Instead of handling it professionally, she became defensive, raised her voice, and insisted the chicken was cooked, essentially accusing me of lying. As a long-time loyal customer, that was very upsetting. I was respectful, but the way I was treated was rude and dismissive. This is not the kind of service Golden Market used to be known for. Because of this experience, I highly discourage anyone from going there. I will not be returning, and I will not recommend it to my family or friends. I truly hope management takes this seriously and brings back the level of respect and customer care that Soorik and Ofelia once provided.
