I would order takeaway each morning from this Starbucks near my hotel. Each morning the staff would greet me with a smile. There were some inconsistencies in how the to-go orders were prepared, but it was an altogether good experience The restaurant has plenty of seating both inside and out. There's also plenty of parking in a shared free parking lot. The staff were efficient and friendly. The orders were tasty/delicious One qualm I have with Starbucks is that they will now no longer keep any of the loafs in the plastic packaging. The only reason I have requested this in the past was because I wouldn't immediately eat the loafs and I wanted them to be fresh upon consumption, but they refuse to leave them in the plastic anymore, and they used to Some tips: You can order online, through the drive-thru or in person Join their loyalty/rewards program. I was VERY surprised when I noticed this Starbucks only having TWO STARS . Unfortunately, today I noticed the reason why. Today, I brought in my service animal. The reason he's my service animal is because I am a survivor of molestation and sexual abuse. My service animal gets protective when men come too close or when men in uniform with objects in their hands get too close. Well today, as I sat there doing my work on my laptop, my service animal laid next to me. I noticed he popped up and sat up straight. Which had me to look at the door to see who was coming in. It was a delivery personnel holding multiple boxes in his hand. My service animal barked (softy) twice and looked backed at me to let me know a male was coming in. I told my service animal "Good job, thank you" and my service animal sat and laid back down. A few seconds later a woman (staff member) stated from behind the counter, "Ma'am we can't have that. No." I was very embarrassed. If she was concerned about my service animal she could have said something to me privately instead of speaking openly her concern in front of everyone that was inside. I stated back, "He's my service animal and he's only doing what he's been trained to do." The staff member looked at me, rolled her eyes and keep doing whatever she was doing behind the counter. There are MANY reasons why men and women have service animals. Maybe it's best to have a class on how to approach individuals with service animals. Our service animals are not in stores barking just to be barking. My service animals two barks were for ME, to warn me that a man in uniform was approaching. I think I'll take a break from this Starbucks. But to the employee who brought some water to my service animal afterwards.....THANK YOU! That was very kind. This is one of the worst Starbucks I have been to. It is near my home, and so I have gone there quite a bit over the years. But, ever since COVID, I have avoided them for the following reasons: 1) This staff is the rudest group of people. I have watched them ignore customers who walk up to the counter, and then in one shocking moment, I witnessed a worker "tell off" an 80-year-old man who confronted them for ignoring his request for service. Further, when I one day went up to the counter to ask for water while my coffee order was being prepared, another staff member literally turned his back on me when I asked him for water, AND GAVE ME EYE CONTACT, then acted as if he had not heard me at all. 2) Secondly, I have witnessed this group of about four staff members close up the lobby for no reason, and tape a note to the door. Obviously, they believe that they are not part of Starbucks. 3) Even when you attempt to speak to these people, they literally ignore the fact that you are speaking to them, and turn their backs on you. Further, the manager kicked out an elderly stooped, man (who uses a walker sometimes) and told him not to come back. 4) Their WIFI is slow and not all of the plugs work. 5) During COVID, I witnessed a small group of male staffers climb the roof of Starbucks and "hang out." 6) After COIVD, the staffers closed the lobby to have their Christmas party. 7) When I reported some of this to Starbucks, they seemed not to care and told me that they were sorry I was inconvenienced. What?! Why does SB not care about the poor quality of service being offered at this location. I should not have to drive 20-30 miles out of my way to find Starbucks location to get decent service. STARBUCKS NEEDS TO ACTUALLY DO SOMETHING TO RESOLVE THE INCREDIBLY POOR QUALITY OF SERVICE AND HORRIBLE ATTITUDES AT THIS LOCATION! read more

I walked in, no greeting stood there waited in with no line for which seemed forever then I didn't ask the staff that was invisible. Nobody responded so I asked again. Aiden, the manager at the Starbucks completely dismissed me, letting me know that he was catching up on the drive-through orders keeping his back to me. Incredibly rude woman taking my order. She was rude and dismissive and left while I was still trying to place my order. Couple minutes later she came back and begrudgingly took my order. I looked for her name tag but unfortunately it was smudged off (my guess is, she knows she is rude and tries to avoid getting called out by name). She was a heftier girl between 20-30 somewhat curly-wavy hair. After I placed my order she quickly left (out of sight) and a second girl very sweetly offered me a bag for my purchases (I bought some coffee and a few cups). Probably one of the worst Starbucks in SA. They're NEVER consistent in making their drinks the same way. It's always hit or miss from one day to the next if you're going to get anything the same or even what you order. What really really really gets on my nerves is they leave an inch of room on my cold coffee so it's never even close to being full. They try and hide it with foam that I didn't order or extra ice when I tell them easy ice. We need another Starbucks on the SE side to take some load off of this one. I ordered a honey oat milk latte gave them my name waited 20 minutes before I asked the barista if my drink order was ready she said yes they've been calling it out there was no name on the cup so I never heard my name and they gave me an almond honey blonde which is not what I ordered. I go to this Starbucks because it is between my med school and my apartment. That is the only reason for returning. They have gotten my drink wrong 3/5 times. I ask for a chai and end up with a drink that is labeled chai but tastes like coffee. The baristas are kind which is why I'll give it 2 stars. They always offer a puppachino when they see my doggie. It's a small gesture, but makes the experience easier to put up with. The wait here is INSANE. the drive through especially takes forever. You can expect to wait 20+ minutes for your drink most days. The cars will wrap around in two different directions (weird construction) and it's just confusing and irritating. All in all, if I have a chance, I go to a different Starbucks. This has got to be the most ghetto Starbucks I've ever been to. My friend and I took time out of our busy days to visit this location so that we could work on an assignment for school. My friend traveled about 25 minutes to meet me at this location. Unfortunately, our visit was cut short by a very rude employee. We were kicked out of the lobby along with many other PAYING CUSTOMERS. Why?? Because apparently they were short staffed. The employee who told us to leave was very rude and had an attitude. There was an additional employee who told us we needed to pack up and leave even though it was not 1PM yet. (They told us they'd give us until 1PM to leave) I don't see how your staffing issue is the customer's fault. We are PAYING CUSTOMERS. People are paying a lot of money for your overpriced drinks and food. I personally spent about $8 on one drink, only to be thrown out. Also, the employees locked the doors to the building while we were still inside. Therefore, had there been a fire or some sort of an emergency, we would have been stuck inside. I have been to many Starbucks's throughout my life, and I have to say that this locations' ability to process orders with both speed and accuracy is by far the best I have seen. When I arrived the line was wrapped around the building and I expected to wait for 40+ minutes, yet the line was processed, I ordered, and received my drink in a swift 20 minutes. When I went to pay for my drink the barista with purple hair, I think her name was "Bella" or something similar, was very friendly and was able to process me redeeming my rewards points on the phone with relative ease.
