The coffee selections are numerous, and you can get them on the strong side or a bit weaker. They also have a number of pastries that can delight your taste buds ... the only glitch we saw was that they did not have a large selection of croissants. For example, we could not get just a plain croissant. But even given that, this was a very nice coffee stop for those that really like good coffee. The dining room was nice and large, with many different sections to settle into with your coffee. Loads of outlets to plug in your lap top if you come with one for a little work. Staff was very friendly, and it is pretty much an order at the counter and get your coffee. They don't need a large staff to run this place, as it pretty much runs itself other than the coffee-master. Give this place a try.

They recently got new owners who are going to revamp the menu and offer more events to the community. Their menu was smaller but intriguing. They had great signature drink flavors that could be applied to different coffee style drinks. I got the Lavender Shortbread flavor as an iced latte and loved it! My husband got the Chai Latte which he wasn't quite fond of but they asked if he wanted cinnamon on top which was nice. Overall, coffee is their specialty and there's a reason why. I'm sure they have other tea drinks that may have been more favorable as well. I wouldn't mind coming back to enjoy a cup inside rather than to-go.

Cello was the same, but different. Similar to the Starbucks ethos, they specialize in a number of fancy coffees, yet still offer plain old brewed coffee. We tried the brewed coffee (5-star fresh and hot), some Green Tea called mint (5-star delish), and a fruit crêpe. Now the fruit crêpe was also a 5-star offering, but you better come hungry ... it was a huge helping, and we ended up splitting it but still could not finish. It was a freshly made crêpe with Nutella and a light cream sauce inside, piled with fresh fruit and then a drizzle of Nutella and the cream sauce on top. This was a meal-sized delight. Many of the other offerings seem to be simply a different riff on the fruit crêpe, which can also come on a fresh waffle. Now this is not the kind of place where you pop in for a quick coffee to go ... but, rather, it takes time to get food (service) here because most of it is freshly made. But that said, if you have the time the food (crepes, coffee, and tea) were worth the wait. Ambiance wise, the decor was very nice ... just enough fru-fru to make you forget you're in a strip mall. There are a number of chairs, tables, and and sofas around to make many seating arrangements, which was nice; you can come with a group or as a single and feel welcome. The only negatives on our visit: the music list was fine, but way too loud; they must turn the music down so patrons can have a conversation. Another waitress noticed my reaction right away and checked on me, then my server apologized and had the dish remade immediately. I appreciated that they corrected it, and the replacement food was actually really good (after close inspection), but I do wish there had been some sort of gesture for the inconvenience, especially since I had to wait again for my meal and was honestly pretty grossed out. Once the new plate came out, the food itself was flavorful and enjoyable. My friend also really liked her Caesar salad, though she wished there was a shrimp option available. Overall, the food and drinks were good, but the hair situation definitely impacted my first impression. I'm not sure yet if I'd return, but I can definitely recommend the peach mimosa.
