The people here are rude except for two women who are always working in the back they are friendly, the other two that always work together are rude, poor customer service and impatient, they screw up and blame you. I am a professional and was treated with much disrespect a few times by the same women, I left furious and cant understand how they can even work for the public with no social skills. This is my family's go-to spot for donuts and croissants. I love their sandwiches too: the bread is delish!! Unless you come in near closing time, they usually have trays upon trays of assorted donuts. I've picked up dozens of donuts on early mornings to take to my job sites and the workers are always fans. One morning when I picked up a couple doz, the employee advised that I should call the night before and let them know, so they could have the donuts ready. So, I called a couple months ago (on the day before) and they told me I had to come in that day and prepay. I came here just for a boba drink. I walked in and looked at the menu and was promptly greeted with a "what would you like?" And I said I was trying to decide which boba drink I wanted and she asked which one I want. Feeling rushed, I picked one real quick. Noticed a 50 cent charge for credit cards, so my drink was $4.50. I waited probably 6 minutes for the drink, so not too bad. What I did notice was how dated and cluttered the place looked. It makes it look unclean with boxes stacked high, faded signs, and the glimpse I caught of the kitchen looked really cramped. The drink was just ok. Not worth a return visit. With Boba Fiend and 85 across the street and 99 Ranch a few doors down, there certainly is some boba competition. read more

First time there. Location: Great. It is in the same area as Costco and so many other restaurants and stores so there's lots of parking since it's a big lot and a little further from Costco. Taste: 3 stars. I usually go to another location in Riverside closer to home because there is a lot of chocolate on top of the donuts. I don't like mostly the dough part and a thin layer of chocolate. Overall: just another donut shop I most likely will not return to unless I am craving a donut but then I probably will just go to Costco to get a big churro to satisfy my sweet tooth. On the fence about this place... We went in today for some donuts... Got one dozen of assorted donuts, a dozen donut holes, and we ordered 3 blue Hawaiian lemonades. The donuts tasted like they were a day old. The donut holes were so dry and barely had any glaze on them. And the 3 "lemonades" we ordered seemed like they were smoothies instead. I'm not even sure what he made us. But it definitely did not seem like it was a lemonade... Tasted very sour too. We were trying to figure out what was in it, and we were guessing it was a combination of pineapple and grapefruit or something that gave the drinks a VERY sour flavor. Not a good sour either. It was extremely tart for our taste buds. We ended up just throwing them away. The donuts were edible after being microwaved to mimic a fresh donut. We are regulars to this location and have been for a very long time. When we come in the morning please understand that people may be on their way to work so their time, just like theirs, is important. There is one short woman that works at the front and seems to always be having a bad day. Please acknowledge and assist when people come in. We watch interactions with ALL YOUR CUSTOMERS so treat everyone with with respect and courtesy as we do when we come in. The donuts are great, but the customer service needs to be addressed. Hello Miss Donuts.. how are you.. I'm so excited I got to try you. Just a normal little donut shop and again..incredibly happy with something so simple. Moved out this way not too long ago and mom decided to drop by to visit the new place and bless us with some donuts. I ask her.."oh, did you go across the street?".. mind you..my mother and I used to live pretty close to one another in my previous city..and me assuming she knows I'm talking about our old donut shop. She says "yeah, Miss Donuts" ..still, me thinking it's our old one from across our OLD street .. No no..We're driving down the street and I look to my left and there it is.. Miss Donuts! Soooo..it was the one across the street (kinda)..from our now, new home. Close name but definitely my mistake and a good one at that. Momma brought over some donut holes, chocolate donut with sprinkles for baby and a regular glazed and a couple cream-filled.. So soft..almost as if they had just came out of the oven. Fresh tasting and the icing..hello, yum. I still can't get over how fluffy they were and it was about mid morning..and also had one the next day..and I can honestly say, everything still tastes just as good. The donut was soft and the chocolate..again..hello and thank you.. I'm giving 4 stars ONLY because I haven't been able to get down there on my own yet and am very much looking forward to trying more of you...
