This is my neighborhood store and I have said this before but will NEVER go in again. I have given them multiplies chances to redeem themselves and it never happened. I am overly friendly to the manager and she has never ever once returned the favor. I thought maybe I caught her on a bad day nope she is like that always. It is apparent she trains her employees the same way. There was a very nice young man that was there he still may be. But not the day I was there. Also when you see the line getting longer come help your cashier. When a customer says have a good day maybe respond. I will drive further to get what I want. I hit this 7-11 if time permits on my way to work to get a caffeine fix. I love the fresh cream that they have at this place. I don't see it at a lot of places. People here are friendly and quick. I am usually out of there in about 5 minutes. Parking can suck if its a weekend though. read more

You know that one scene in the movie "Dumb and Dumber" when Harry tells Lloyd not to spend all their money since they have no jobs and he comes out of the store with a giant cowboy hat, beer, and useless stuff, then gets robbed by a little old lady? I want to thank this 7-11 for being that store for my hubby and me the other night. We bought up a storm and near the entrance were these funny looking (but warm and fuzzy) hats. I bought one that looks like I'm a fighter pilot from the 20s for $10. The hubby HAD to have Nachos and unfortunately the Otay Lakes location ran out of cheese, so what do you know it, we drive to this location. But thankfully so, since this is where I got my funny hat! Hot dogs, nachos, twinkies, ding dongs and some Gatorade (to be healthy) later we were out the door armful of 7-11 fare. All I have to say is don't judge me cause if you're reading this review chances are you go to 7-11 for those late night binges too! Haha! This store is clean, well stocked, and in a good location. Pros: Location. Being right off the freeway, next to two gas stations, & some restaurants is great. Selection. Great choice of candy, chips, & beverages. Cons: Parking lot. One of my least favourite in Chula Vista. It gets very crowded very quickly because there are not many parking spots. read more

Only one star because I couldn't give them a zero on multiple occasions I've walked in the store and have not been greeted by the people that work there. Growing up in this city and coming back 10 years later I see things in a whole different light. There's never any parking and the people that work there are very rude! My experience tonight inspired me to create a Yelp just to deter people away from this place. There's a guy with fancy sleeve tattoos he never treated me or counting my change back he just threw the money in my hand and then he stared at me as I walked away. There is one person that have met there who is very courteous and he seems to be the owner. I'd rather drive 5 miles to the nearest liquor store then go to this 7-Eleven ever! read more

The lady's were rude not helpful at all a young lady on 5-15-14 in the moring at 930am every 7-11 around right now is doing refills on slurpees for 99cents she said nope not them so I call around when I got home and asked others if they ate they said every 7-11 is still but only a few cents on tax she charged full price on all so I called back and went also to talk and her and her frd were rude still said i don't know what ur talking about only h street is not this area but the 711 next to u is also all the way down to eastlake and telegraph also is promoting it even I.b so why all of a sudden u aren't they said yea yea I don't no go see there so stupid and rude as great customer service they could've said I'm sorry mama I don't no why our store is not doing the same I'll talk to my boss Rude Rude Rude never will I go here for anything EVer or recommend any of u too... read more

The guys are blasting super loud music during the graveyard shift, usually some very hard rock, you can't even think.

The customer service is super bad. I won some money on scratch off lotto tickets and went to exchange them and the guy working there Alfonso told me he didn't have enough money to give me . So i told him i would take some tickets also well bottom line is he told me he didn't have the time to check my tickets he had things to do. I said aren't you suppose to help customers he said he needed to stock shelves. Wow i know if i was the manager or owner i sure would make sure my workers knew first priority is HELPING customers without them you have no business.
