was there my bagel was hardly toasted and seemed a little uncooked in the middle so I saw they had a NEW sign (see attached photos) that said they do not recommend the bagel being double toasted but will happily double toast but warned they will not replace or refund if overcooked. So I was ok with that. I proceeded to order my Works bagel double toasted with cream cheese and the asian lady with the sparkly hat and pony tail said they don't double toast bagels. Which I proceeded to point out her sign and she insisted nope we will not with a very mean and cold NO! then proceeded to completely ignore my order and try to take the next persons order. I was already there so I was going to take it "regular" toasted and make this my last visit. so I told her I still want the bagel and she very rudely said "how are you paying" I said with a card, she said .75 cents fee. ofourse fine whatever. It is what it is at this point. She was just trying to get rid of me at this point. At check out, I asked her if she was the owner, and she said no it was her uncle, I asked if I could have his contact info and she said "no" and walked away from me. I am a business owner myself and the audacity of this person and her uncle for allowing her to treat her customers this way is horrible. Also, this time the bagel was definitely not as good as before, tasted dry, like a day old bagel. BEWARE of this place!! ( Also...there is no way this place should have "4" stars total, there are sooo many one star reviews, it should be closer to 2-3 stars total for this place! If you read the 1 start review, its all similar, the rudest service you will ever experience, and it seems the owners do not care about that one bit, and actually enjoy being rude, and the other common thing is undercooked bagels and they refuse to double toast., and now recently it looks like roaches have been found in the restaurant). read more

This may be the first time I have ever written a one star review. The store seems very unorganized. There's not one place to place an order, which makes it somewhat confusing. All of the bagels were all pale and color, which seemed like they were undercooked. We asked for multiple bagels to be toasted and even though they went through the toaster, the staff cup, shoving more and more in not giving time to toast the bagels. We got cream cheese when we asked her butter bacon was done in the microwave which made it very soggy and oily. We ordered a salt bagel with nothing on it and just the texture of the bagel tasted like a piece of bread and did not have that bagel consistency. We spent almost $15, and before we left the parking lot, we put it in the trash the taste was so bad we didn't even eat it we won't, and I would not recommend this to any of my friends and family.
