I was inconsolable but trying to be strong for my beautiful 8 year old boxer who had cancer. From the minute I got in their parking lot & was struggling to get myself inside the reception area, their kindness shined thru, Dusty (vet tech) offered to help me get my beautiful Pork Chops out of my car. It wasn't that he couldn't walk, it was that I didn't want to take him inside. Dusty didn't know that's why I was crying & blocking him from getting out my backseat but any other person would have just looked away, felt sorry for us, but walked away. This brave, strong, compassionate Soul who works at Easton (Dusty, vet tech) offered to help me get him out of my car and I inside. I said thank you but we are ok. I, finally managed to walk in with my Love, Pork Chops. The receptionist walked us right back to a big exam room for me to fill out paperwork and have privacy because the tears were streaming down my face. Dr. O and Dusty showed me and my beautiful Pork Chops the utmost empathy, caring & respect. They made us both comfortable during this sad time and let me decide when I was ready for the final "goodbye." I am still raw in pain & numb from all the tears and missing my best friend. As I find the strength to carry on, I wanted to write this heartfelt Thank You! It meant the world that my final moments with My beautiful Pork Chops were in the company of such a loving, supportive team of professionals. My deepest Thanks for holding me up when I couldn't hold myself up and also for the Dignity and Kindness you showed my Pork Chops on his final journey home!

I dropped my dog off in the morning and they called me when she was ready in the early afternoon. It was a super easy, stress free process. The staff were all kind also. My dog is highly anxious and easily stressed out. This has been the least anxious I have seen her after a vet visit. Because of this, we decided to do grooming for her here as well. Again, easy drop off and pick up. The groomer was very kind as well, per husband report. She took down what it was we wanted, and she did just that. This has been the first groomer that has done what we wanted, and another plus, our dog was again not as anxious as she normally is when we pick her up from a Vet/Groomer. I definitely recommend!
