I mobile ordered to this Starbucks to try one of their new fall beverages. I had a coupon for a $3 drink and was able to redeem it easily on the app as well as customize the drink. The drink was ready very quickly and I appreciated not having to wait long for it. They did a great job of making my oat milk pecan latte and it was well balanced and perfectly sweet and decadent. I was able to score a table inside despite it being busy and my friend met up with me. We enjoyed the AC inside while it was brutally hot outside. I felt relaxed and invigorated while here. I was able to find some street parking but there are a few free garages across the street. read more

My SB in my hood. Close. Convenient. Somewhat chaotic, slow, disorganized but the baristas are nice. The pup gets her highly addictive pup cup and knows the store by smell! She shakes likes she has the DTs bc she loves it! Anyway -- it may take a minute but they'll get your order correct. Same miserable barista who makes it a habit to close the store earlier than posted refused to get me water because they were closing soon. Not closed, but closing soon. Water. Nothing more. Just some water because it was hot outside and I forgot to ask for it when I order my coffee 5 minutes earlier. One barista was super sweet but the other, just miserable. Why Starbucks chooses to employee the miserable ones is beyond me. I was having a good experience until poopy princess shat all over the parade. Good job read more

I only ever visit this location late-ish at night on a weekday when I'm either killing time before a movie or doing some shopping after work. And I have never had to wait to order or get my drink. I'm sure at other times of day this place can get very crowded, but I have been very lucky in the dozen or so times I have been here. Staff here is always very friendly and welcoming. They always greet me with a smile and just make for a warm environment throughout the location. The location itself is a bit small. That means there aren't a ton of spots to sit down and enjoy your drink &/or food, but if you're looking to just grab something on your way to somewhere else within the area, this is the perfect spot. If you are looking to get some work or reading done while you are there, just note that you might strike out if it's a busy time. read more

Hey Starbucks you're already losing business and now you're ensuring your employees are driving away customers? Why did my partner who was trying it out for the first time by my recommendation (which I now feel awful about) try to order a medicine ball which should tell you already she wasn't feeling good and be spoken to in a condescending manner by a tight ponytail employee who said "it's not called that anymore. You HAVE to call it honey mint citrus tea" and REFUSED to key in the order until she ordered it the way she said?? What kind of power trip are you on to not assist someone until they do what you say? To stand there and hold up a line because a drink you knew perfectly well wasn't ordered "the new way" That's disgusting and embarrassing and I'm going to ensure this gets escalated because you do not talk to people like that. read more

After shopping at Burbank Mall, my son and I walked to this Starbucks Store at San Fernando Road Burbank. It's a long line and very busy but it goes fast. When we reached the cashier, this cashier was so nice and friendly. Have a great customer service. Her name is BELLA. She greeted you before and after you ordered. It's a long hours of working for them but she can still smile and nice to her customers. Highly recommend this STARBUCKS BRANCH to All my friends and families. read more

I like the new spaciousness and cleanliness of this location. The Barista was so kind, he could see I had my 'upset' face on and asked me how my day was. There was no customers behind me but, he was patient and was willing to listen. I love the view from the bar area, especially on a rainy day like today, it's the perfect people watching area. Even when it's busy inside the store, it feels quiet in this corner. The drinks are almost the same but, has always tasted better here, not as dark or bitter. I also love how close this location is to many things like, the mall, AMC and boba time in case I'm craving something sweet later. read more

Genuinely how can you call this place in establishment? Taylor was so rude to me. All I wanted was five waters and I paid for something first of all she can't referred to her own store's product as what they are named, and if Starbucks etiquette is to be nice, then they need to fire this girl immediately. This Starbucks location was the closest to our hotel in Burbank. I visited this Starbucks a number of times to get my favorite drink during this time of year-the Chestnut Praline Latte. The service was great and the location allows for indoor and outdoor seating. I want to shout out Dexter. He was very friendly and answered questions that I had regarding menu items. Came here on a busy Saturday night. It was quite packed inside, but i waited about 5 minutes for my drink, which is quick compared to how many people were in there. Patrick was very friendly and made sure he got my order correct. Ordered a strawberry açaí lemonade with no ice and no strawberries and they made it just how I asked! I personally don't like ice in my drinks, so I asked for no ice. Great starbuck in Downtown Burbank right next door to Ike's Sandwiches on the corner of San Fernando Blvd and Palm Ave across from US Bank. The have a small patio in front before you enter and a fair amount of seating including standing tables. I typically pop in if I'm in the mood for a cold brew, iced coffee or lemonade. The service is always warm and efficient. Especially the last few times I stopped in. Typically always busy if looking to unwind, work or hang for a bit, but you can get lucky and find some seating if you time it right otherwise there is seating all along the street outside including some benches, usually at the end corners of each street from Magnolia Blvd to about Angeleno Avenue. Definitely a more narrow starbucks than some as you walk toward the counter line for checkout. Restrooms are clean and the Wi-Fi is strong. read more

A guy named Kevin took our order and he was a very kind guy with greeting vibes and every employee was very polite. Service was excellent and I would recommend it to people. I had THE worst experience at this Starbucks. I ordered online, showed up just 10 minutes later, and ended up waiting nearly 20 minutes before someone even asked what I ordered. When I told the guy my name, he acted like my drink had been there forever and tried to play it off like I was the one who was confused. Then, he casually says, "Oh, someone stole your drink." Are you kidding me?! How does that even happen? I had to wait AGAIN for them to remake my drink, and when I finally got it, it was WRONG. Completely wrong. By the time I realized, I was already driving and couldn't go back. I'm out $6 and wasted so much time for nothing. This place is a complete mess. It's chaotic, they don't care about getting orders right, and it's honestly one of the most frustrating experiences I've ever had. I'll NEVER return to this location. This Starbucks sucks! read more

