I came here for a few things. To check out the jurassic park pop up and a free slurpie from t-mobile. It was neat to see that huge dinosaur and some of the merch were cool, but nothing too much has changed inside the store. They are located on a small corner and their parking was really small. There is street parking if you don't mind the walk. I also purchased some merch for my niece and nephew. I was asked multiple times if I wanted a t-shirt too. I stopped in after spotting a MOSASAURUS on the roof of this 7-Eleven while at a stop light. And I must admit, it'd been a while-years to be exact-since I indulged in a slice of piping hot & surprisingly tasty pizza that wouldn't be complete without a limited edition Slurpee, Mission: Colossal Cherry, in honor of the hit "Jurassic World: Rebirth" film. There was so much to see & so many things to buy, I almost forgot that I wasn't a tourist but just a local who enjoys all the incredibly unique ways Los Angeles expertly transforms everyday places into memorable pop-up experiences. Had to stop in and see the awesome Jurassic World Rebirth promotion! The entire store inside and outside was wrapped with the movie's theming! That alone was 5 stars. Dinosaurs were everywhere! Tried the fun movie themed Slurpees flavors. The movie merchandise was cool. The displays were in disarray though, they were out of M&M's, and the Slurpees cups were everywhere and they were missing small lids so thus the lower stars but fun nonetheless! This place needs customer service training, don't they know that what counts in USA ? Robi's bad customer service is robbing off on other coworkers such as "kazi". They make you wait until they are eating and/or drinking, and if you win on scratches they either tell you they have no money or they make you wait until they take care of all customer that came in after you. I bought a mega lotto ticket for the first time ever and had filled out one of my cards wrong. I apologized and offered to redo my ticket -no big deal in my end.. the guy at the register was laughing at me...I tried to look past it. I don't know what was funny but he was really relentless about treating me like I was stupid. Of course my luck that's when my card wasn't working and I needed to run in my car to call my bank. My bank messed up and didn't activate a pen for that card so I just pulled cash using another card. I didn't hold up the line I did this all on my own time and It was just a mix up. I came back to pay. This guy was laughing at me and even told his coworker literally pointing at me while I was in line. I'm actually in tears the whole experience was so mean. I asked if everything was ok? He didn't respond. I didn't want to hold up the line otherwise I'd ask why he was acting this way. Who does that? I own a home nearby but I'll be avoiding this place. For the lotto go to the CVS next door-its way nicer and has air conditioning. read more

I just went into 7.11 on Olive and at the register the clerk who overcharged me earlier in the day for the wrong item tolf me to hurry up while I got my app open to pay. He is constitently rude to me, rings me up for the wrong item or overcharges me. A 1 minute transaction ends up taking 48 minutes. So disrespectful of women as well. This 7.11 & the other one on Olive are the worst in the Burbank-Glendale area. Lastly there are homeless drug addicts and alcoholics always out front dirtying up the area. The grounds and trash cans are filthy. Occasionally there are men that cut me off at the door, block me at the counter or say nasty things to me, & instead of them saying something in my defense they laugh and let the situation escalate. I've reported them to corporate who tells me the manager will call me but he never does. Then when I see him he harasses me, too! Careful of the hot dog buns as one time they were green with mold. Quite often ... more than often, the coffee machines don't work because they need to be cleaned. As simple as pushing 1 button. Every other 7.11 has their act together, but not this one. The telephone screens to input your phone number are never cleaned & I've witnessed people touching the ice dispenser with their bare hands, told the clerk who just shrugs it off. read more

"Hasim" thinks he's a parking officer. He came out of the car yelling at me for parking on the side parking space, saying that is for them only "employees." I asked him to stop yelling, and he kept yelling. I told him to f... off and I will park wherever I want! This place needs to improve the way they treat customers. They accused us of spilling a few chips on the floor and then proceeded to threaten to call the cops and look at the camera feed to prove it. They then proceeded to harass us. As this continued I tried exploring was an accident but they refused to listen. Once they mentioned the police I said I would wait until they called the police and checked the feed but they then refused to do anything. This is one of the 12 7-Elevens that they've converted into a Kwik-E-Mart to promote The Simpsons Movie that'll be coming out later this July. They've got Buzz Cola, Krusty O's, Squishees, sprinkled donuts, I could go on. Try to go during off hours (like 10am on a weekday) so you don't have to wait in line. They've got the place tricked out with signs and paraphernalia, if you're a Simpsons fan you'll wet your pants. Go and demand an all-syrup Squishee! This is my favorite 7-11. Coffee is always freshly made, and the area is fully stocked and clean. I stop in several times per week for my morning coffee right around 8:30a. The line is not too bad at that time. Otherwise, as a safe bet, the best time to go in quickly is after 10a, weekdays. The hot wings are also worth a try. Take a few extra minutes to look at the Simpsons signs and memorabilia. A real nice Clean/location. Friendly staff. read more

I love my local 7-11 store! A few years ago, it was converted to the Kwik-E Mart for promotion of the Simpsons movie. I was one of the first visitors to my neighborhood Kwik-E mart and was interviewed by the news media. Despite the fact that I now have to buy slurpees and not squishies, I frequent this 7-11 for snacks, lottery tickets, hot wings (yes, I like their hot wings) and Hi-Chews (Asian chewy candy). read more

I don't write reviews ever, but this has to be said. I've be going to this 7Eleven for years almost every morning before work and I stopped going about six months ago. Today I went for the first time in a while and remembered why I stopped going. Most of the coffee dispensers were empty, and the whole coffee bar was a mess. One woman was at the register with a descent sized line and the older guy looked like he was playing on his iPad. Sure, he was wondering around checking stock, but it seems to me like that's something you do when you don't have a line full of customers and after you made sure all the coffee was full. This is the least convenient convenience store I've ever been too. This used to be the best location in Burbank in my opinion, but it really has gone down hill. read more
