Like most 7-Eleven's it smells, it's dirty, the helpful employees are from India with broken English and there are suspicious shady people hanging out in the parking lot. It was a very HOT day at the beach and we needed liquid ASAP! I am giving them 3 stars because they had Perrier! small bottles. But it's a very small store. If you are are on a bicycle--don't think for a second of leaving you bike unlocked to go in the store--this place is crawling with thieves watching you. Likewise, if you are pumping gas and go in the store--lock up and never leave you car running here with someone inside or else you will will chasing them down in a police car. They also have an assortment of cold beers many peeps were buying. You have a death wish if you are eating hotdogs or any other prepared foods from here. Put me in your Will. read more

Really busy corner so be kind and remember to be patient. I walked in and no one was around to help but I new someone was around. Sure enough the poor guy was outside whelping a lady! This is a 4 stars oceanfront Seven Eleven FAST FOOD store a few blocks from my beach front condo in Huntington Beach. CALIFORNIA ! It has good pizzas within 10 minutes walk from my condo. Pizza is 3 stars quality , but convenience is 5 stars. It's the best store within my walking distance when I fear of driving or having another car accident again !? In Costa Mesa in 2019, I found out one super excellent pizza restaurant with the BEST All FRESH Ingredients UNLIMITED toppings for $10 pizzas! But I cannot walk to that pizza restaurant!! Driving is a problem for me! P.S. i resist eating pizzas 350 days/year! Yes, I am obsessed about eating pizza. 5+ days a week! read more

I stopped by this morning to grab some coffee before work at 5:40am. As soon as I walked in the tall guy who works in the AM says. "I don't have any coffee, didn't you see the closed sign" ? Closed ? The website says 24 hrs. I've always got coffee here before work. I asked him what time do you open ? He said 6am. Then told me he can't sell me anything. Weird. I've always been here before 6am. Place is always packed with 'unsavory characters'. For the last month or two, the new night employee locks the business from anywhere between 9p-4a, based on apparently how hard he wants to work. Never seen a 7-11 that closes for multiple hours every night, especially on a friday on a 3 day weekend. What a joke read more

**DO NOT PAY FOR GAS HERE** Some of the most heinous "customer service" I've ever experienced. I put $5 on pump number 4 and proceeded to attempt to pump the gas, and while it made the noise, nothing was coming out and nothing went into my vehicle. I have a new car and it's extremely accurate in terms of gas and mileage range. After "pumping" $5 of gas, it added nothing to my car and they have refused to assist me with this, telling me that I don't know what I'm talking about. They also keep showing my receipt to me and telling me that I prepaid 1.761 gallons of gas for $5, and somehow that proves that I received the gas into my vehicle. I'm going to have to take this to corporate or above the heads of the people are at this horrendous location. Easily the worst 7-Eleven I've ever visited. read more

Beware of your surroundings as there is always a group of shady people lurking around the Water and Air Compressor area. You'd figure with such a prime location that the owner would keep this facility in prime condition since it gets a lot of out of town visitors. I'm a resident of almost 20 yrs and I avoid this place like the plague unless I need a quick fill up of gas. Save yourself from being hassled by the creepy drug users and go to Surf City Plaza Liquor on 11 St or Steve's Liquor on Alabama. Such a shame that I even have to give this place a star... read more

Visiting from out of state. Staying at a hotel nearby and tired from being at the beach all day. Just wanted to grab some snacks. The store is dirty, grabbed milk and donuts. Needed a cup. Was charged 1.49 for a small empty coffee cup. Asked for an item off the grill and if they had condiments. Was told where condiments were, had to move crates of sandwiches that were sitting in front of it. These were sitting at room temp. After I paid I asked about my grill item and was told, oh I forgot and I didn't charge you for it. When asked for a bag because we had multiple items was told yes, but that was an additional fee. The employees were lazy and rude. Would not recommend this gas station to anyone. read more

Chivalry and kindness is alive and well at this 7-Eleven. I am so grateful to Muhammad S. Husain for his help yesterday. So much so, that after my meeting, I returned to get his name. Earlier, I was limping my way to pay for gas. He came out, "How much do you want. You stay there, I'll get your change." When he brought my change "I'll pump your gas, you wait in the car. ".
