I ordered ice cream from the app, for delivery. It was very easy to use, the fees were not more than about $4. Very convenient!

In addition, I do not have a Haraz Coffee House near me, so when I am near one of their locations, I make it a point to pop in. I love Haraz. I love the ambience. I love the coffee. I love the pastry selection. I love the service. The consistency I've experienced from location to location is top-notch. The cleanliness here is impeccable, too. That bears mentioning. My go-to is the Haraz Latte. Iced. While this could never be my every day coffee, it is something I really enjoy and treat myself to when I'm able to go to a Haraz. As someone who doesn't proclaim to like cheesecake, their Biscoff cheesecake is the exception. Maybe it's a blessing that one isn't close by and I can only indulge every now and then. If you want a break from your regular coffee, give Haraz a shot. Especially when the summer heat kicks in - the iced coffee + cardamom is pretty great. Also, they seem to have a high standard for hiring. The staff is always great. Please tip generously ;)

Love the unique additions to the menu over the typical options we see again and again. The adeni is my first choice, kind of like a spicier chai? I will say their options tend to lean on the sweeter side, so I always ask for less sweet if possible. Staff is always friendly and this location is clean with lots of seating!

I was a little confused when I drove up because I didn't realize that it's inside the Retreat Yoga Studio. There is a neon sign on the window as well as an A-Frame Sign near the entrance to let you know you're in the right place. Parking is plentiful in the shopping center. Because it's in a Yoga Studio, there isn't much seating (though they did have tables set up outside). The vibe was relaxing and calm. I don't know what scent they had in there, but it smelled nice. This wouldn't be a place to study or work as the seating is limited and I didn't see many outlets. There was a small area with bar stools if you need a tabletop, but most of the seating was couches and lounge chairs. It's more of a place to relax or catch up with a friend. I love when coffee shops have signature drinks. I ordered the Cajeta Crème Brûlée Cappuccino. It was so good, but it came in a small cup. The smoky sea salt was delicious! I don't typically care for sea salt in beverages, but it complimented the flavors so well! I asked the barista to sub oat milk which they were able to do but he informed me that some of the ingredients had dairy (which was fine). I appreciated the disclosure. I was able to drink it without any issues. Because my drink was so small, I decided to order a second one. I went with the Ginger Snap Latte (with oat milk) and it was tasty! I didn't like it as much as the Cajeta Crème Brûlée, but it was really good. I was happy that it was served in a larger cup. The space had plants as well as merch like clothing, scented candles, soaps, and jewelry (which was beautiful). The bathrooms were very clean and had feminine hygiene products as well as a basket with bobby pins and hair ties. I love the attention to detail! We were there close to closing time (3 pm). I appreciated that one of the employees let us know that they would be closing without forcing us to get up and leave. It was on par with the gentle and calming vibe of the space.

The girl at the counter swayed me in that direction, and I'm happy she did. I ordered a buttery pastry that melted my taste buds. It was the perfect light, fluffy pastry, very easy to pull apart, revealing a moist, buttery inside. Not to mention a guitarist was there performing sweet melodies. Also, they have a nice, shaded patio with beautiful items decorating the side of the building and a huge, gorgeous mural. It's honestly the place to be on a Saturday at noon, kicking off the day.

They also sell a range of beer and wines, so you can get a lil chaser of your favourite tipple, which is great because it's open from 7am-9pm, so you can walk right out onto the main road which is full of bars if you want to keep the party going. As a result, a lot of drinks aren't good and service and friendliness is severely lacking. I'm not a student and I don't need a place to study or work, but it is convenient to get coffee or tea and a pastry or other food, since I live right by it. I used to frequent the east location when I was a student, and the quality of the drinks and food was much better then. I see other reviews mention similar problems, so maybe they do not care about providing good service and making quality coffee, and instead focus on providing internet and a place to work or study for people, since a lot of people will go despite the shitty service just because they need a spot like this. Unfortunately, because of the lack of service, quality, and care for the items prepared I find myself going to the other coffee places nearby, such as Paris Baguette. I would definitely find myself supporting this local establishment if things changed, but for now, I cannot fully recommend. I gave it 3 stars, however I would actually give it 2.5.

I get customer service jobs are difficult but all you have to do is smile and pretend that you enjoy your job and enjoy the guest-this is particularly important if you are the employee who is dealing with the customer head on. I had an experience here girl made me feel really uncomfortable for not promptly understanding how their credit card swiper works (my card has money on it, i just didn't see you had to pick the tip option first before moving forward with the transaction). She blatantly and painfully expressed her annoyance at my slowness. I choose to pay cash as opposed to using my card (it was easier in the moment). She dropped the change back in my hand like my hand was diseased. She did not say thank you or "have a good day", the normal, simple, easy yet soothing platitudes one shares in their position. I'm not sure if she is perpetually moody, miffed I did not tip, or just irritated by my incompetence. But either, this is disheartening, disappointing and unprofessional. This situation has permanently deterred me from a continued customer.
