Absolute trash establishment. On Friday July 3rd, I went to this 7 Eleven and bought food and reloaded cash onto my PayPal account. Specifically $220 to send to family and donate to my church. I do not use that card for in store purchases except on rare occasion. My statement and alerts also make it very easy to spot fraud. While resting the following afternoon for the Sabbath, I got a notification that I had just sent 100 to Chik FilA. I immediately went to PayPal to initiate a fraud alert but their system is clunky and takes forever. By the time I was finally able to cancel my debit card, they took $205 of the $220 I had in my account. It is not even possible that anyone else had my account number but since the clerk at 7 Eleven "needed" to physically handle my card for the reload, it was the only possible way that anyone other than me had access to the info on my card. I will NEVER shop there again and if you read this, stay away from this criminal establishment or at least NEVER use your card there. I went back on Sunday to ask for the owners phone number so I could complain, but the old man behind the counter said no. I hate them. Period. I work too damn hard to be supporting Indian criminals who steal people's money to buy chicken gift cards! The violation is real! Fortunately, PayPal is investigating the matter, but I cannot access my account for 7 to 10 days until my new card arrives. I was never able to send the money to my family or my church. Coffee is ALWAYS cold. Told them about the cold coffee on multiple occasions and they didn't apologize or even act like they were the least bit sorry; instead they offered to microwave it.................how thoughtful. There's even stickers on the coffee dispensers offering some ever-so-useful advice to add ice for a refreshing iced coffee. Checkout is slow even when there's no one in line...we had to ask for assistance multiple times before the cashier came to the register (after they finished whatever task they were doing). I've had faster checkouts at 7-Elevens 10x busier than here. Customers are clearly not priority at this location. Hands down the worst 7-Eleven I've ever visited. read more

Used to visit this location often. It was convenient. After the most recent overcharge, I will no longer and recommend to others to visit other locations or establishments. There is a $.69 Big Gulp promotion going on now and they refused to honor it despite it being advertised as an active promotion at their location. They charged me $1.59. Prior to paying, I asked the clerk and he (Ghia on name tag) told me that he was instructed to charge the full amount. When asking for a manager he just gave me a phone number for me to call the manager instead of him calling. This 7-Eleven is fine getting quick stuff but their workers are horrid! I broke my foot and I've been having to take Uber and yesterday we stop at the 7-Eleven and I got money out on the way out I drop my ATM card. I didn't realize it until we were halfway home and of course you can't have to the Uber drive go back when I got home I called and a really nice lady who said Somebody turned it in and that she had it, she was at the end of her shift and was going to tell the gentleman the situation that was taking over. Now, my husband gets there to pick up my card and they say they don't have it nowhere to be found and they don't even know the ladies name that I talk to! The guy was extremely rude and didn't offer any help at all but was damn sure that they did not have that card even though I had just spoken a couple hours before The lady that had it. Now my husband ended up leaving with no card so I just now called and this was unbelievable! Do you how he answered the phone:" McDonalds!" I said this is McDonald's this is not 711 no this is McDonald's again extremely rude with a touch of playing around in his voice! I think my # popped up and he wanted to mess with me! Now remember I've called his number like eight or nine times already so it's not McDonald's! So I called back and wow yeah he said 7-Eleven and again was rude but thankfully he said they had card and then I got in an argument about having my husband picking up my car because my foot is broken and in that rude tone said it had to be me. Which I guess it's good they aren't just handing out the card to anyone. But he is rude as hell! read more

Brought our child for his birthday to purchase a ice cold snack. As we were paying he noticed the birthday hat and he asked if it was his birthday. He greeted our son happy birthday and many more. We said thank you and paid for our items. As we were about to leave, he gave my child some candy. My child was very happy. Very kind and generous man. Thoughtful and will definitely remember and go back specifically to this location. Thank you for a great experience. My son was very happy and will never forget. I have visited this store at least 75 times in the last 90 days! The problem: On 7-20-18, after a confused and frustrated discussion over a simple purchase, I walked away without my little coin pocket, which fits neatly into my purse. I always pay cash here. The source of the problem: 7-11 management hires minimum wage people with very limited, really limited, ability to speak and understand the English language. They are not capable of processing a detailed discussion or problem solving in English. All they can do is scan an item and take your $. No surprise there! Therefore, said employees, completely new and untrained, need supervision, but don't get it. Labor is expensive and 7-11 needs other employees to stock shelves, accept deliveries, etc, who knows what else! Therefore, said "newb" employees with minimum skill make costly mistakes. The problem gets worse: 7-11 Customer Relations. several hours of my wasted time over days reporting the issue from store managers to regional people, to corporate, and trouble-shooting to locate the missing item or understand how it could go missing in a simple transaction. I surmise that newb checkout man was not alert to what was happening and the next customer may have seized it unnoticed. At first, the manager Chan seemed to be on the same page with me. He offered me a $10 gift card. Ayyy! I told him $20 would get me another coin purse. He reviewed the video on 8/01/18. Except that what he reported made no sense! Oh, he tried...saying I could see the video for myself. Except that when I arrived for my appointment, he was conveniently not on site. There are many coin purses out there at nominal cost. This coin purse was one of a kind, a zippered tapestry fabric, part of a matching set of an ensemble I enjoy using. I've missed it. I won't miss this 7-11 store! read more

Lol it's kinda funny that you can leave a review for 7/11 on yelp. Anyway, I think right next to this one and I'm here all the time. I usually get snacks and drinks from here. Customer service is always good. FYI if you go to 7/11 a lot, they have an app and you can build up points and get money off of stuff! read more
