They had a man doing my nails, apparently he was in training because they kept coming looking at his work, he finally finished and when I say it was such a horrible job I mean it was ridiculous and I complained so another lady (I think her name was Ana) had to redo the whole set. In the morning I wake up and 1 nail was broken the nails were so thin, I went back and they did fix it at a cost of $5 they said until she started to take the nail off and saw how thin it was then said no charge. She took her time I got the $40 manicure plus gel polish wasn't that expensive maybe $50 but the lady that did my nails I like the nails but she did cut me twice and on some of my nails there are small bumps that you can't really see but I can notice and for them to be about $75. I think I should've got a discount. Overall I think I might get my feet done. They're only but I'm not going back to get a fill. I even told the lady good job because overall the nails do look nice and it seemed like she was mocking me with her coworkers. My first time going here, and the young man who did my pedicure pulled my cuticles back instead of forward. He took off much more than cuticles, he removed some skin, and my toe was red like this and I was in so much pain for almost a week after. I was afraid I got an infection. I went for a second time and my experience was better, although they refused to schedule an appointment for me and advised me it's better to walk in. I walked in today for my third and final time, at 5:45 asking for a gel pedicure, and was told "It's probably better to come tomorrow because everyone went home." As there were more than 6 people working, and they don't close until 7:30. Also, keep in mind I've tried scheduling appointments before and they've told me they prefer I just walk in. So now when I walk in, like they advised me to do, I get turned away. I really liked this place, but I won't be coming back here anymore. Coming back when they think is best isn't an option, I'm employed, I can't just show up whenever they want me to. Don't recommend this place at all, horrible customer service. read more

First red flag, the guy who did my toes completely forgot the lotion and the cuticle oil. He legit just walked away like he was finished and I had to remind that he wasn't. Second red flag is the lady named Annie, start doing my nail and tells me my nail beds are too short for acrylics. Cuts my cuticles and says this time it's free but next time each finger is $5 to cut the cuticle. I proceed to tell her you know my nail beds are fine I still want my nails done. Mind you I barely get my nails done .., I went this time bc my birthday is coming up and I'm doing a photoshoot. Proceeds to do my nails and this bitch is hurting my cuticles the whole time just to prove a point . I'm fucking pissed. I've seen kids get acrylics so don't come telling me about no nail beds. I've gotten my nails done plenty of times in my life and yes they do tell me my beds are too short but as a professional I expected a little more from her. I think she got mad when I responded "that's fine I still want my nails done". I like this place because they are okay and close to my house but tbh girl it's not even worth it . Beat place: Read; I went to Walmart and had my nails done..(horrible) experience. I came in today as a walk-in and got Amy (schedule app with her for future reference) and she was able to fix my color and nails as well as my moms. She shaped it and made my nails look much better instead of being big and bulky. Best nail salon and I'd prefer this salon over any others. & I've been to a lot other nail salons. I checked this place to see their reviews and saw they had more good ones than bad ones so I went and a guy did my nails horribly. I think his name is Henry and he made almost every single one of my nails uneven and a bit too chunky. I asked for a slightly sharp almond and despite numerous times of me asking to fix the length and shape they all still managed to come out uneven. The length was pretty short and he charged me 50 dollars. I don't recommend this place. I have been here a few times. Trying to give it a fair chance. Its up the street from where I live so I was hoping for a good chance. There has been something every time that is negative. I have now been 3 times. In general I feel like we are just literally money to them. They are in such a hurry. Every time I have either been cut, the job was half done. Or they just don't care about their customers or the quality of their work. The first time I went. I got acrylic on my big toenails cause they had crack in them. They left it so thick it didn't even look like a toenail. Then I walk around. It made my feet hurt. They didn't thin it out. It didn't even look like a toenail.. more like a thick plank.. Plus I put gel on. 70 dollars for the work alone. I had to go back and complain because it hurt. Amy was in such a hurry to fix it. She cut me on both toenails! She agreed how thick it was! People seem to love who ever does acrylic there. But she has cut me both times i have come or I had peices not even filled when I got a fill. She is in such a rush. This last time i I got a dip powder and took of my old acrylic. She rushed and took off my acrylic with the plastic nails. God does that hurt so bad. Sanded my hands. And one of my nails was broken. She just cut the others down. So they are all square and one round one from the broken one??? Didn't ask. And left it as is. They ate all different lengths and apparently shapes now. And I couldn't even wash my hands to get the remaining black powder off my hands. For 50 bucks just for dip. I will go elsewhere where people at least care about their quality. I come here often. And it's always the same thing. No matter what time you make the appointment, they are going to sit you 30 - 40 minutes after. They overbook and will try and take a walk in same time as your appointment. Will even go do someone's eyebrows in the middle of your appointment . But Cindy does a good job on my pedicures. I will never go there again. I went there cause they said they take little kids and my husband was trying to spoil us. Upon arrival they say 1,2,3 you sit here hurry up and smack the chair. As we sit, there I had to take my 3 year old to the bathroom and the old man said "Dam" mad and said go and starting talking in his language. And he said hurry up you pay as I'm Still listening to them yelling at my 3 year old for moving cause it tickled! The nails were beautiful both times but this time I walked in, Amy was busy so she had another lady do my nails... this lady must have been a student because she couldn't even get the tips to glue to my real nail. had no clue how to apply the acrylic She Kept wiping off the acrylic and starting over, my hands were so sticky her fingers were getting stuck to mine! After 2 hours Amy stepped in, reshaped & filed my nails. Done going here. It was an hour wait for walk ins and it didn't even feel like it because of how sweet everyone was. I'm not sure what the mans name is but he offered everyone a bottle of cold water and tried to accommodate to their needs. the nails were beautiful and exactly what I wanted!
