Usually one of the Customer Service people will take that homeless person over to the side and bring them a hot meal and or allow them to get maybe three items that they need and that Giant Stafford will pay for it so that they can have something to drink and something to eat. Every time I try to order an açaí bowl, there's always an issue: either they're out of açaí or they don't have fresh fruit. For a business that specializes in açaí bowls, that just doesn't make sense. On top of that, the customer service leaves a lot to be desired. I greeted the manager with a friendly "Good morning," and her response was simply, "How may I help you?" in a tone that made it seem like she didn't want to be there. I was also thrilled to see the 8 gal. lavender purple insulted bag, and not only the regional Maryland state reusable bag, but also the regional Delaware state reusable bag to add to my TJ bag collection! Just completely horrible attitude and experience with this complete lack of customer service, and I'll definitely avoid this location from now on.
