TBH, I planned on keeping her company and not eating initially but was impressed with the freshness, cleanliness, smell, clientele, staff and more. I ate some asparagus, salad with ginger carrot dressing, sashimi ceviche, squid salad and some jumbo boiled shrimp. The food was well prepared the staff and owners take great pride in the environment and it's obviously enjoyed by the locals that appreciate a plate with variety of fresh food that is well priced and well presented. It's the type of place where the quality is so good that you feel great just with one plate but I saw kids trying different foods and deserts and enjoying themselves today and someone had a birthday song. It's casual clean yummy and definitely a new place (for me) to share with loved ones.

There are also some hot bar items: black beans, rice, polenta, large grilled shrimp, mashed potatoes, and plantains. There's an option to just have the salad bar. I opted for this. They included salmon and grilled pineapple for me. There was plenty of food and it was all well made. So if you're a vegetarian or pesco-veg, you'll still be well taken care of while your carnivorous table-mates go to town. And that they did. There was filet mignon, flank steaks, sausage, short ribs, chicken, Parmesan encrusted pork, and probably way more. The dining room bursts with activity as servers visit the tables with this wide assortment of mostly rotisserie meats. Desserts are not included, and there are many options on the menu. I recently dined at 5th Element Indian Grill and had a wonderful experience. The employees were exceptionally nice and patient, making the atmosphere warm and welcoming from the start. For our meal, we ordered chili chicken as a starter, along with two glasses of mango lassi. The chili chicken was flavorful with the right amount of spice, and the mango lassi was refreshing and perfectly balanced in sweetness. For our main course, we chose the combo platter, which was advertised to feed 2 to 4 people. However, the portions were incredibly generous, and the platter could easily have fed 6 people. It came with chicken biriyani, butter chicken, and more chili chicken, along with a creamy dish and a dessert that provided a satisfying finish to the meal. Overall, the food was delicious, the service was excellent, and the portion sizes exceeded expectations. A great place to enjoy Indian cuisine! read more

The mixed grill is delicious. Chicken tikka masala typical Indian flavor. I give minus two because the vegetable dishes need huge improvement. The daal dishes specially. In a couple occasions I order different daal dishes but seriously it looked like were left overs from lunch buffet. Didn't even bother to fix it or make it look more presentable. On the second time I let the server know about the vegetables dishes need some improvement because I believe comments for improvement May benefit the business after all. Nice & large clean dining area. I had an amazing Dinner yesterday night at this great new restaurant 5th Element Indian Grill. The menu is too big and it is so tempting. The food is expertly cooked, and you can really taste how fresh the ingredients are. For starters we had Lamb Samosa & Chicken Lollipop. For mains we had Gralic Naan, Chicken 65 Biryani with Rogan Josh & Chicken Khorma. The prices of the dishes are all reasonable. The quality of the cooking is amazing. I got the chicken tikki masala and I loved it! Nothing better than finding a good Indian restaurant in town! Very authentic food and you can tell they use quality ingredients. Only thing they need to do is dim their table lights because they're super bright and in your face. Located in the Coral Springs Plaza, Priya's Roti Shop has the look and feel of a true West Indian shop serving homemade Trinidadian foods such as various curry or stew meats, cook to order roti (paratha or dhalpourie), phoulourie, bake & shark, doubles, and so much more. There's also homemade sweets & beverages, as well as various bottles of hot pepper sauce, spices, split channa, kuchela, and other Caribbean beverages. I was greeted by a gentleman with a nice Trinidadian accent. I kindly asked for a menu while he tended to the other customers. The prices range from low to moderate. Lord I wish I could get a bit of everything off the menu, but I will just stick to what I mainly wanted - roti. When the gentleman was ready to take my order, I told him I wanted boneless curry chicken which was served with my choice of dhalpourie roti and curry potato. I also ordered six doubles and a bottle of mauby. There was a bit of a wait cause the roti had to be made, which I didn't mind at all. Then he made the doubles. I watched him as he laid down two bara (flatbread) then scooped some curried channa (chick peas) on each, topping them with tamarind and cucumber chutney. Once the food was ready, I took everything to an available table and your girl was in foodie heaven. I started with one of the doubles which was absolutely delicious! The flavors of the curried channa and both chutneys complemented each other nicely, and the barra had a yummy texture...moving on...the curry chicken and potato was also delicious and flavorful with a mild pepper kick. At times I broke pieces of the roti to pick up some chicken and/or potato like a true islander. The atmosphere was truly relaxing with Indian music softly playing in the background. I was casually drinking the mauby which was lightly sweet and refreshing. I am definitely looking forward on coming back to try other foods, especially the bake & shark.

Kouyou Sushi is like the Costco of sushi buffets--plenty of value, and you'll leave eating way more…read morethan you intended to consume. For lunch especially, it's a steal. The fish is fresh, the rolls are tasty, and you won't need to take out a second mortgage to eat your body weight in sushi. Now, about that salmon nigiri... they must be hiding it in the back with the good silverware, because it shows up about as often as Halley's Comet. And when it does, it disappears faster than my self-control at the dessert table. I literally had to ask for salmon and it magically appeared only to be taken back when I took my pieces. A lot of trays could've used some love and replenishing, but hey--that just added a layer of suspense. Who knew a buffet could double as a scavenger hunt? All jokes aside, Kouyou delivers on flavor and bang for your buck. Four stars for fresh sushi, great value, and for keeping me on my toes like I was competing in "Survivor: Buffet Edition."
