While we are not patients of Berger Orthodontics (we live in Roseville, California) this place showed amazing kindness and care for orthodontic patients! We were visiting Anaheim on vacation, and my husband forgot his rubber bands. He wears liners and when he doesn't have on rubber bands, the hooks rub on his gums and cause discomfort. We called four orthodontic offices and everyone had an excuse as to why they wouldn't help us. Until we called Berger Orthodontics and spoke to Patricia. She didn't hesitate to help us! I've seen Dr Berger for broken permanent retainers several times now. My bite was causing me to repeatedly break my permanent retainer, so Dr. Berger designed an additional removable retainer to change my bite, without moving my already very mobile teeth.
