We ordered a cappuccino, a hot caramel macchiato, and a sugar cookie for my son. The cappuccino was excellent and they did a good job foaming the milk. The foam was also great on the macchiato, and my wife seemed to enjoy that drink. The sugar cookie looked amazing, but was very hard and seemed overpriced at $6.95. The drinks were reasonably priced. Service was decent. Please note that they have a lot of taxes: state tax, county tax, city tax, and a "special" tax.

Many of the other offerings seem to be simply a different riff on the fruit crêpe, which can also come on a fresh waffle. Hmm, when I like something I don't like when it's changed…read more Not sure when it happened but they changed the açaí x2 to have vanilla protein in it and now call it "açaí part 2" or something . This means there's less fresh acai mix and instead they've added artificial powder in its place. I asked to have the bowl without the protein powder because it absolutely changes the flavor. Although they agreed to do this, it makes the bowl more watery. I also noticed they load you up with granola to the point where it feels like a really crunchy and watery bowl so at my third attempt here I asked for the granola on the side. I'm sure this place still has very loyal customers and makes items that serve their purpose but I sure am bummed. I will continue my search to look for an acai bowl place that doesn't have to put protein mix into everything.
