Even more concerning, I found a fly inside one of the sealed containers. This is a serious food safety concern!!! I immediately emailed the bakery with photos and videos. It has now been three days, and despite being active on Instagram and continuing to post on social media, they have completely ignored my emails. The complete lack of professionalism has been incredibly disappointing. If I owed a business and a costumer reported a potential food safety issue I would make resolving it my top priority!
