First time here. I was seen by dr Narges. She was so kind and helpful. I came for a second opinion. I'm so glad I came for the second opinion bcuz dr Narges said I don't need root canal. She adjusted some spots and my discomfort went away. Saved me a lot of money and avoided doing root canal unnecessarily. Only down side is there's a young lady at the front desk who was so adamant about their website "never have a problem before" when she told me I didn't fill out the online new patient forms. I told her I filled out whatever the website asked me to. She kept arguing with me that I didn't do it. Then a different lady told her that the website asked for basic information only. This B literally argued with me and kept saying "our website never had a problem" when I asked her to check her website.... Anyways, she could've just asked me nicely to fill out the form. She eventually did and I nicely filled it out. Easy as that. Like she needed to win the damn argument for some reason. EVERYONE else was super nice. I wanted to say the front office staff were sweet and considerate and also the dentist that saw my dad was decent and I could tell he really wanted to help my dad. My dad has alot of health issues and when I took him, his blood pressure was really high. I want to put a complain on the xray tech who did the xrays on my dad. Since the beginning when I saw her, she looked uncaring and annoyed on doing the xrays on my dad. She's an asian lady( didn't get her name). I kept telling her my dad was in alot of pain and she didnt care and did the whole procedure all mad and annoyed because my dad couldn't stay still (well he was in alot of pain at the time). She was so unconsiderate and unprofessional. She needs to more tactful and careful in how she treats older patients especially when there in alot of pain. I dont think I would go back there again just because of this experience. read more

WOULD NOT RECOMMEND!!!! update; i have no words of how this place has ruined my life. I was fitted again for a new hopefully better pair of dentures. I tried on the wax pair and was very happy with them. finally I can have a nice smile . . A week later i went back super excited to get the final pair, tried them on and they were nothing like the wax try in pair i was so happy with. This final pair resembled the horrid ugy pair in my photo . I couldn't believe my eyes. Where was the beautiful pair i had tried on a week earliar? The final pair are supposed to match the wax try in's IT'S WHY THEY ARE TRIED ON . If i didn't know better id think this was almost done on purpose because no dentist in their right mind would let this happen . I walked out of that dental office and i am never going back. I don't want to ever see Dr. Le's face again . I am so upset i can't believe it . I've been in tears all day stuck with only my old top dentures and no bottom ones choking on food every other meal because i can't chew correctly. This is my kids' dentist, and I absolutely love it! The dental assistants are incredibly caring and patient. A huge shout-out to Alejandra--she's truly the best! I'm also grateful for Esme at the front desk and the fantastic dentist himself. The waiting room features comfortable couch seating, and the dental room has multiple chairs, each equipped with its own TV for kids to enjoy while they're being treated. Got my root canal procedure done here, twice. I don't know the specialist name, but he was super patient with me. The assistant and the specialist took such great care of me & I truly appreciated them being gentle with me. They talked me through the entire procedure and checked in with me to make sure I was feeling okay. They gave me breaks in between to rest my jaw & that made me feel more comfortable with the experience. They were the best! I can't thank them enough. I was very lucky to get squeezed in same day for oral surgery. Affinity Dental Center referred me to 7 Day Dental with the help of Gabby. I needed an extraction ASAP. They saw me right away, and all the staff were so sweet. Diane helped me sign in and was so patient. Yesenia went over my treatment plan with me and was very reassuring! She also helped us get a movie going on the TV as we waited for the numbing and anesthesia to kick in. Then I was even luckier to have Dr. Ngo as the doctor to extract my tooth. He made me feel comfortable and was super funny, making the experience all positive and smooth for me. He was hella fast too! My tooth came out clean and everything. I went there 20 years ago. I hated going because dr Lee would take his dental tools to pop out much black heads. He did this even though I would be crying. My aunt worked for him and caught this. My aunt said to stop. Dr Lee said that I was OK with it. My aunt looked at my face and saw I was crying. She said to stop I did not like what was happening. Im giving 2 star because of the only Friendly staff i encountered it was the guy who does billing. I really want to get this place a chance but this will be the last time i will get a consultation. About few months ago i came here for a consultation. 1. They told me i need a root canal + the crown 5,000 something dollars, i went to another dentist i ended up not needing a root canal, and paid total of 1,300. 2. While i was getting a regular teeth cleaning, the dental hygienist made a comment "your face is so dry you should put moisturizer" i wanted to reply to her but she's in the middle of a procedure. During that time i was undergoing facial treatments with my dermatologist, so i have some skin peeling on my chin area, but this dental hygienist instead of focusing on her work just blurt out comments like that. 3. You could tell theyre just all about the money. I will never come back. On 9/16/25 I went to 7 day dental to have a back molar pulled after it broke in my mouth. Dental work makes me very nervous and it tends to be a miserable experience for me. During the initial exam they allowed my grandfather to be in the room with me. With the tooth extraction, they said it would've been an additional $45 charge to have them rinse the area within an antibiotic wash because typically they only use water. You would think that would be standard to disinfect the area after you open a wound by pulling a tooth. Once the procedure of pulling the tooth started, my grandfather decided to leave to allow them more room since the space is very small. The x-rays were very fast and easy. During the numbing shots a wonderful dental assistant named Michelle talked calmly to me and even held my hand. They numbed up my mouth before allowing me to watch an infomercial on how to care for my mouth after my tooth extraction by the time they came back, I was completely numb. Michelle is the type of person you need in the room if you are nervous during a procedure. During the extraction she helped keep me calm and explained what was happening. The only thing about my experience that was not pleasant was hearing my dentist speaking with another dentist in the office about how she just graduated in May. Although a tooth extraction is fairly easy you never wanna hear that your dentist is inexperienced. After pulling the tooth they sent me home with gauze to keep on the area to stop the bleeding and extra strength ibuprofen. The ibuprofen wasn't very helpful when it came to the pain. They did call to check in two days after the extraction and I mentioned to them that I was in quite a bit of pain. They just said that's to be expected if I think I have an infection that I should come back in. I understand that addiction is a real problem and they don't want to give out pain pills but I feel like that's wild to yank something out of your jaw and send you home with ibuprofen. read more

I have been a routine customer since my mom took me here growing up, and I have tried giving this place the benefit of the doubt, but it seems like their customer service has really gone downhill. This past year, they have made it almost impossible to have decent communication regarding appointments. Early this year, I showed up for my scheduled appointment, and they left me waiting in the lobby for over an hour. I ended up leaving because the women at the desk ignored me and I had other business to attend to. And any time I have trued to call to schedule a check up, which, by the way, is a routine email or text sent to me, it seems like they do whatever they can to avoid having that dialogue, which has never made sense. They need to a lot better with treating their customers the right way, especially someone who's been loyal to the establishment for years. I came in this office to pick up my dentures that I had realigned yesterday. I am a regular at this location. First of all, the lady at the front desk was rude and didn't seem to have any information on anything. Her attitude was not nice to be working in the front office. I normally come to my appointments in the morning, so I've never seen this woman before. They found my teeth(dentures) but she kept complaining about it not being any notes on the computer regarding my teeth. I don't under understand why Dr. Le told me to come in the office to pick up the dentures at 6:30pm if he was not going to be here. My suggestion would be to retrain your night staff on customer service. Meaning learn how to talk to your clients without all the attitude.
