One of the cleanest 7-Elevens around! Service is great too, the guys that work here are always chill and we have small talk. It's got the essentials (instant food, chips, medicine, etc) of a classic convenience store and they are always open, even at 3am munchies runs. And it doesn't smell like piss! I'm used to DTLA/Ktown 7-Elevens and this one is luxury compared to those. Parking is also amazing :) read more

Want to support the local businesses, but the workers here are rude and dumb. Even the manager is a complete dumbass. Came after baseball practice to get my son a slurpee. While checking out, I saw that pizza was advertised at $.50 per slice for reward customers. I have the app so figured I would get a slice. It rang up at $1.50. I told the guy it was wrong and pointed to the sign. He agreed and called the manager to fix it. The manager just looked at me with confusion and stupidity and said he didn't know why it rang up at 3x the price. He then asked me, "do you want it?" I replied "yes" and he tried to charge me the higher price. I told him again it was supposed to be less and he just said, "I don't know." After 30 seconds of silence and staring at each other I just told him I didn't want it then. I paid for the slurpee and left. It bewilders me how people this dumb are employed. It has it all from the Big Gulps, Slurpees, $1.00 coffee, heart attack finger foods etc. One thing I'm huge on though is customer service, and this place lacks it. I always feel like I'm overly nice to the person ringing me up, and they have a stinky attitude like they're doing me a favor. This locations in general okay, but does not enforce the mask mandate. Customers come in unmasked and no one says anything to them. I mentioned it to the clerk and he shrugged his shoulders. I'm more upset with the customers who violate, but I was in the store for 5 minutes and saw 5 people without masks and nothing was said to anyone. There should be consideration for the danger they are putting their employees and the rest of their customers in. Visuals enforcing the mandate should be prominent. A piece of cloth over your mouth and nose for the few minutes you are in the store is a minor inconvenience to slow the spread, especially as we head into winter and omicron is spreading. How can this place be called a "Convenient Store", when they inconvenient the customers. 1st, they are rude! 2nd, the bathroom is out of service. and 3rd, one of the cashiers was watching our every move as if we were criminals. So, we went into this dump, I mean 7-Eleven on a Friday night. Approx 10:30 pm. I needed to use the bathroom, and we wanted to pick up a few drinks before we head home. I noticed the isles were very messy. Counter-tops over the food area was dirty. But, I didn't care about that, I really wanted to use the restroom. I held a bag of chips, and a few bottles of drinks and walked over to the cashier, asked polity if I can use the bathroom. He said that it was out of service. But, he was so rude about it. As if I was the one that broke it. So, I walked back over to the isles put the merchandise back and left. We were dressed decent. We didn't look homeless, or anything out of the ordinary. 7-11 is always helpful and very convenient especially if I'm on my way to work and I needed a couple of snack bars and a very quick cup of coffee but my recent trip to the store is a bit disappointing. I live nearby and I'm here very often. Comparing to other 7-Eleven stores this is a pretty acceptable one. When line is becoming long cashiers come over fast. They are loosing two stars from my side because: If I entered the store at night and the employee is sweeping or doing something outside or inside the store he would never come to you unless he is done with his job, well I am considering this as a rude behavior. At least you can say "Hey, I'll be with you in a minute" or something like that not just ignoring the customer. I left the store several times just because of this. read more

This happened on (10/24/15). I live right next to 7Eleven. I went at around 1 in the morning only to find out that they're "closed". The guy that's working just shouted, "we're closed!" We're closed!" (While gesturing his hand for my brother to close the door.) This seems to be a very popular 7-11, all times of the day and night; all they need to do is add some seating outside and it'll give a couple of the local hangouts a run for their money haha. The guys who work here are incredibly nice and ridiculously patient; I know me and a couple of friends have stumbled in here pretty obnoxiously from time to time and not once were we scolded nor asked to leave.
