Also, one of the aspects of the business that I've never seen at any other car wash before is a bug prep area. Again, perfect coming off the road with lots of bugs. It's an area right before you enter to scan your ticket. The prep area offers brushes, squeegees and plenty of soapy water. My ticket scanned with no issue and the wash overall was pretty good. If they have cameras prove it that I had a scratch on my brand new cars windshield. He then said there cameras aren't that good! Unbelievable!! this is a brand new car and they scratched the windshield and this is how I am treated!
