Incredible liquor store. I've only been here a few times, the first time I went it was completely different. It looked like your average liquor store, after a few months ended up back in here and WOW. The owner put a lot of effort into making this shop nice and modern and it shows! I couldn't believe it was the same place. Everything is very well lit, very clean, and organized. They have a lot of things you wouldn't find in other shops. Prices are good, every time l've been in here the employees are super kind. Definitely go out if my way to come here now. read more

Wow! What a joke of a business. As soon as we entered the owners were drinking a beer while their child roamed the store. We decided on a bottle and the child came to ring us up? We went with it, bc we were in a rush but the owners yelled out from across the room "are you gonna let an 8 year old sell you alcohol" my friend was obviously taken aback, uncomfortable with the situation. Our bottle that is usually 25$ was almost 50$ here... Rude atmosphere and very questionable business decisions (child running register at a liquor store.) I have never entered a similar store of this category which was so chuck full of product, the scope of which includes household items, tire repair kit, candy,of course alcohol. Ordered through drizzly , and the store fulfiled the order wrong. They admitted on the phone that in fact it was their mistake, but i would be charged a 25% restocking fee if i return. Now instead of an 1.75 l tequila bottle , i have a 750 ml and got scammed of over $200 difference. Upsetting , that the person on the phone said call delivery service, when the problem is that the store fulfiled the order wrong. Driver had no fault in being handed the wrong order. No solution to this, no refund, no correction in sight and noone is picking up the phone anymore. Yes , we all know times are hard right now, but you are supposed to take care of your paying customers. If you can't handle customer support , fulfilling orders or even answering questions on the phone ... Then what is the point of partnering up with a delivery service. I can't accept the fact that i paid $ 415 and received a $195 bottle and thats that because they hung up the phone when i asked for a solution that doesn't coste a 25% restocking fee based on their mistake Tell me if i'm wrong Would u let this slide? read more

Living in the valley the last few years, very few liquor stores surprise me but this one had a selection very unique to its own. A vast variety and they also offer cocktail mixes that are super trendy. Regardless, it's a great deal and the people there are very friendly! Bs place . It's not right to make people waste their time specially if we're on a rush. I wasted for about 10 mins in a long line. When it was finally my turn the lady said she couldn't help me because there's many other people behind me and I must wait for everyone to pass. I was sending money to my country for an emergency and I never saw anything anywhere in the store saying " western Union customers must wait until there's nobody in line, in order to get helped". They're usually open late (later on weekends), and are a top location for sales of winning lottery tickets. I'm a flight attendant for a private charter company and ran in here in the early morning on 5/11 to grab a bottle of whisky. Pointed to a bottle on shelf that was $119. He said it was cash only and rang me up for a $149 bottle and then said it was $149. Def got scammed, but I was in a hurry. Telling FBO's and flight attendants at VNY not to go here. I've had nothing but good experiences at this liquor store till today. I normally come in later in the night but the second I walked in the heavy set middle aged lady working the cash register around 4pm had something to say. When it was my turn I walked up and told her what alcohol I wanted and she called me "young lady" and was giving me attitude THE WHOLE TIME even after I gave her my ID. Then she was like "what's your age I can't find it" I literally told her where it was at and ignoring me the first time I told her. I didn't have any makeup on and I was wearing a sweater so I was looking conservative. But I shouldn't have to have my tits out and a face full of makeup to prove I'm "of age". I've never been disrespected like that at any liquor stores, clubs, or bars I've been to. She needs to be checked on how to treat her younger age appropriate customers.
