I told them I wasn't interested and they called back 2 hours later and every few hours since. I filed a complaint with the state of Tennessee since I am on the no call list, but they still call. It's constant daily harassment and I regret buying from Carmax. I won't make that mistake again. They also told me the truck was up to date on maintenance, but when I took it to get the oil changed, there wasn't any oil on the dipstick.

They told me I was a liar and that the truck left in perfect condition. I tried to work with them to get it repaired, the manager "Sonny" is a disrespectful, dishonest, piece of work. You should never give this place any of your business. The owners are shady and are out to get your money, and that is it. As soon as your funds hit their account, you are garbage to them. They will probably comment on this and deny it, but I have all of the proof one could ever need.