My friends and I stopped by this Statbuck since we were in the area. I checked on their website and Starbuck that this Starbuck would be open because they sometime just close early without any notice. When we got to the place, there were some people inside but not to the point where there was no seating. I got a small hot chocolate and it only took like 5 minutes for it to come out. The hot chocolate isn't all that great and when I open the lid, I was stock to see that they didn't fill up my cup. We took our drink and sat across the street where they had some chairs set up. read more

We didn't want coffee but we were thirsty for a cold drink. We opted for the Dragon drinks they offer. We picked out the Dragon and a Mango Dragon drink with half lemonade so it wouldn't be too sweet. The barista was courteous to explain the different ingredients because it's not listed on the wall menu. read more

$$$ So Money!!! $$$ Think just for a moment about the amount of foot traffic this Bux gets. Thousands a day, every single day. This is the most popular Bux in Burbank, and likely top 10 in all of Los Angeles. That alone should make you appreciate the staff here. I'm always impressed with how the employees handle all the tourists, regulars, Animators, Producers, and Artists day after day. BIG TIME KOODOS for the staff and management. normally this starbucks is on point but today not so much. the ladies stopped helping after a family placed their order. it took the manager to state to help in order for the ladies to help me. 5 employees and not one wanted to help me and my puppy when there was also a mom & her son behind me. they looked at me and than proceeded to do their shuffling for other people's drinks. that's not quality service. i didn't appreciate the inconsiderate employee who looked at me holding my dog and a coffee from coffee bean not to assist. i walk here a lot and been around for a while. this is the first time i felt "dissed" at this location. i did purchase items as well so i didn't just come there to dilly dally. read more

Ended up with a cold brew, which is not the same thing as iced coffee (and again... a "world famous coffee house" should know this). Cold brew has a different flavor profile and more caffeine. Either the employee is really uninformed about the most basic things about coffee or this business refuses to pour their normal medium/dark/flavored roast coffee over ice because they charge twice as much for cold brew... neither of which is acceptable. If you want to wait in a 30-minute line with kids running into you and the decor completely unattended, and overpay for a drink that wasn't what you ordered... this is the place for you. Otherwise, any of the other local Burbank coffee shops are better. Literally, pick any of the other places and you will have a better experience.

This cafe is run by a family of wonderful, empowering women who support their community and their customers with engaging events and delicious coffee. When I first moved to Burbank I was given a warm welcome by the ladies behind the counter and since then I'm happy to be a regular. Their drinks are on the more expensive side compared to larger corporate chains, but the taste and quality well makes up for the expense. They have a comfortable selection of bakery items, a diverse drink menu for all kinds of pallets, and signature lattes that hit the spot. This location offers a free library where customers can take a book and leave a book, reading in the shop or taking home, with an honor code of being expected to keep said book in good shape and to return it eventually. Their book vending machine is a huge hit, the interior is beautiful and relaxing and their location has a restroom. On the weekends they invite other small sellers, clothing entrepreneurs, bread makers, up-in-coming pottery shops, and more to use their store as a venue to expand their business. The Three Sisters' dedication to their community goes as far as sharing their success, which I admire! The cons of this location however, are that I firmly believe they've outgrown their space. Lines often form out of the cafe regularly and onto the street. It can take quite some time to wait when this happens. When they have sellers inside too--it becomes difficult to move it's so crowded. There's often not enough tables and chairs to go around, and it's uncomfortable to wait outside when it's sunny with zero shade or seats. While I love the shop encouraging people to stay and do their work, or relax, the limited seating capacity makes it so many customers are often left standing. I hope Three Sisters considers moving to a larger space, adapting outdoor seating to the experience, or grows their business enough to comfortably open multiple locations in the future to give their dedicated consumers and neighbors more space to enjoy their products.

I was very embarrassed to go up to the counter and ask for a redo, but did it anyways. They redid it without a hassle and I was very thankful. Me and my friend sat down, and I tried my friend's drink and commented that it wasn't sweet. Which is what she ordered, I didn't say it loud or nasty or anything that would excuse the following. The owner then yelled very loudly (I'm not exaggerating either) from the counter and asked very rudely if I didn't like my drink again, thinking that my friend's drink was mine. The entire coffee shop went silent, and it was very, very awkward. I was humiliated, especially since I was already embarrassed to ask for a redo. I stated that it was my friend's drink, which my friend responded and said that it was fine. She didn't say anything back other than a clipped "okay." I've been in the food service for a long time and have been a manager a few times as well. If I ever suspected that someone did not like what they had received I would come over privately and ask them. I understand that we all have bad days but it was highly unprofessional and embarrassing. Who would want to sit for another hour after you practically got yelled at for not liking a messed up drink. I will keep returning since their drinks are lovely, (especially their strawberry matcha!). The atmosphere is very cozy, and I'm happy to be a regular. I'm just hoping that the owner reflects on how she handles these type of situations for the future.

The location has a small lot behind and the spaces behind the Garry Marshall Theatre are available for Priscilla's customers M-F 8-3:30! So we were able to find parking without too much of a hassle. Service: 10/10! The workers kept the line moving and were quick to take and start orders even while people were still in line to get to the register. The line moved quick and the workers were kind and efficient! It had a busier feel than other coffee shops I go to, there was just a higher sense of urgency in the drink prep and in the customer base. I kept on feeling like I was in the way just going from waiting to order, to paying, to waiting for my drink. I've never had so many people have so many reasons to brush past me in such a short period of time. It might not be a spot I continue to go to just based on that alone, but it is worth trying and might be YOUR complete new favorite.
