What makes this location special is their medium roasted Guatemalan Bean and their tailored coffee creations. Their coffee is perfect. Not bitter, weak, or too strong. I think this is a great place for people who know what they want, but the ladies here are so kind and helpful and personally assisted me to create an amazing coffee. I ordered a blackberry cheesecake with almond milk and extra shot of espresso and requested the marshmallow toasted topping because I love aesthetics. The ambience inside is so home like and cozy and outside is so peaceful and quiet with fresh air. The reason he's my service animal is because I am a survivor of molestation and sexual abuse. My service animal gets protective when men come too close or when men in uniform with objects in their hands get too close. Well today, as I sat there doing my work on my laptop, my service animal laid next to me. I noticed he popped up and sat up straight. Which had me to look at the door to see who was coming in. It was a delivery personnel holding multiple boxes in his hand. My service animal barked (softy) twice and looked backed at me to let me know a male was coming in. I told my service animal "Good job, thank you" and my service animal sat and laid back down. A few seconds later a woman (staff member) stated from behind the counter, "Ma'am we can't have that. No." I was very embarrassed. If she was concerned about my service animal she could have said something to me privately instead of speaking openly her concern in front of everyone that was inside. I stated back, "He's my service animal and he's only doing what he's been trained to do." The staff member looked at me, rolled her eyes and keep doing whatever she was doing behind the counter. There are MANY reasons why men and women have service animals. Maybe it's best to have a class on how to approach individuals with service animals. Our service animals are not in stores barking just to be barking. My service animals two barks were for ME, to warn me that a man in uniform was approaching. I think I'll take a break from this Starbucks. But to the employee who brought some water to my service animal afterwards.....THANK YOU! That was very kind. I won't be returning for a while.

But then the guy at the register, without saying anything, took the assorted donuts out of the box and put them on the counter, then turned around and handed me a plain dozen glazed. If you're going to input "assorted dozen" into the system, bring out the assorted box, then hand me glazed while the better donuts are sitting right there... I'm sorry, but that's not okay. I didn't come in expecting to pick and choose, but don't bait me with the box I thought I was getting just to hand me something totally different. Either communicate clearly or don't leave the better box in my line of sight like that. I'd honestly like a refund or at least an explanation. This felt misleading and uncomfortable. Update: We ended up going to the other Krispy Kreme location that manages this store, and the manager there was amazing. He confirmed we should've received an assorted dozen (not plain glazed), and said the employee here shouldn't have rung anything up at all.
